Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a management method for product test information executed by a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a case where product test information set in product test equipment is managed, the method may be executed by a management device for product test information, the management device for product test information may be implemented in a hardware and/or software form, and the management device for product test information may be configured in electronic equipment such as a server. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
and S110, responding to a product test request, and determining target test equipment and at least one piece of target test parameter information according to the product test request.
The product test request may be sent by a user, and includes a request for a certain test device and test parameters for testing a product to be tested. And a certain test device is a target test device, and the test parameters are target test parameter information. For example, the product test request may be to set the test device a to perform a qualification test on the attributes of the specification, quality, structure, and the like of the product to be tested based on the at least one piece of test parameter information. Different kinds of products to be tested can correspond to different target test parameter information.
And S120, if the target test parameter information is determined to be located in a preset parameter value range, sending the target test parameter information to target test equipment so that the target test equipment can test the product to be tested according to the target test parameter information.
Illustratively, in the present solution, there are multiple pieces of target test parameter information, and for each piece of target test parameter information, it needs to be determined whether it falls into a preset parameter value interval corresponding to the target test parameter information. And if the target test parameter information is a numerical value, the corresponding preset parameter value interval is a numerical value interval. And if the target test parameter information is percentage, the corresponding preset parameter value interval is percentage interval. For example, in the present solution, if it is determined that the target test parameter information in the product test request is 30% and the corresponding preset parameter value interval is 25% to 40%, it indicates that the target test parameter information is located in the preset parameter value interval, and sends the target test parameter information to the target test device, so that the target test device tests the product to be tested according to the target test parameter information. If the target test parameter information in the product test request is determined to be 50%, the target test parameter information is not in the corresponding preset parameter value interval, an alarm prompt can be generated, authorization information of a user is obtained, and the target test equipment can be controlled to test the product to be tested based on the target test parameter information.
In this embodiment, optionally, before sending the target test parameter information to the target test device, the method further includes: if the target test parameter information is determined not to be in the preset parameter value interval, generating and displaying an authorization request of the target test parameter information; and receiving authorization information aiming at the authorization request, and if the authorization information is determined to be preset authorization information, sending the target test parameter information to target test equipment.
For example, in this scheme, if it is determined that the target test parameter information in the product test request is 50%, it indicates that the target test parameter information is not within 25% to 40% of the corresponding preset parameter value interval, an authorization request of the target test parameter information may be generated and displayed to obtain authorization information provided by a user, such as an authorization password, and if it is determined that the authorization information is consistent with the preset authorization information, the target test parameter information may be sent to the target test device to control the target test device to test the product to be tested based on the target test parameter information. If the authorization information is determined to be inconsistent with the pre-stored preset authorization information, the target test parameter information cannot be sent to the target test equipment, and the test cannot be carried out.
Therefore, before the target test parameter information is sent to the target test equipment, if the target test parameter information is determined not to be in the preset parameter value range, an authorization request of the target test parameter information is generated and displayed; and receiving authorization information aiming at the authorization request, and if the authorization information is determined to be preset authorization information, sending target test parameter information to the target test equipment. The reliability of test and management of the test equipment can be improved.
And S130, receiving and storing the first product test result sent by the target test equipment.
After the target test equipment completes the qualification tests of the attributes of the product to be tested, the test result, namely the test result of the first product, can be fed back to the server side, and the server side can receive and store the test result of the first product.
The scheme can store information such as target test equipment, products to be tested, target test parameter information, test time and test results of each test, and is convenient to trace.
In this embodiment, optionally, the first product test result includes a product passing rate; after receiving and storing the first product test result sent by the target test device, the method further comprises: and if the product over-detection rate is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset over-detection rate, generating and displaying first early warning information.
For example, the preset overdetection rate may be set according to actual needs, and may be 2% for example, or the preset overdetection rate may also be 3%. The product passing rate may be a probability of testing a defective product as a non-defective product in each test. After the target test equipment completes the test, a part of the products to be tested, which are tested to be qualified, can be manually tested as samples in a mode of manually performing sampling inspection, and then the product over-inspection rate of the test can be determined, for example, 5%. According to the scheme, after the first product test result sent by the target test equipment is received and stored, if the product over-detection rate is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset over-detection rate, the product over-detection rate of the test does not meet the requirement, and the first early warning information can be generated and displayed at the server side. And reminding a user to reset the test parameter information of the target test equipment, so that the target test equipment tests the product to be tested according to the updated test parameter information, and continuously verifying whether the product over-inspection rate is qualified.
Therefore, after the first product test result sent by the target test equipment is received and stored, if the product overdetection rate is larger than or equal to the preset overdetection rate, first early warning information is generated and displayed. The method and the device can determine appropriate test parameter information for different types of products to be tested.
In one possible embodiment, optionally, the first product test result comprises a product miss rate; after receiving and storing the first product test result sent by the target test device, the method further comprises: and if the product omission factor is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset omission factor, generating and displaying second early warning information.
For example, the preset omission factor may be set according to actual needs, and may be 1%, or the preset omission factor may also be 2%. The product omission factor can be the probability of testing a qualified product into a defective product in each test. After the target test equipment completes the test, a part of products which are tested to be defective in the products to be tested can be manually tested as samples in a mode of manually performing sampling inspection, and then the product omission ratio of the test can be determined, for example, 4%. After receiving and storing a first product test result sent by the target test equipment, if the product omission factor is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset omission factor, the product omission factor of the test does not meet the requirement, and second early warning information can be generated and displayed at the server side. And reminding a user to reset the test parameter information of the target test equipment, so that the target test equipment tests the product to be tested according to the updated test parameter information, and continuously verifying whether the product omission factor is qualified or not.
Therefore, after the first product test result sent by the target test equipment is received and stored, if the product omission factor is determined to be larger than or equal to the preset omission factor, second early warning information is generated and displayed. The method and the device can determine appropriate test parameter information for different types of products to be tested.
In addition, the product over-detection rate and the product omission factor of the target test equipment in each test can be displayed in a graphical mode, the horizontal axis represents the test time, the vertical axis represents the product over-detection rate and the product omission factor, and the change influence condition of the test parameter information can be accurately analyzed in real time.
In another possible embodiment, optionally, the method further comprises: receiving candidate test parameter information determined by the target test equipment according to a test parameter setting request, and storing the candidate test parameter information and the sending time of the candidate test parameter information; and receiving and storing a second product test result sent by the target test equipment.
The test parameter setting request may be set by a user on the target test device, and includes test parameter information for performing a qualification test on attributes such as quality, structure, volume, and the like of a product to be tested, that is, candidate test parameter information. The target test equipment can send the candidate test parameter information to the server side, and the scheme can receive the candidate test parameter information determined by the target test equipment according to the test parameter setting request through the server side and store the candidate test parameter information, the sending time of the candidate test parameter information and the source of the candidate test parameter information. After the target test equipment completes the test on the product to be tested, the product test result of the product to be tested, namely the second product test result, can be sent to the server side, and the server side can receive and store the second product test result sent by the target test equipment.
Therefore, the candidate test parameter information and the sending time of the candidate test parameter information are stored by receiving the candidate test parameter information determined by the target test equipment according to the test parameter setting request; and receiving and storing the second product test result sent by the target test equipment. The method and the system can realize real-time and efficient supervision on the test process of the target test equipment.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, in response to a product test request, target test equipment and at least one piece of target test parameter information are determined according to the product test request; if the target test parameter information is determined to be located in the preset parameter value range, the target test parameter information is sent to the target test equipment, so that the target test equipment can test the product to be tested according to the target test parameter information; and receiving and storing a first product test result sent by the target test equipment. By executing the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the test process of a plurality of test devices can be automatically and uniformly managed, the labor cost can be saved, and the management efficiency can be improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for managing product test information executed by a testing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a case where product test information set in a product testing device is managed, the method may be executed by a product test information management device, the product test information management device may be implemented in a form of hardware and/or software, and the product test information management device may be configured in an electronic device such as a testing device. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s210, receiving at least one target test parameter message sent by the server, and testing the product to be tested according to the target test parameter message.
The target test parameter information may be test parameter information sent by the server to perform a qualification test on attributes such as the specification, quality, structure and the like of the product to be tested. According to the scheme, the test equipment can receive at least one piece of target test parameter information sent by the server side, and the qualification test is carried out on the product to be tested according to the target test parameter information.
S220, generating a first product test result of a product to be tested, and sending the first product test result to the server side so that the server side stores the first product test result.
For example, in the present solution, after the target test device completes the qualification tests on the multiple attributes of the product to be tested, the test result, that is, the test result of the first product, may be fed back to the server, and the server may receive and store the test result of the first product.
In this embodiment, optionally, the method further includes: responding to a test parameter setting request sent by a user, and sending set candidate test parameter information to a server side so as to enable the server side to store the candidate test parameter information; and testing the product to be tested according to the candidate test parameter information, and sending a second product test result to the server side so as to enable the server side to store the second product test result.
For example, the test parameter setting request may be set on the test equipment by a user, and includes test parameter information for performing a qualification test on attributes such as quality, structure, volume, and the like of the product to be tested, that is, candidate test parameter information. In the scheme, the test equipment can send the candidate test parameter information to the server side, so that the server side receives the candidate test parameter information determined by the test equipment according to the test parameter setting request, and stores the candidate test parameter information, the sending time of the candidate test parameter information and the source of the candidate test parameter information. After the test equipment completes the test on the product to be tested, the product test result of the product to be tested, namely the second product test result, can be sent to the server side, and the server side can receive and store the second product test result sent by the test equipment.
Therefore, the set candidate test parameter information is sent to the server side by responding to a test parameter setting request sent by a user, so that the server side stores the candidate test parameter information; and testing the product to be tested according to the candidate test parameter information, and sending the second product test result to the server side so as to enable the server side to store the second product test result. The method and the system can realize real-time and efficient supervision on the test process of the target test equipment.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the test equipment executes, at least one target test parameter message sent by the server side is received, and the product to be tested is tested according to the target test parameter message; and generating a first product test result of the product to be tested, and sending the first product test result to the server side so as to enable the server side to store the first product test result. By executing the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the test process of a plurality of test devices can be automatically and uniformly managed, the labor cost can be saved, and the management efficiency can be improved.

These computer programs may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the computer programs, when executed by the processor, cause the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks to be performed. A computer program can execute entirely on a machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a computer program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. A computer readable storage medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. Alternatively, the computer readable storage medium may be a machine readable signal medium. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on an electronic device having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user may provide input to the electronic device. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), wide Area Networks (WANs), blockchain networks, and the Internet.
The computing system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server can be a cloud server, also called a cloud computing server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so that the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service are overcome.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present invention may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, and are not limited herein as long as the desired result of the technical solution of the present invention can be achieved.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and substitutions may be made in accordance with design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
