Abstract

Technical Field

Background
In the process of treating sewage in a sewage treatment plant, the sludge of a water treatment system needs to be detected and analyzed regularly. The sampling steps in the prior art are as follows: firstly, opening a DN90 stainless steel pipeline sealing cover; then, the steel pipe for sampling is inserted into a discharging area at the bottom of the centrifugal equipment to collect a mud sample; and then collecting the collected mud sample. In the whole sampling process, the DN90 stainless steel pipeline is in an open state after the sealing cover is taken down, the sampling process is high in danger (toxic and harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and the like overflow from the sampling process), and the sampling difficulty is high.
In view of the above circumstances, it is urgent to develop a new sludge sampling device, which can avoid hydrogen sulfide poisoning in the sampling process, reduce the sampling difficulty, and accelerate the sampling speed.

6. The sludge sampling device of claim 1, wherein the sampling tube body is further provided with a sampling fixing support; the sampling fixed support is arranged between the sampling branch pipe and the sample receiving branch pipe.
7. The sludge sampling device of claim 1 wherein the sampling branch pipe and the sample receiving branch pipe are both perpendicular to the sampling pipe body.
