Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an alternative cloud platform-based fund supervision system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the system includes: the management unit is used for managing a transaction software system deployed on the cloud platform, wherein the transaction software system is used for releasing product information through the cloud platform; the interface unit is used for receiving a transaction request sent by the first object based on the product information and forwarding the transaction request to a transaction software system corresponding to the transaction request; the monitoring unit is used for receiving a transaction amount generated by the transaction software system executing transaction operation based on the transaction request, forwarding the transaction amount to a first account, and forwarding the transaction amount from the first account to a second account under the condition that the transaction operation meets a preset condition, wherein the first account is a transfer account associated with a second object which is transacted with the first object, and the second account is a target account associated with the second object.
Optionally, the cloud platform may be a financial cloud platform developed and managed by a financial institution (e.g., a bank), the transaction Software system may be a Software instance delivered by Software as a Service (SaaS) in an online self-Service manner, and by deploying the SaaS Software on the cloud platform, a SaaS Software provider can centrally host the Software and related data thereof in a cloud end, and a user of the SaaS Software can conveniently and flexibly access and use the Software Service through a network without deploying and maintaining the Software locally. Alternatively, the transaction software system may be a system with different scenes, for example, the transaction software system may be a system in a plurality of scenes such as educational training, physical fitness, health care, lodging and dining, residential service, retail industry and the like.
Optionally, the product information corresponds to a scene, for example, in a transaction software system in an educational training scene, the product information may be course information of different subjects, and in a transaction software system in a retail industry, the product information may be information of different commodities. Alternatively, the first object may be a transaction initiator (e.g. a buyer) and the transaction request is sent by the transaction initiator based on product information, e.g. the buyer sees a certain good on the network to want to buy and initiates a purchase request, i.e. a transaction request, for the good. Alternatively, the transaction amount may be an amount paid by the transaction initiator, and the second object may be an object (e.g., a seller) with which the first object is transacted.
Optionally, the fund supervision involved in this embodiment is directed to the supervision of prepaid funds, where prepaid refers to a business model in which a user pays in advance to purchase a service or a product before using a service, and the user gives an actual deduction of corresponding service fees after successfully using or partially using the service. The prepaid fund supervision refers to a supervision policy of an authority department for strengthening management and outbound aiming at the business mode of prepaid or prepaid cards, and the supervision policy requires a prepaid merchant to store and manage prepaid funds in financial institutions such as banks and the like so as not to use the funds randomly, thereby ensuring the rights and interests of consumers. Alternatively, the first account may be a transit account of the second object, i.e. an authorized account of the seller, and the second account may be a target account of the second object, i.e. a settlement account of the seller, for example, a settlement account specified by the seller.
It should be noted that, in the above process, the transaction software system is deployed on the cloud platform, so that the problems of large system development amount and long commissioning period in the related art, which result in low capital supervision efficiency, are solved, and the capital supervision efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the management unit includes: the portal management unit is used for allocating an address for the transaction software system in the cloud platform so that a third object deploys the transaction software system in a cloud platform area corresponding to the address, wherein the third object is a provider of the transaction software system; and the software management unit is used for managing operation data information of the transaction software system, wherein the operation data information at least comprises transaction information.
Optionally, the third object is a provider of the transaction software system, for example, a SaaS software vendor. Optionally, an address is allocated to the transaction software system, so that the SaaS software provider deploys the transaction software system in an area of a financial cloud platform developed and managed by a financial institution corresponding to the address. For example, a SaaS software provider cooperates with a financial institution, and the financial institution allocates an address to the SaaS software provider from a financial cloud platform developed and managed by the institution, that is, the SaaS software provider rents an area corresponding to the address from the financial cloud platform, so that the SaaS software system can be deployed in the area corresponding to the address. Alternatively, the operational data information may be transaction information, fund information, order information, and the like.
Specifically, the fund supervision system based on the cloud platform further comprises: the service unit is used for providing cloud service capability for the transaction software system, wherein the cloud service capability comprises a plurality of functions, each function corresponds to one function module, and the function modules are used for providing services corresponding to the functions.
Optionally, the cloud service capability may include multiple technical capabilities such as data, communication, storage, and computation, and each function corresponds to one functional module. For example, the distributed function module may provide a distributed data storage capability, the internet of things function module may provide an internet of things device interaction capability, and the like. Optionally, in the process of deploying the transaction software system, the SaaS software provider may select a functional module required by itself from the plurality of functional modules in the financial cloud platform according to an actual requirement.
In some other optional embodiments, in the process of updating the transaction software system, only the corresponding functional module needs to be updated, and the update can be realized without updating the whole transaction software system. For example, in the process of upgrading and improving a certain function of the transaction software system, only the functional module corresponding to the certain function is upgraded and improved.
It should be noted that, in the above process, the development amount and the production period of the system are shortened, and the capital supervision efficiency is further improved.
The present invention is described below with reference to preferred implementation steps, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of an alternative cloud platform-based fund supervision method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S201, receiving a transaction request sent by a first object, and acquiring address information from the transaction request.
In the above steps, the transaction request sent by the first object may be received by an application system, a processor, an electronic device, or the like. Alternatively, the first object may be a transaction initiator (e.g. a buyer) and the transaction request is sent by the transaction initiator based on product information, for example, the buyer may initiate a purchase request or transaction request for a certain product when seeing that the product wants to purchase on the network. Optionally, the transaction request at least includes address information, and the address information may be an address of the transaction software system.
And step S202, determining a target transaction software system according to the address information.
In the above steps, it may be determined through the address information that the target transaction software system, for example, when a buyer wants to purchase a course after selling the course of a certain subject on the transaction software system of the education training scenario deployed on the cloud platform seen on the network, the buyer may initiate a purchase request, that is, a transaction request, to the transaction software system of the education training scenario deployed on the cloud platform for the course, where the address information is an address of the transaction software system of the education training scenario, and the target transaction software system is the transaction software system of the education training scenario.
Step S203, obtaining a transaction amount generated by the target transaction software system executing the transaction operation based on the transaction request, and forwarding the transaction amount to the first account.
In the above steps, the transaction amount may be an amount paid by the transaction initiator, for example, when the buyer wants to purchase after selling a course of a certain department on a transaction software system which is deployed in an educational training scene of the cloud platform and viewed on the network, the buyer initiates a purchase request, i.e., a transaction request, and pays the transaction amount, i.e., a price sold by the course of the certain department. Optionally, the transaction amount is acquired through a fund supervision system based on the cloud platform, and the transaction amount is forwarded to the first account. For example, in a retail industry scenario, a commodity is a solid commodity, and needs to be transported and delivered to a buyer through an express service, at this time, a transaction amount paid by the buyer may be forwarded to a supervised account of the seller.
Step S204, under the condition that the transaction operation meets the preset condition, the transaction amount is forwarded to a second account from a first account, wherein the first account is a transit account associated with a second object which conducts transaction with the first object, and the second account is a target account associated with the second object.
In the above steps, the transaction operation may be an operation of submitting an order, paying a transaction amount, or the like. The second object may be an object (e.g., a seller) that transacts with the first object. The first account may be a transit account of the second object, i.e., an escrow account of the seller, and the second account may be a target account of the second object, i.e., a settlement account of the seller, e.g., a settlement account specified by the seller to public.
Alternatively, the preset condition may be set according to the type of goods transacted. For example, in the retail industry scenario, the commodity is a solid commodity, and the commodity needs to be transported and delivered to the buyer through an express delivery service, in this case, the preset condition may be that the buyer confirms the delivery, that is, in the case that the buyer confirms the delivery, the transaction amount paid by the buyer is forwarded from the monitored account of the seller to the public settlement account designated by the seller. For example, in an educational training scenario, the commodity is a virtual commodity, the buyer can perform course learning only by logging in on a learning webpage through an account and a password provided by the seller, and the commodity is not required to be transported and delivered through an express service.
In the embodiment of the invention, a mode of deploying a transaction software system and a fund monitoring system on a cloud platform is adopted, and the mode comprises the following steps: the management unit is used for managing a transaction software system deployed on the cloud platform, wherein the transaction software system is used for releasing product information through the cloud platform; the interface unit is used for receiving a transaction request sent by the first object based on the product information and forwarding the transaction request to a transaction software system corresponding to the transaction request; the monitoring unit is used for receiving a transaction amount generated by the transaction software system executing transaction operation based on the transaction request, forwarding the transaction amount to a first account, and forwarding the transaction amount to a second account from the first account under the condition that the transaction operation meets a preset condition, wherein the first account is a transit account associated with a second object transacting with the first object, and the second account is a target account associated with the second object.
It is easy to notice that in the above process, the transaction software system is deployed on the cloud platform and can be managed by the management unit, so that the problems of low capital supervision efficiency caused by large system development amount and long commissioning period in the related art are solved, and the capital supervision efficiency is improved; through the interface unit, the forwarding and scheduling of the transaction request are realized, and the problem of low data security caused by frequent interaction across systems in the related technology is solved; through the supervision unit, the supervision system is deployed on the cloud platform, the transaction amount can be forwarded to the second account from the first account under the condition that the transaction operation meets the preset condition, and the transaction amount is supervised.
Therefore, through the technical scheme of the invention, the aim of monitoring the prepaid funds is fulfilled by deploying the transaction software system and the fund monitoring system on the cloud platform, so that the technical effect of improving the fund monitoring efficiency is achieved, and the technical problems of large development amount and low fund monitoring efficiency caused by long commissioning period in the mode of locally deploying the fund monitoring system in the prior art are solved.
In an alternative embodiment, before receiving the transaction request sent by the first object, corresponding addresses are allocated to the transaction software systems, so that the third object deploys the transaction software systems in cloud platform areas corresponding to the addresses.
Optionally, the third object is a provider of a transaction software system, for example, a SaaS software vendor. Specifically, before a transaction request sent by the first object is received, corresponding addresses are allocated to the transaction software systems, so that the SaaS software provider can deploy the transaction software systems in the areas of financial cloud platforms developed and managed by financial institutions corresponding to the addresses.
It should be noted that, in the above process, since the financial cloud platform is developed and managed by the financial institution, compared with a common software development institution, the financial cloud platform has a higher security authority, and by deploying the transaction software system in the cloud platform area corresponding to the address, the security of the system can be improved, and the problem of data security which troubles the SaaS industry is solved.
In an alternative embodiment, after the corresponding addresses are allocated to the transaction software systems, the target functions deployed for the transaction software systems are determined, then the target function modules corresponding to the transaction software systems are determined from the multiple function modules according to the target functions, and then the target functions are deployed for the transaction software systems on the cloud platform based on the target function modules. Wherein the functional module corresponds to a function included in the cloud service capability.
Optionally, the cloud service capability may include multiple technical capabilities such as data, communication, storage, and computation, and each function corresponds to one functional module. For example, the distributed function module may provide a distributed data storage capability, the internet of things function module may provide an internet of things device interaction capability, and the like.
Specifically, a target function deployed for the transaction software system is determined through a fund supervision system based on a cloud platform, then a target function module corresponding to the transaction software system is determined from a plurality of function modules according to the target function, and then the target function is deployed for the transaction software system on the cloud platform based on the target function module. For example, in the process of deploying a transaction software system, a SaaS software provider may deploy a plurality of functions for the transaction software system according to actual requirements, that is, determine a target function deployed for the transaction software system through a fund supervision system based on a cloud platform, and then select a target function module corresponding to the target function from a plurality of function modules in a financial cloud platform according to the target function, that is, deploy the target function for the transaction software system based on the target function module on the cloud platform.
In an optional embodiment, after the target function is deployed for the transaction software system on the cloud platform based on the target function module, the product information is published on the cloud platform according to the target function module.
Optionally, product information may be published on the cloud platform according to the target function module. For example, for a transaction software system in the retail industry, the product information may be information of different commodities, and the information of different commodities may be published in an area corresponding to the transaction software system in the retail industry on the cloud platform through the cloud communication module.
Optionally, fig. 3 is an architecture diagram of an optional cloud platform-based fund monitoring system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the system includes a cloud portal module, a SaaS software module, a cloud computing capability module, an Application Programming Interface (API) open platform module, and a fund monitoring service capability module. Specifically, the cloud portal module comprises a cloud operation module, a cloud management module, a cloud community module and a cloud inner tube, wherein the cloud inner tube is used for providing operation management capacity for the financial institution. The SaaS software module comprises education training, physical fitness, health care, lodging and catering, resident service, retail industry and the like, and further comprises cloud support, wherein the cloud support comprises two dimensions of a safety system and a user system. The cloud computing capability module includes a public Service Infrastructure (pub), platform as a Service (Platform as a Service), infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). The public service foundation can provide functions of distribution, middleware, internet of things, cloud communication and the like, the PaaS can provide functions of mirroring, container, isolation, inspection and the like, and the IaaS can provide functions of calculation, storage, network and the like.
Optionally, the fund supervision system based on the cloud platform in this embodiment may be applied to full-chain supervision of prepaid fund GBC, where the terminal G represents a Government (Government) terminal, the terminal B represents an enterprise Business (Business) terminal, and the terminal C represents an individual user (customer) terminal. The cloud platform-based fund supervision system in this embodiment provides, from dimensions of the SaaS, the cloud portal, the cloud inner pipe, and IaaS and PaaS supporting the SaaS, software hosting and operation management services for the software as a service (SaaS software provider).
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the SaaS software module can be oriented to a plurality of scenes such as education training, physical fitness, health care, lodging and dining, residential service, retail industry and the like, and provides an operation management system, i.e., a transaction software system, for SaaS software providers in different scenes of the prepaid industry. Namely, the SaaS software provider under different scenes of the prepaid industry can deploy its SaaS software operation management system through the SaaS software module, thereby realizing the functions of issuing, selling, consuming and inquiring, refunding processing and the like of prepaid goods or service items. For example, a SaaS software provider in an educational training scenario may deploy an operation management system related to educational training through a SaaS software module, and implement functions such as course sales. It should be noted that, the financial cloud platform covers various industry ecology such as education training, physical fitness, health care, accommodation catering, residential service, retail industry and the like, so the financial cloud platform may also be referred to as a financial ecological cloud.
Optionally, a software as a service (SaaS) software provider cooperating with prepaid fund supervision is established with a financial cloud platform developed and managed by a financial institution, the SaaS system is deployed on the financial cloud platform, and software can be delivered to market users (for example, users of the SaaS software) in ways of cloud tenants, internet self-service, and the like. Optionally, the market user may use the SaaS system in the prepaid industry in a cloud access manner. For example, a user related to a sports fitness scene enters a fund supervision system based on a cloud platform from a cloud portal module in a cloud access mode, accesses a corresponding SaaS system, namely a transaction software system of the sports fitness scene, and performs transaction operations such as purchasing a fitness card.
Specifically, the cloud portal module and the API open platform module can integrate the public service basic capability of the cloud computing module, and provide financial service capabilities such as account, fund supervision, account management, payment receipt and the like to the SaaS software provider.
Optionally, the SaaS software provider and the SaaS system user access an API open platform module, an operation system, a community module, and the like deployed on the financial cloud platform through an encrypted hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) communication manner, so that platform management services such as technical operation, business operation, and platform operation can be implemented. For example, a SaaS software provider enters a cloud platform-based fund supervision system from a cloud portal module, and performs different accesses according to different interfaces provided by an API open platform module and the requirements of the software provider.
Specifically, the interface between the SaaS software provider and the fund supervision service capability module can be realized through the API open platform module, and optionally, the SaaS software provider can realize multi-dimensional service interaction of users, accounts, service units, fund and the like by calling the cloud service capability module of the financial cloud platform.
Specifically, the fund supervision system based on the cloud platform in the embodiment may further provide technical capabilities such as data, communication, storage, and computation. For example, the distributed function of the public service foundation can provide distributed data storage capability, and the internet of things function of the public service foundation can provide internet of things equipment interaction capability. Optionally, the API open platform module may provide a visual docking manner for docking of the SaaS software provider and the fund supervision service capability module, in addition to an interface access manner.
