In some embodiments, the MICRO II control system is connected to the ENCODER through a GD-ENCODER ENCODER board. The MICRO II control system is connected with the detector signals of the first detector, the second detector and the like through a GD-INPUT/OUTPUT INPUT-OUTPUT board. The MICRO II control system is connected with the GD-ENCODER ENCODER board and the GD-INPUT/OUTPUT INPUT/OUTPUT board through a backboard bus.
In some embodiments, a method for supplementing smoke by using the GD-X2 packing machine is further disclosed, which includes:
step a, detecting whether a tobacco bale 100 is missing in a tobacco bale temporary storage part 210 passing through a tobacco bale rejecting station 12 by using a first detector 21;
and b, receiving the detection result of the first detector 21 by using the control device, and sending a control signal for supplementing the cigarette packet 100 to the cigarette supplementing device when the cigarette packet temporary storage part 210 reaches the cigarette supplementing station 13 when the detection result is that the cigarette packet temporary storage part is missing.
In some embodiments, step b comprises: and the MICROII control system programmed by adopting GDL language is used for receiving the detection result of the first detector 21, and when the detection result is that the cigarette is missing, a control signal for supplementing the cigarette packet 100 to the cigarette supplementing device is sent when the cigarette packet temporary storage part 210 reaches the cigarette supplementing station 13.
In some embodiments, the step a further comprises detecting whether the cigarette storage device of the cigarette supplementing device is installed in place, and stopping the machine to alarm when the cigarette storage device of the cigarette supplementing device is detected not to be installed in place.
In some embodiments, the step b further includes detecting the angle of the turret mechanism 200 by using the encoder 24, and determining whether the cigarette packet temporary storage unit 210 reaches the cigarette supplementing station 13 according to the detection result.

1. A GD-X2 packaging machine, comprising:
the carton packing machine is used for packing the cigarette packets into cartons;
the cigarette feeding device is used for feeding cigarette packets into the carton packing machine and comprises a turret mechanism, a detection device and a cigarette supplementing device; the turret mechanism comprises a plurality of cigarette packet temporary storage parts distributed along the circumferential direction, the cigarette feeding device is provided with cigarette packet input stations distributed around a first axis and used for inputting cigarette packets to the cigarette packet temporary storage parts, cigarette packet removing stations used for removing unqualified cigarette packets in the cigarette packet temporary storage parts, cigarette supplementing stations used for supplementing cigarette packets to the cigarette packet temporary storage parts and cigarette packet output stations used for enabling the cigarette packet temporary storage parts to output cigarette packets to the carton packing machine, and the turret mechanism rotates around the first axis so as to enable the cigarette packet temporary storage parts to be switched among the cigarette packet input stations, the cigarette packet removing stations, the cigarette supplementing stations and the cigarette packet output stations; the detection device comprises a first detector for detecting whether the temporary cigarette packet storage part passing through the cigarette packet removing station has cigarette packet loss, and the cigarette supplementing device is used for supplementing the temporary cigarette packet storage part at the cigarette supplementing station with cigarette packets according to a control signal;
a control device configured to: and the cigarette supplementing device is in signal connection with the detection device and the cigarette supplementing device, and sends a control signal to the cigarette supplementing device according to the detection result so as to supplement the cigarette packet to the cigarette packet temporary storage part at the cigarette supplementing station.

The GD-X2 packaging machine of claim 1, wherein the control device is a MICRO II control system configured to: and the cigarette supplementing device is in signal connection with the detection device and the cigarette supplementing device, adopts GDL language to program so as to receive the detection result of the detection device, and sends a control signal to the cigarette supplementing device according to the detection result so as to supplement cigarette packets to a cigarette packet temporary storage part at a cigarette supplementing station.

The GD-X2 packaging machine according to claim 2, wherein the smoke replenishment device comprises a cigarette storage located above a smoke replenishment station, a cigarette pack group located in a cigarette pack passage of the cigarette storage, and a gripping device for gripping and releasing a bottom cigarette pack of the cigarette pack group, the gripping device releasing the bottom cigarette pack when the cigarette replenishment device replenishes the cigarette pack temporary storage.

The GD-X2 packaging machine of claim 3, wherein the detection apparatus further comprises a second detector in signal connection with the MICRO II control system for detecting whether the cigarette holder is in place and/or a third detector for detecting whether the cigarette packet in the cigarette packet lane requires replenishment.
5. The GD-X2 packaging machine of claim 4, wherein the second detector comprises a detection strip located on the smoke reservoir and a proximity switch located on the smoke refill station, the smoke reservoir being mounted in place when the proximity switch detects the detection strip.
6. The GD-X2 packaging machine of claim 4, wherein the smoke reservoir comprises four spaced parallel bars, the inner surfaces of the four bars enclosing the cigarette packet path, and the third sensor comprises a photoelectric sensor located in the middle of the bars and facing the space between two adjacent bars.
7. The GD-X2 packaging machine according to claim 2, wherein the detection device further comprises an encoder in signal connection with the micoii control system, the encoder is used for detecting the angle of the turret mechanism, and the micoii control system determines the circumferential position of each cigarette packet temporary storage section of the turret mechanism according to the detection result of the encoder.
8. A method of supplementing smoke using the GD-X2 wrapping machine of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
step a, detecting whether a tobacco bale temporary storage part passing through a tobacco bale rejecting station has tobacco bale loss by using the first detector;
and b, receiving a detection result of the first detector by using a control device, and sending a control signal for supplementing the cigarette packet to the cigarette supplementing device when the cigarette packet temporary storage part reaches a cigarette supplementing station when the detection result is that the cigarette packet temporary storage part is missing.
9. The method for supplementing smoke for a GD-X2 packing machine according to claim 8, wherein the step b comprises: and receiving the detection result of the first detector by using a MICROII control system programmed by adopting a GDL language, and sending a control signal for supplementing the cigarette packet to the cigarette supplementing device when the cigarette packet temporary storage part reaches a cigarette supplementing station when the detection result is that the detection result is missing.
10. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the step a further comprises detecting whether the cigarette storage device of the cigarette supplying device is installed in place, and stopping the machine to alarm when it is detected that the cigarette storage device of the cigarette supplying device is not installed in place.
11. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the step b further comprises detecting an angle of the turret mechanism by an encoder, and determining whether the temporary storage section of the cigarette packet arrives at the cigarette compensation station according to the detection result.
