because the length of the first rod 5 screwed into the threaded cylinder 7 needs to be considered in terms of accuracy, when the threaded cylinder 7 is screwed into the second rod 6, the problem that the distance between the end part of the threaded cylinder 7 and the ring body 3 is different, so that the length of the second rod 6 finally screwed into the threaded cylinder 7 is uniform, the end surfaces of the two ring bodies 3 are placed in different-plane inclined states, the axes of the male head 1 and the female head 2 are different, and the problem of side distortion occurs is prevented; the smooth part and the threaded part are arranged in the threaded cylinder 7, the first rod 5 is rotationally connected with the smooth part in the threaded cylinder 7, the second rod 6 is in threaded connection with the threaded part in the threaded cylinder 7, so that the threaded cylinder 7 is pre-installed on the first rod 5, when the threaded cylinder 7 is rotated afterwards, the threaded cylinder 7 is screwed to tighten the second rod 6, the second rod 6 is rotated into the threaded cylinder 7, the problem of the length of the threaded cylinder 7 rotationally connected with the first rod 5 is not considered any more, and meanwhile, the problems of falling and losing of parts of the threaded cylinder 7 when the threaded cylinder 7 is in threaded connection with the first rod 5 can be prevented;
the ring body 3 is arranged separately from the male head 1 and the female head 2, so that firstly, stacking and transportation of parts of the cable connector are facilitated, secondly, when a certain part on the cable connector is damaged, the single part can be taken down for replacement, the whole male head 1 and/or female head 2 part is not required to be replaced, expenditure is reduced, furthermore, the male head 1 and the ring body 3 are convenient and quick to install, only the end part of the male head 1 or the female head 2 is required to penetrate through the through hole 18, and then the ring body 3 is rotated, so that the rectangular convex part 21 is extruded on the upper inner end surface of the ring body 3;
through the arrangement of the notch 22, when the rectangular convex part 21 reaches the inner end surface of the ring body 3, the ring body 3 is rotated, so that the rectangular convex part 21 is arranged in the notch 22, the ring body 3 and the male head 1 and the female head 2 are relatively rotated and fixed, and when the threaded cylinder 7 is screwed up, the rectangular convex part 21 is extruded in the notch 22 again, so that the rotation between the male head 1 and the female head 2 and the ring body 3 is tightly restrained, and the connection stability between the male head 1 and the female head 2 is ensured;
the inner ring of the through hole 18 is in clearance fit with the outer rings of the male head 1 and the female head 2, so that the male head 1 and the female head 2 can conveniently penetrate through, but some problems are brought, so that external rainwater and dust penetrate into the clearance, meanwhile, the clearance fit easily causes the female head 2 and the male head 1 to have a trend of swinging at the through hole 18, namely, the stability between the male head 1 and the female head 2 and the ring body 3 is poor, for this purpose, the locking ring 27 is arranged to be matched with the threaded groove 23, the locking ring 27 is sleeved on the male head 1 and the female head 2 and is arranged at the rear side of the ring body 3, the locking ring 27 is rotated into the threaded groove 23, and the threaded groove 23 and the locking ring 27 are arranged in a shape, so that the inner wall of the threaded groove 23 is extruded towards the axis direction of the through hole 18 and is extruded on the surfaces of the male head 1 and the female head 2, and stability and tightness are improved;
through arranging the base block 25 and matching with the fastening bolt, the fastening bolt penetrates through the base block 25 and extends into the female head 2 to be extruded on the surface of the male head 1, so that the connection stability strength between the female head 2 and the male head 1 is further improved, and meanwhile, branch wires can be conveniently led out of the female head 2 of the male head 1, so that other electric appliances can be conveniently electrically connected, or insulating ropes are bound in the penetrating holes 26, the cable connector is horizontally hung, the male head 1, the female head 2 and the cable connector are placed on the same axis as much as possible, and the extrusion bending trend of the cable to the cable connector is reduced;
the fastening ring 24 is arranged on the cable, the cable is conveniently lifted by using the insulating rope by arranging the fastening ring 24 at the end part of the cable, and meanwhile, the fastening ring 24 can be internally wrapped with not only the cable, but also additional auxiliary cable wires which are arranged together for wrapping, and then the cable wires are hung by the insulating rope and are placed in the same axis state;
in fig. 8, when the threaded rod 28 is rotated counterclockwise in the top view of the connector, the threaded rod 28 is in a tightening trend, so that the two fastening rings 24 of the half are more tightened, and the wire ropes 29 tied in the rope holes 281 of the threaded rod 28 are in a tightening state, when the cable is to be separated from the male head 1 or the female head 2, the wire ropes 29 are further tightened, and meanwhile, the threaded rod 28 is also in a tightening state, so that the connection strength between the cable and the male head 1 or the female head 2 is further improved.
