The specific working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the welding gun is used, the wire guide wheel 7 and the positioning wheel 9 are abutted against a steel plate, the welding gun 10 is stably supported above a welding seam, a welding wire is wound on the reel 17, one end of the welding wire penetrates through the lower edge of the wire guide wheel 7, the end part of the welding wire is positioned below a tungsten needle 25 of the welding gun 10, and the welding wire is abutted through the annular groove 16 to be attached to the welding seam;
the grip 11 is kneaded, the sealing block 28 is driven to move upwards through the connecting rope 29, the second spring 30 is stretched, after argon gas is discharged, the grip 11 is pressed against the push type switch 12, and the welding gun 10 is started and welded;
the mounting frame 5 is pushed along the direction of a welding seam, the wire guide wheel 7 rotates to abut against a welding wire, the welding wire is drawn out from the scroll 17, the welding wire is always kept in a state synchronous with the welding gun 10, the positioning wheel 9 rotates to drive the shaft body 8 to rotate, the eccentric column 21 is driven to do eccentric motion, the connecting rod 23 is driven to do up-and-down motion, the ball sleeve 24 is matched with the ball head 22 to drive the swinging rod 19 to swing up and down, and the welding gun 10 does swinging motion along the advancing direction, so that swinging welding is realized;
after welding, the handle 11 is loosened, the second spring 30 contracts, the handle 11 is pulled away, the push switch 12 is disconnected firstly, the argon gas is blocked along with the resetting of the sealing block 28, the argon gas protection is introduced in advance, and the argon gas is blocked in a delayed mode, so that the surrounding environment of the tungsten needle 25 is in an argon gas protection state before the welding gun 10 is started, the condition of oxidation blackening during welding is reduced, and the generation of welding slag is reduced.
