The fireproof and aging-resistant panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modified vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate copolymer emulsion is prepared by the following method: according to the weight portion, 80-100 portions of chloroethylene-vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate copolymer emulsion, 5-8 portions of aminoacetic acid, 1-3 portions of triethylene diamine, 1-3 portions of 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and 1-5 portions of deionized water are uniformly mixed, heated in a water bath kettle at 40-70 ℃ for reaction for 2-5h, and uniformly stirred, thus obtaining the modified chloroethylene-vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate copolymer emulsion.
3. The fireproof and ageing-resistant board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flame retardant is piperazine pyrophosphate and aluminum hydroxide in a mass ratio of 1: 1.
4. The fireproof and ageing-resistant plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler is a mixture of borolithite and copper tungsten in a mass ratio of 1:1, mixing the mixture.
5. The fireproof and aging-resistant sheet material according to claim 1, wherein the antibacterial agent is one or a combination of several of nano zinc oxide, ethyl vanillin, montmorillonite, copper oxide and zinc silicate.
6. The fireproof and aging-resistant board according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is one or a combination of more of bis (isotridecyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite, trisnonylphenyl phosphite, antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 1222 and antioxidant 618.
7. The preparation method of the fireproof and ageing-resistant plate material as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) According to the weight parts, 40-60 parts of propylene 1-butene copolymer and 40-60 parts of modified vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate copolymer emulsion are mixed in a stirrer at 50-80 ℃ for 20-40min;
(2) Adding 50-100 parts of wood powder, 3-10 parts of flame retardant, 10-20 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of antibacterial agent and 3-8 parts of antioxidant, and mixing for 20-40min;
(3) And (3) placing the mixture prepared in the step (2) into a double-screw extruder, and performing melt extrusion, cooling, granulation and packaging to obtain the finished product.

The method for preparing the fireproof and ageing-resistant plate as claimed in claim 7, wherein the temperature in the barrel of the twin-screw extruder is as follows: 170-180 ℃ in the first zone, 180-190 ℃ in the second zone, 190-200 ℃ in the third zone, 190-200 ℃ in the head and 200-500 r/min in the double-screw extruder.
