Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the loosening roller 8 comprises a wire arranging roller 10 and a wire loosing roller 12 which are arranged in parallel and have opposite rotation directions, the axial directions of the wire arranging roller 10 and the wire loosing roller 12 are perpendicular to the running direction of the vibration groove body 2, and a preset gap is arranged between the wire arranging roller 10 and the wire loosing roller 12. It should be noted that the present invention does not specifically limit the value of the preset gap.

In operation, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, after entering the vibrating loosening and screening device 1, the tobacco shred materials are conveyed through the vibrating groove body 2; the tobacco shred materials are uniformly spread by the material homogenizing device 3 and then enter the screening device 4 to loosen and screen the tobacco shred materials and screen clusters and free tobacco shreds in the tobacco shred materials; the free tobacco shreds and the tobacco shreds vibrated and loosened by the screening device 4 directly enter a discharge hopper 9 of a loosening tobacco shred mixer 7 from the lower part of the screening device 4 through a feed opening 5; the tobacco shreds which are not loosened enter a loosening roller 8 for forced loosening through the upper part of a screening device 4 under the action of a vibration tank body 2, and the loosened free tobacco shreds enter a discharge hopper 9 and are gathered with the free tobacco shreds output through a discharge opening 5, so that the whole processing process of the clusters in the tobacco shreds is completed. Therefore, after the tobacco shred materials enter the vibration loosening screening device 1, the uniformly distributed tobacco shreds are conveyed to the screening device 4 under the action of the material homogenizing device 3; the uncoagulated free cut tobacco falls into the lower layer of the screening device 4 and enters a discharge hopper 9 through a vibrating groove feed opening 5; the agglomerated cut tobacco enters a loosening roller 8 from the upper layer of the screening device 4 for forced loosening, the loosened cut tobacco and the cut tobacco at the discharge opening 5 of the vibration groove are gathered at a discharge hopper 9 and then are sent out by subsequent conveying equipment, and the whole treatment process of the cut tobacco agglomerates in the cut tobacco is completed.
