In the present embodiment, the decoration 50 includes a first member 51 and a second member 52.
In some embodiments, the flexible member 11 is provided with a mounting groove 115 at a side thereof away from the massage space 100, and the first member 51 is disposed in the mounting groove 115. Therefore, the first component 51 can be arranged in the flexible component 11, so that the connection stability of the first component 51 and the flexible component 11 is improved when the lining 40 is tightly wrapped on the periphery of the flexible component 11, and meanwhile, the smoothness of the surface of the lining 40 can be improved, so that the foreign body feeling on the surface of the massage pillow 1 is avoided.
Optionally, a side of the first member 51 far away from the flexible member 11 is provided with a fastening groove 511, an opening of the fastening groove 511 faces a direction far away from the massage space 100, the second member 52 is provided in the fastening groove 511, and an outer surface of the second member 52 is lower than a surface of the first member 51 where the fastening groove 511 is located, so that a visual effect that the second member 52 is embedded in the first member 51 can be formed, and the appearance aesthetic property of the decoration 50 is improved.
Optionally, the outer circumference of the fastening slot 511 is provided with a protruding portion 512 protruding towards a direction away from the massage space 100, a connection portion of the protruding portion 512 and the fastening slot 511 is an arc transition, and when the first member 51 is disposed in the mounting slot 115, the connection portion of the protruding portion 512 and the flexible member 11 is kept flush. Thereby enabling to form a visual effect that the decoration 50 is embedded in the flexible member 11 to improve the aesthetic appearance of the massage pillow 1.

Specifically, the first component 51 is provided with a second connecting portion 513, the second component 52 is provided with a third connecting portion 521, the second connecting portion 513 is connected with the third connecting portion 521 via a shaft, wherein one of the second connecting portion 513 and the third connecting portion 521 is a shaft connecting portion, the other one of the second connecting portion 513 and the third connecting portion 521 is provided with a slot for matching with the shaft connecting portion, and the bushing 40 is located between the second connecting portion 513 and the third connecting portion 521, so that the connection between the first component 51 and the second component 52 is stable and reliable.
Further, the second connecting portion 513 is a hollow cylinder, the third connecting portion 521 is a solid cylinder, and the second connecting portion 513 and the third connecting portion 521 extend in the direction of the massage space 100, so that the third connecting portion 521 extends into the second connecting portion 513 and is clamped to the second connecting portion 513, thereby enabling the connection between the first member 51 and the second member 52 to be stable and reliable. Meanwhile, the second connection portion 513 extends toward the massage space 100, which can increase the contact area between the first connection portion 1221 and the second connection portion 513 to improve the reliability of the connection therebetween.
Alternatively, considering that the decoration 50 is made by injection molding, and as can be seen from the foregoing, the wearing body 10 forms the arc-shaped massage space 100 along the direction that the neck of the human body surrounds, the bracket 12 includes a central section 121, two bearing sections 122 and two clamping arm sections 123 along the length direction thereof, the two bearing sections 122 are respectively rotatably connected to two ends of the central section 121, and the second decoration 50b and the third decoration 50c are respectively disposed corresponding to the two bearing sections 122, so the length direction of the central section 121 in the length direction of the bearing section 122 has an arc shape, and based on this, the length directions of the second connection part 513 and the third connection part 521 of the second decoration 50b and the third decoration 50c form a first included angle θ with respect to the opening direction of the massage space 100, where θ is 0 ° < θ <180 °. Thereby can avoid the condition that decoration 50 took place the back-off when the demolding, be favorable to injection mold's design and the production shaping of decoration 50 to be favorable to improving the manufacturing qualification rate of decoration 50, be favorable to the equipment of massage pillow 1 simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 8, in a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a massage pillow having a support and a flexible member integrally provided, wherein the massage pillow having the support and the flexible member integrally provided is the massage pillow 1 having the support 12 and the flexible member 11 integrally provided as described in the first aspect, and the method for manufacturing the massage pillow 1 having the support 12 and the flexible member 11 integrally provided includes the following steps:
s1, providing a foaming mold which comprises a mold main body, wherein the mold main body is provided with an arc-shaped forming space.
S2, providing a support, and fixing the support in the forming space.
And S3, providing a foaming material, pouring the foaming material into the forming space and foaming to form a flexible part wrapped on the support, so that the flexible part and the support form a wearing main body together, and the flexible part forms an avoiding hole at the joint of the support and the foaming mold.
And S4, providing a massage component, and connecting the massage component to the bracket through the avoidance hole.
By adopting the preparation method of the massage pillow 1 with the support 12 and the flexible part 11 integrally arranged, the flexible part 11 can be wrapped on the support 12, and the flexible part 11 is provided with the avoidance hole towards one side of the massage space 100, so that the massage component 20 can be connected to the support 12 through the avoidance hole 111 and extend to the massage space 100, and the massage pillow 1 can massage the human body when being worn on the neck of the human body. And the support 12 is disposed inside the flexible member 11, so that the strength of the flexible member 11 can be improved, and the supporting strength of each part of the wearing body 10 is more balanced, and thus the avoidance hole 111 with a larger size can be cooperatively disposed to satisfy the rotating space of the massage assembly 20 during massage work, so that a gap is formed between the massage assembly 20 and the flexible member 11, thereby preventing the flexible member 11 from being twisted due to the direct contact of the massage assembly 20 with the flexible member 11, and further improving the reliability of the massage pillow 1, and meanwhile, the flexible member 11 wraps the periphery of the support 12, and improving the surface flexibility of the wearing body 10, so as to prevent a user from directly leaning against the support 12, and improve the use comfort of the user. It can be seen that the massage pillow 1 obtained by the preparation method of the massage pillow 1 in which the bracket 12 and the flexible member 11 are integrally provided according to the present invention can improve the reliability of the massage pillow 1 and improve the comfort of the massage pillow 1.
In addition, the flexible component 11 is formed by adopting a foaming process, so that the manufacturing process of the wearing main body 10 is simple and mature, the connection between the flexible component 11 and the bracket 12 is tighter, the bracket 12 can be prevented from moving under the rotation or vibration work of the massage component 20, and the reliability of the wearing main body 10 is improved.

Claims (15)

the massage component is characterized in that a wiring groove is formed in the tangent plane and is communicated with the two avoidance holes, and the first power connection component extends to the wiring groove to be electrically connected with the massage component.

A massage pillow integrated with a support and a flexible component as claimed in claim 1, wherein the massage pillow further comprises an electric control assembly, a containing groove is formed in one side of the flexible component away from the massage space, the electric control assembly is arranged in the containing groove, a first wire passing hole is formed in the flexible component, and the first wire passing hole is communicated with the avoiding hole and the containing groove;

9. A massage pillow having a support and a flexible member integrated therewith according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the massage pillow further comprises a sleeve surrounding the flexible member such that the wearing body and the massage assembly are located inside the sleeve.
10. A support and flexible member integrated massage pillow according to claim 9, further comprising a decorative member disposed on the liner at least partially outside the liner.
11. A support and flexible member integrated massage pillow as recited in claim 10, wherein the ornamental member comprises a first member and a second member, the first member being located inside the sleeve and the second member being located outside the sleeve, the first member and the second member being cooperatively coupled to clamp at least a portion of the sleeve between the first member and the second member.
12. A massage pillow having a support integrally formed with a flexible member according to claim 11, wherein a groove is formed on a side of the first member remote from the flexible member and has an opening facing in a direction away from the massage space, and the second member is provided on the groove and has an outer surface lower than a surface of the first member on which the groove is formed.
13. A massage pillow having a support integrally formed with a flexible member according to claim 12, wherein the flexible member is provided with a mounting groove at a side thereof remote from the massage space, and the first member is provided in the mounting groove.
14. A massage pillow with a bracket and a flexible component integrated as claimed in claim 13, wherein the periphery of the fastening groove is provided with a convex protrusion facing away from the massage space, the connection between the protrusion and the fastening groove is in arc transition, and when the first component is arranged in the mounting groove, the connection between the protrusion and the flexible component is kept flush.
15. A method for preparing a massage pillow in which a support is integrally provided with a flexible member, wherein the massage pillow in which the support is integrally provided with the flexible member is a massage pillow in which the support is integrally provided with the flexible member according to any one of claims 1 to 14, the method comprising:
providing a foaming mold, wherein the foaming mold comprises a mold main body, and the mold main body is provided with an arc-shaped molding space;
providing a bracket, and fixing the bracket in the molding space;
providing a foaming material, pouring the foaming material into the forming space and foaming to form a flexible part wrapped on the support, so that the flexible part and the support form the wearing main body together, and the flexible part forms an avoidance hole at the joint of the support and the foaming mold;
and providing a massage component, and connecting the massage component to the bracket through the avoidance hole.
