In each preset stroke, the operator selects an optimal numerical value as each preset stroke value through a plurality of edge folding experiments according to cartons with different specifications by using the edge folding device, and the optimal numerical value is not specifically limited again.

1. A carton creasing device, comprising:
the belt conveyor comprises a belt conveyor (10) and a mounting frame (20), wherein the belt conveyor (10) penetrates through the mounting frame (20);
the two transverse folding assemblies (40) are symmetrically arranged in the mounting frame (20) relatively, the telescopic sections of the transverse folding assemblies (40) extend downwards, and the telescopic ends of the transverse folding assemblies (40) are folded transversely on the carton (90) on the surface of the belt conveyor (10);
the lateral pushing assemblies (30) are fixed on two sides of the belt conveyor (10), and the lateral pushing assemblies (30) adjust the paper boxes (90) below the transverse folding assemblies (40) to the right middle position of the surface of the belt conveyor (10);
the first spacing adjusting assembly (50) is arranged at the top of the oppositely arranged transverse folding assemblies (40), the first spacing adjusting assembly (50) is positioned in the top of the mounting frame (20), and the first spacing adjusting assembly (50) can drive the oppositely arranged transverse folding assemblies (40) to synchronously move so as to adjust the spacing of the oppositely arranged transverse folding assemblies (40);

A carton creasing device according to claim 1, characterised in that the belt conveyor (10) comprises a conveyor belt (101) and a mounting (102), the conveyor belt (101) being rotatably connected in the mounting (102), the top of the conveyor belt (101) projecting from the top of the mounting (102) by a distance of between 0.5 and 1 cm.

The carton box folding device according to claim 2, characterized in that the side pushing assembly (30) comprises a first air cylinder (301), a pushing plate (302), a standing block (303) and a bottom block (304), wherein the bottom block (304) is fixed on the side surface of the belt conveyor (10), the standing block (303) is fixed on one end, away from the side surface of the belt conveyor (10), of the top surface of the bottom block (304), the first air cylinder (301) is longitudinally fixed to penetrate through the standing block (303), and the telescopic end of the first air cylinder (301) is fixed with the pushing plate (302).

A carton creasing device as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that the cross-folding assembly (40) comprises a cross-folding cylinder (401) and a cross-folding plate (402), the cross-folding plate (402) is used for fixing the telescopic end of the cross-folding cylinder (401), and when the telescopic end of the cross-folding cylinder (401) is pressed down, the cross-folding plate (402) is driven to crease the carton (90) transversely;
the first distance adjusting assembly (50) comprises a limiting block (501), a limiting groove (502), a bidirectional threaded rod (503), a rotating ring (504) and a middle supporting block (505), the limiting block (501) is fixed to the top of a transverse folding cylinder (401), the limiting groove (502) is transversely formed in the top of the mounting frame (20), the limiting block (501) and the middle supporting block (505) are both located in the limiting groove (502), the limiting groove (502) limits the limiting block (501) to slide in the limiting block, the middle supporting block (505) is fixed to the limiting groove (502), the middle supporting block (505) is located between the two limiting blocks (501), the bidirectional threaded rod (503) is rotatably connected to the limiting groove (502), the bidirectional threaded rod (503) rotatably penetrates through the limiting block (501) and the middle supporting block (505), the limiting block (501) is rotatably connected with the bidirectional threaded rod (503) through threads, one end of the bidirectional threaded rod (503) is rotatably connected to the mounting frame (20) through a bearing, the rotating ring (504) is fixed to the other end of the bidirectional threaded rod (503), and the rotating ring (504) is located outside the limiting groove (502).
5. A carton creasing device according to claim 4, characterised in that the limiting blocks (501) are dovetail blocks and the limiting grooves (502) are dovetail grooves adapted to the dovetail blocks.

A carton creasing device according to claim 5, characterised in that fixing blocks (801) are fixed at both ends of the limiting rod (80), the top ends of the fixing blocks (801) extend upwards to be fixed with the top of the mounting rack (20); the longitudinal folding assembly (60) comprises a longitudinal folding cylinder (601), a longitudinal folding plate (602) and a connecting block (603), the connecting block (603) is fixed at the top of the longitudinal folding cylinder (601), the limiting rod (80) penetrates through the connecting block (603), the telescopic end of the longitudinal folding cylinder (601) extends downwards to be fixed with the longitudinal folding plate (602), and when the telescopic end of the longitudinal folding cylinder (601) is pressed downwards, the longitudinal folding plate (602) is driven to longitudinally fold the carton (90); the adjusting sleeve (70) is rotatably connected to the surface of the limiting rod (80) through threads, and the adjusting sleeve (70) is located on two sides of the connecting block (603).
7. A carton creasing device according to claim 6, characterised in that the restraining bar (80) is a regular polygonal prism, the junction of adjacent sides of the prism is an arc, and the centres of the arcs are concentric with the centre of the restraining bar (80).
8. A carton creasing device according to claim 7, characterized in that the bottom surfaces of the longitudinal flaps (602) and the transverse flaps (402) are both curved.

A carton creasing device according to claim 8, characterised in that an elongate edge (103) is fixed to the top surface of the mounting seat (102), the elongate edge (103) extending towards the upright block (303), the elongate edge (103) providing support for the carton (90) when the transverse flap (402) is used for transverse creasing of the carton (90), the longitudinal length of the longitudinal flap (602) is not less than the distance between the elongate edges (103), and the elongate edge (103) providing support for the carton (90) when the carton (90) is folded longitudinally.
