The components of embodiments of the present invention may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The invention provides a children paint in a first aspect, which comprises emulsion, pigment, filler, a mildew inhibitor, a bactericide, a freeze-thaw stabilizer, an organosilicon waterproof agent, a functional auxiliary agent and water;
the filler comprises barium sulfate modified shell powder.
The shell powder is a porous fibrous double-spiral structure, and the pores of the shell powder naturally have a function, can adsorb various molecules with the sizes similar to those of the pores, and can be firmly held. The formaldehyde molecules in the air are captured by the pores in continuous rapid motion. Moreover, the shell powder fired by multi-stage temperature control keeps chitin in the shell, and the chitin can decompose formaldehyde molecules into water and nontoxic inert gas oxime, and the water and the nontoxic inert gas oxime are continuously adsorbed and decomposed.
In some embodiments of the invention, the barium sulfate modified shell powder is prepared by adding shell powder, a dispersing agent, a grinding medium and water into a sand mill according to a certain proportion and grinding for 2h at a high speed. And then adding barium sulfate, increasing the rotating speed, continuously grinding for 2 hours, and finally dehydrating and drying to obtain barium sulfate modified shell powder, wherein the mass ratio of the shell powder to the barium sulfate is 2. According to the invention, barium sulfate is used for modifying the shell powder, and barium sulfate is adsorbed and coated on the surface of the shell powder, so that the hardness of the shell powder is improved, and the wear resistance of the coating is improved, thereby improving the stain resistance.
In the preparation process of the barium sulfate modified shell powder, the proportion of the shell powder, the dispersing agent, the grinding medium and the water added into the sand mill is not particularly limited, and a person skilled in the art can control the proportion of the shell powder, the dispersing agent, the grinding medium and the water according to the final fineness requirement.
The organic silicon waterproof agent in the children paint provided by the invention is directionally arranged on the surface of a formed film of the children paint, and the hydrophobic group CH 3 The stain resistance is greatly improved outwards; the solvent reduces VOC in the coating drying process by using water; barium sulfate is used in the filler to modify the shell powder, so that the hardness of the shell powder is improved, the wear resistance of the children paint is improved, and the stain resistance of the children paint is further improved; meanwhile, the barium sulfate modified shell powder has a porous structure, and can well adsorb indoor formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds and decompose the indoor formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds; the functional auxiliary agent can also be used for further improving the stain resistance and the air purification capability of the children paint by cooperating with other raw materials in the children paint.
In the organosilicon waterproofing agent, silicon atoms and oxygen atoms are alternately formed into an inorganic bracket, and the remaining two valences of the silicon atoms are connected with organic end groups (mostly methyl), so that the organosilicon partially has the characteristics of organic matters. Because the bond energy of the Si-O bond is far higher than that of the CC bond, the Si-O bond plays an important role in resisting the influence of different factors and keeping stability of the organic silicon, can enhance the water resistance and the water resistance of the children's paint, and keeps good air permeability.
