The wash docking module 152 can be connected to or disconnected from the wash docking interface 332 such that the wash and sterilize consumables addition system passes the wash and sterilize consumables into the inlet port of the wash chamber 32 through the wash docking module 152 and the wash docking interface 332. Specifically, there are two structures:
one configuration is that the leak detection docking module 151 and the cleaning docking module 152 are fixedly installed in the sterilization chamber 11 along a first direction. Optionally, when the abutting member 13 is inserted into the positioning groove 41, the leak detection docking module 151 is connected to the leak detection docking port 331, and the cleaning docking module 152 is connected to the cleaning docking port 332, that is, after the basket 2 is installed in the sterilization chamber 11, the leak detection docking module 151 and the leak detection docking port 331, and the cleaning docking module 152 and the cleaning docking port 332 are connected at the same time, and the installation is fast.

When the abutting piece 13 is inserted into the positioning groove 41, the leak detection docking module 151 is connected to or separated from the leak detection docking port 331 by driving the leak detection docking module 151 to slide, and the cleaning docking module 152 is connected to or separated from the cleaning docking port 332 by driving the cleaning docking module 152 to slide. So that the leak detection docking module 151 and the washing docking module 152 do not interfere with the sliding of the basket 2. Alternatively, the leak detection docking module 151 and the cleaning docking module 152 are both driven by an air cylinder or a linear motor.
In practice, the latter is often the preferred approach. For example, in some embodiments, washer disinfector 1 has a clean area at one end and a soiled area at the other end, and basket 2 is slidably mounted to disinfection compartment 11 from the end of washer disinfector 1 near the soiled area and slid out of disinfection compartment 11 along guide rail 12 from the end of washer disinfector 1 near the soiled area. In this embodiment, the leak detection docking module 151 and the cleaning docking module 152 are slidably disposed in the sterilization chamber 11 along the second direction to avoid interference with the sliding of the basket 2.
On the other hand, the provision of the leak detection interface 331 and the cleaning interface 332 facilitates connection with the cleaning/disinfecting apparatus 1 and also facilitates connection with a storage facility.
Referring to fig. 10-11, optionally, leak detection interface 331 and cleaning interface 332 are both elastomeric joints. Specifically, the leak detection butt joint 331 has a joint inner cavity, the side wall of the joint inner cavity is provided with an elastic sealing ring 333, and the leak detection butt joint module 151 is connected with the leak detection butt joint 331 by being inserted into the joint inner cavity of the leak detection butt joint 331 and sealed by the elastic sealing ring 333 to prevent leakage of a leak detection medium. In addition, in many cases, due to the influence of errors or human operations, the leak detection docking module 151 cannot be aligned with the joint inner cavity of the leak detection docking port 331 completely, the center of the leak detection docking module 151 and the center of the leak detection docking port 331 may have a slight deviation, and the elastic sealing ring 333 has elasticity and can be elastically deformed to adapt to the deviation to form a seal. Optionally, the structure of the purge docking interface 332 and the purge docking module 152 are similar thereto and will not be described again. With continued reference to fig. 1-9, basket body 3 further includes a holding plate 34 and a rim 35 provided to holding plate 34, and both basket leak detection joint 311 and basket cleaning joint 321 are located within rim 35. Optionally, two guide rails 12 are provided, and the flange frame 4 is disposed around the frame 35, so that one side of the flange frame 4 can slide along one of the guide rails 12, and the other side can slide along the other guide rail 12, so that the sliding connection between the flange frame 4 and the guide rails 12 is more stable. Optionally, each of the holding plate 34 and the frame 35 is net-shaped with a plurality of water permeable holes for allowing the passage of the leakage detecting medium and the cleaning medium. In use, the endoscope is placed on the containing plate 34 in the frame 35, and both the basket leak detection joint 311 and the basket cleaning joint 321 are located in the frame 35, so as to facilitate connection between the joint of the basket body 3 and the joint of the endoscope.
Specifically, the basket leak detection joint 311 and the basket washing joint 321 may be provided on the containing plate 34, may be provided on the inner wall of the rim 35, may be partially provided on the containing plate 34, and may be partially provided on the inner wall of the rim 35. In this embodiment, the basket body 3 further includes a joint mounting block 36 protruded from the receiving plate 34, and the basket leakage detecting joint 311 and the basket washing joint 321 are both provided to the joint mounting block 36. The connector mounting blocks 36 may be located at the ends of the receiving plate 34 or may be located in the center of the receiving plate 34. The endoscope can be threaded onto the holding plate 34 around the joint mounting block 36. The leak detection chamber 31 and the cleaning chamber 32 in the fitting block 36 may be arranged as shown in fig. 7.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the leak detection interface 331 and the cleaning interface 332 are disposed on an outer wall of the frame 35, so as to facilitate connection between the leak detection interface 331 and the cleaning interface 332 and an external pipeline.
