Description

Sail with detachable hydraulic cylinder member and detaching method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of design and construction of marine airfoil-shaped sails, and particularly relates to a sail with a detachable hydraulic cylinder member and a detaching method.
Background
At present, the wing type sail equipment for the ship belongs to the initial design in China, is applied to VLCC (very large volume carrier) ships, and belongs to the leading technology all over the world. The sail completes effective utilization of wind energy through lifting and rotating actions. The hydraulic cylinder is used as a core hydraulic device of the sail, and the importance of the hydraulic cylinder is self-evident. Usually, the hydraulic cylinder in mechanical equipment has the phenomenon that sealing is damaged or the surface coating of the hydraulic cylinder rod is scratched with probability in the long-time use process, so that hydraulic oil leakage and structural corrosion are accelerated, the hydraulic cylinder needs to be timely detached from the equipment, and the sealing and the scratched coating are replaced and maintained. The requirement for the long-term service life of the sail is that the hydraulic cylinder installation mode is convenient to disassemble and install, and in order to ensure the cost performance of maintenance construction and the performability of maintenance conditions, a scheme that the hydraulic cylinder can be disassembled and assembled only when a ship is berthed at a port under the condition that the mast of the sail is not disassembled needs to be selected.
The masts of the sail have three sections (a first mast, a second mast and a third mast respectively) which are mutually nested structures. The hydraulic cylinder used by the sail is a large hydraulic cylinder with a stroke of about 10 meters, and in order to push and lift the second mast, the third mast and the sail, the hydraulic rod end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on a lower structure of the first mast, and the hydraulic cylinder is connected to a connecting plate at the bottom of the second mast in a flange mode and is fixed through a plurality of connecting bolts. As shown in figure 1, a hydraulic cylinder is connected in a mode I, a hydraulic cylinder flange is installed below a connecting plate at the bottom of the second mast, the upper surface of the hydraulic cylinder flange can directly apply thrust to the second mast, and the stress form is stable. When bolt pine takes off or damages appearing, also can guarantee not to take place other bolts and bear the load increase, the risk that the second mast dropped even, the protection below equipment and relevant personnel's safety is not influenced.
According to the structure shown in the schematic diagram of the hydraulic cylinder connection mode I in FIG. 1, although the stress form of the connection structure is reasonable, the inner hole of the bottom connecting plate of the second mast is smaller than the outer diameter of the flange of the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder is blocked by the first mast and the second mast, and the requirement can be met only by completely dismantling three sections of masts. Therefore, this connection form needs further optimization.
If the hydraulic cylinder is lifted out of the top end of the mast, the most direct way is to put the hydraulic cylinder flange on the connecting plate of the second mast (see fig. 2), but the installation mode is that the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder is transmitted to the second mast through the flange bolt when the sail is lifted. The structure leads to the increase of the stress of the weak part, the flange bolt bears the tensile force of high load for a long time, and the fatigue, loosening and fracture risks of the bolt are greatly increased. And after the bolt breaks, the mast can not obtain the support of pneumatic cylinder again, can fall by free fall formula, causes huge injury to equipment to and increase the risk of personal injury.

The transition flange is formed by butt joint of two semicircular flanges, and the outer diameter of the hydraulic cylinder flange is smaller than the inner diameter of the two-mast flange.
The hydraulic cylinder dismantling method comprises the following steps:
s1: a crane is arranged outside the mast and is connected with the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder body;
s2: the second mast is lifted up, the heightening seat is fixed on the bracket in the first mast, the second mast is lowered to the bottom after the heightening seat is fixed, and the bottom of the second mast is located on the heightening seat.
S3: the hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder is reinforced and locked, the two sides of the rod wall of the hydraulic rod are symmetrically fixed with connecting plates, eye plates are fixed on the connecting plates, connecting pieces are arranged on bolts connecting flanges of the hydraulic cylinder and transition flanges, and the mooring ropes sequentially penetrate through the eye plates and the connecting pieces to be fixed.
S4: a lifting point is arranged on a reinforcing structure at the bottom of the second mast, lifting lugs are fixed on two sides of the reinforcing structure, lifting rings are arranged on two sides of a transition flange, a chain block sequentially penetrates through the lifting lugs and the lifting rings to disassemble bolts between the transition flange and the two mast flanges, a hydraulic cylinder body is separated from the second mast, the transition flange is separated, the chain block is tensioned, and two semicircles of the transition flange are respectively disassembled from two sides of the hydraulic cylinder and lifted to the ground.
S5: the hydraulic rod is separated from the hydraulic cylinder fixing frame at the bottom of the first mast, and the hydraulic rod is lifted and transported out from the upper part of the mast by an external crane.
The inner bore diameter of the two flanges is larger than the outer diameter of the flange plate of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the hydraulic cylinder can be hung out from the upper part. Meanwhile, two transition flanges with semicircular structures are used between the hydraulic cylinder flange and the two mast flanges to transmit thrust, and two circles of bolts are connected with the three layers of connecting plates, so that the effect of making the whole two perfect is achieved.
When the sail is in normal operation, the hydraulic cylinder supports the two masts and other lifting movable parts, and when the hydraulic cylinder is recovered to the lowest stroke, the two masts are physically supported by a bracket welded inside the one mast. However, when the hydraulic cylinder is required to be removed, an additional supporting structure is required to support the two masts.
Therefore, a group of heightening bases are designed by utilizing the brackets in the existing mast, the bottom parts of the heightening bases are provided with fixing holes and are fixed with the brackets by bolts, the two masts can be supported in advance when the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is not reached to the end in the descending process of the sail, and the space guarantee is provided for the dismounting operation of the hydraulic cylinder flange while the structure is strongly supported.
The disassembly and assembly operation of the hydraulic cylinder is mainly performed inside the sail, external hoisting equipment cannot be used, the weights of the single piece of the heightening seat and the single piece of the transition flange are 115kg and 144kg respectively in order to guarantee structural strength, stability and safety consideration in the design process, and constructors cannot perform aerial manual operation. Therefore, considering the narrow operation space and the dismounting and mounting requirements of the heightening seat and the transition flange, a set of portable structure design which can meet all hoisting work at the same time needs to be designed.
The lifting work mainly comprises the step of lifting the heightening base or the transition flange which is placed on the ground in the slewing mechanism for about 3m to the hydraulic cylinder flange for installation, so that the hand chain block with 2t lifting weight is preferred as the lifting equipment. The hoisting point is selected on the side surface of the lower structure of the two masts, a group of lifting lugs is selected and arranged according to the hoisting requirements of the masts in 4 directions, and hoisting ring screw holes are correspondingly added on the upper parts of the transition flange and the heightening seat.
Before the hydraulic cylinder is ready to be disassembled, the valve group and the pipeline of the rod end of the hydraulic cylinder are required to be disconnected with the hydraulic cylinder, so that all hydraulic oil is led out. In this state, no hydraulic oil pressure is applied between the cylinder block and the rod, and the hydraulic cylinder becomes a free state. In order to integrally lift out the hydraulic cylinder from the top end of the mast, a locking mechanism of a cylinder body and a rod is designed, and the main structure of the hydraulic cylinder is as follows: the hydraulic cylinder body, the bolt, the bandage, the connecting plate, the connecting piece, the hydraulic cylinder pole, valves fixed orifices.
The connecting mechanism is fixed with a flange hole on a hydraulic cylinder body through a bolt and a connecting piece, the connecting plate is fixed through a valve group fixing hole, then the connecting piece and the connecting plate are fixed through a binding band, and the connecting end can meet the strength requirement through calculation verification.
In order to improve the maintainability of the hydraulic cylinder, the series of optimization design and analysis are carried out, the structural hardware requirements are basically met, and then the hydraulic cylinder can be disassembled and assembled in three degrees according to the following hydraulic cylinder disassembling and assembling flow operation in the use process of the sail.
