Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the present specification, only the minimum components necessary for the present invention are described, and components irrelevant to the essence of the present invention are not mentioned. And should not be construed to include exclusive meanings of the mentioned components only, but should be construed to include non-exclusive meanings of other components which may not be mentioned.
The expressions first, second or the like used in the present specification are used for distinguishing the same or similar components or the names of the steps constituting the present invention, and do not indicate a sequence or a plurality.
The exemplary embodiments described herein provide an overall understanding of the principles of the structure, function, manufacture, and use of the devices and methods disclosed herein. And in which one or more such embodiments are shown. Those of ordinary skill in the art to which the invention pertains will understand that the devices and methods specifically described herein and illustrated by the accompanying drawings are non-limiting and belong to the exemplary embodiments and that the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. The features illustrated or described in connection with one exemplary embodiment may be combined with the features of another embodiment. Such modifications or variations are included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the foam dispenser of the present invention includes: a detergent containing part 10; a first motor 20; a second motor 30; a mixing space 40; a discharge passage 50 extended from the mixing space 40; a filter 60 located in the middle of the discharge passage 50; a nozzle 70 located downstream of the filter 60; a 1 st-1 st channel 41 elongated from an inner side of the detergent containing part 10 toward the first motor 20; a 1-2 channel 42 extending from the first motor 20 toward the mixing space 40; the second passage 80 extends from the second motor 30 to the mixing space 40, and allows air to pass therethrough when the second motor 30 is started. The first motor 20 and the second motor 30 can be activated by pressing the start switch 100. The first motor 20 may be a pump that sucks and discharges the detergent in a liquid form, and the second motor 30 may be an air pump. The air supplied by the second motor 30 is compressed air.
The detergent contained in the detergent containing part 10 includes a surfactant. The filter 60 may be a nonwoven fabric filter, and is shown in fig. 2 as being disposed adjacent to the nozzle 70, but may be disposed adjacent to the downstream of the mixing space 40, or may be disposed at an intermediate position of the discharge passage 50.
The shape of the end of the nozzle 70 may be determined according to the discharge area of the foam to be discharged. For example, if the foam is to be discharged in a large area, the discharge angle of the discharge port can be made large, and if the foam is to be discharged in a small area, the discharge angle of the discharge port can be made small.
The bubble sprayer of the present invention may further include an air regulating part 35 for regulating the amount of air passing through the second passage 80 and a detergent regulating part 25 for regulating the amount of detergent passing through the 1 st to 2 nd passages 42. Although fig. 1 shows the air conditioner 35 and the detergent conditioner 25 as physical components, they may be implemented by adjusting the voltages applied to the first motor 20 and the second motor 30. For example, the amount of detergent and the amount of air supplied may be adjusted by adjusting the magnitude of the voltage applied to each motor. Fig. 2 and 3 show that the first motor 20 and the second motor 30 are simultaneously started by the start switch 100, but the two motors may be controlled independently of each other by applying a known motor operating circuit or the like.
If the air conditioner 35 and the detergent conditioner 25 are physically provided, valves whose opening and closing degrees can be adjusted can be provided.
Next, the operation of the foam sprayer of the present invention is described.
The first motor 20 is started, the detergent containing the surfactant, which is contained in the detergent containing part 10, is supplied to the first motor 20 through the 1 st-1 st pathway 41, and the supplied detergent is supplied from the first motor 20 to the mixing space 40 through the 1 st-2 nd pathway 42. The second motor 30 is activated and air is supplied to the mixing space 40 through the second passage 80.
In the mixing space 40, the detergent and the air are mixed with each other, increasing the volume.
The mixed liquid passes through the discharge passage 50 and is discharged to the outside of the nozzle 70 via the filter 60. The mixed liquid having the increased volume is discharged through a filter, such as the non-woven fabric filter 60, at a high pressure, and finally discharged in a foam form.
The present invention has an effect in that it is not necessary to apply pressure to the detergent container using a compressor or the like as in the conventional products in order to suck the detergent contained in the detergent container 10, and thus it is not necessary to use a compressor and an additional device such as a pressure gauge, and it is also possible to solve the safety problem.
Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims, and it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and/or drawings. Also, it should be clearly understood that the improvements, changes and modifications obvious to those skilled in the art in the summary of the invention recited in the claims are also included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
