the L-shaped part 8 and the horizontal part 9 are embedded in the fixed groove 10, meanwhile, the corner position of the extrusion part 4 is sunk in the groove 6, the L-shaped part 8 and the horizontal part 9 have a trend of being separated from the fixed groove 10, when the IGBT module is impacted by the outside, the L-shaped part and the horizontal part 9 are easily separated from the fixed groove 10, the limiting pin 11 is matched with the fixed hole 12, after the L-shaped part 8 and the horizontal part 9 are inserted into the fixed groove 10, the limiting pin 11 slides to the fixed hole 12 along the surface of the L-shaped part 8, and at the moment, the L-shaped part 8 and the horizontal part 9 are restrained in the fixed groove 10, so that the elastic sheet 3 is stabilized, and the extrusion part 4 is ensured to be stably buckled in the groove 6;
by arranging the pressure spring 14, the elastic support between the L-shaped part 8 and the horizontal part 9 is ensured, so that the L-shaped part 8 and the horizontal part 9 can be stably extruded on the inner bottom surface of the fixed groove 10 after being inserted into the fixed groove 10, the L-shaped part 8 can be stably extruded on the inner top surface of the fixed groove 10, the elastic sheet 3 is further stabilized, and the extrusion part 4 is ensured to be stably buckled in the groove 6;
other modules, such as a wireless transmission module, a temperature monitoring module and the like, are installed on the substrate 1, the other modules are required to be electrically connected with an external power supply or a control board through wires, the wires are connected to the substrate 1, then extend outwards along the wire grooves 15, then cover and squeeze the wires in the wire grooves 15 through the shell 2, the wires are fixed, the electrical connection stability of the wires and the other modules is ensured, meanwhile, the arc-shaped opening 18 on the shell 2 presses down the wires, so that the wires are subjected to shearing force of the inserting plate 17, and the wires are further stabilized;
firstly covering the shell 2 on the base plate 1, inserting the horizontal part 9 and the L-shaped part 8 into the fixing groove 10, pressing the L-shaped part 8 with force, embedding two sides of one end of the inserting plate 17 into the notch 19, locking the L-shaped part 8 and the horizontal part 9 in the fixing groove 10, and swinging the pressing part 5 to enable the pressing part 4 to sink into the groove 6, wherein the L-shaped elastic plate 3, the inserting plate 17 and the L-shaped part 8 form closed loop self-locking, and stability is positively promoted between the shell 2 and the base plate 1, between the inserting plate 17 and the L-shaped part 8 and between the elastic plate 3 and the shell 2;
in the process that the extrusion part 4 is sunk in the groove 6, the convex points 21 on the extrusion part 4 invade in the concave points 20, so that the relative movement between the extrusion part 4 and the groove 6 is restrained, the relative movement between the extrusion part 4 and the groove 6 is difficult to occur, and the extrusion stability between the shell 2 and the shrapnel 3 is further improved; the cross rod 25 is arranged to invade the inner corner position of the extrusion part 4, and the swing of the elastic sheet 3 is restrained under the traction of the pull rope 24 and the tension of the tension spring, so that the elastic sheet 3 can be stabilized in the groove 6, and the shell 2 can be stably attached to the substrate 1; the inclined direction of the end part of the pull rope 24 is set, so that the vertical downward component force of the pull rope 24 acts on the cross rod 25, and meanwhile, the cross rod 25 presses down the compression part 4 again, so that the stability of the elastic sheet 3 in the groove 6 is improved again, and the stable connection between the substrate 1 and the shell 2 is improved.

An IGBT packaging shell comprises an IGBT packaging module, wherein the IGBT packaging module comprises a substrate (1) and a shell (2); the method is characterized in that: the two sides of the substrate (1) are symmetrically and fixedly connected with elastic pieces (3), and the elastic pieces (3) comprise extrusion parts (4) and pressing parts (5); the extrusion part (4) is U-shaped, the upper end of the extrusion part (4) is fixedly connected with a pressing part (5) which is tilted upwards, and the corner position of the extrusion part (4) is extruded on the shell (2); the end part of the shell (2) is provided with an arc-shaped groove (6), the shape of the groove (6) is the same as the corner shape of the extrusion part (4), and the corner position of the extrusion part (4) is extruded in the groove (6);
the lower end of the extrusion part (4) is fixedly connected with a fixing plate, and the fixing plate comprises an L-shaped part (8) and a horizontal part (9); one end of the L-shaped part (8) is fixedly connected with the lower part of the extrusion part (4), the other end of the L-shaped part (8) is fixedly connected with the horizontal part (9), a gap is reserved between the other end of the L-shaped part (8) and the horizontal part (9), and the other end of the L-shaped part (8) and the horizontal part (9) are embedded into fixing grooves (10) formed in two sides of the substrate (1).

The IGBT package of claim 1 wherein: a limiting pin (11) is arranged on the inner top surface of the fixed groove (10); the surface of the other end of the L-shaped part (8) is provided with a fixing hole (12), the other end of the L-shaped part (8) is embedded in the fixing groove (10), and the end part of the limiting pin (11) is embedded in the fixing hole (12).

The IGBT package of claim 1 wherein: limiting grooves (13) are symmetrically formed in the upper surface of the horizontal part (9); limiting grooves (13) are also formed in the lower surface of the other end of the L-shaped part (8), and compression springs (14) are arranged in the two opposite limiting grooves (13).

The IGBT package of claim 1 wherein: the circuit board is characterized in that the upper surfaces of the two sides of the substrate (1) are provided with wire grooves (15), the positions of the wire grooves (15) are provided with rectangular clamping grooves (16), rectangular inserting plates (17) are inserted into the clamping grooves (16), one ends of the inserting plates (17) are provided with arc-removing openings (18), and the other ends of the inserting plates (17) are fixedly connected to the lower surfaces of the two sides of the shell (2).
