Because the evaluation report to be filled does not have the name of the custom basis at present, after the evaluation report to be filled containing the specific template tag uploaded by the user is obtained according to the processing component, the custom basis name input by the user is automatically filled in the current position of the specific template tag in the evaluation report to be filled, and then the specific basis title in the specific filling array is automatically filled below the custom basis name in the evaluation report to be filled, so that the asset evaluation report is filled according to the basis.
In practical applications, the evaluation pricing basis in the evaluation report basis generally includes the following 8 items: 1. a related manual of asset assessment common data and parameters; 2. relevant inquiry data and parameter data collected by evaluators; 3. market data such as telephone inquiry, internet inquiry and the like; 4. the electronic equipment evaluation list and the related description data provided by the evaluated unit; 5. a product price manual; 6. equipment quotation provided by a professional website; 7. evaluating evidence-based data collected by professionals on asset verification, investigation, detection, analysis and the like; 8. other data related to asset evaluation, in which the titles of 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 are often not highly versatile, it is difficult for the processing component to obtain the commonly used evaluation pricing basis title from the basis platform and then provide the user with a search, and therefore, the user is required to manually input the evaluation pricing basis title which is not searched by the processing component.
To this end, a rating basis input control (e.g., a text box and corresponding submit button) may be provided on the front page of the processing component for the user to enter a specific rating basis title that is not retrieved in the text box and that needs to be filled in the asset rating report (in which case the user may or may not determine any rating basis title in the rating area based on the retrieval) and display the rating basis title in the rating area after clicking the submit button, after which the title that is the rating basis title of the above specific rating basis title may be filled in the to-be-filled rating report based on the foregoing method. In the process of inputting the specific evaluation pricing basis title, the processing platform can utilize the historical input records of the pricing basis input control to intelligently prompt. For example, before a user inputs a product price manual according to the input control, the user automatically prompts the product price manual according to the processing platform after inputting the product according to the input control, so that the input efficiency is improved.
That is, for the basis processing platform, in response to the user inputting the specific evaluation pricing basis title which is not retrieved and needs to be filled in the pricing basis input control, the specific evaluation pricing basis title is displayed in the basis determining area as the basis title corresponding to the evaluation pricing basis. And then, storing the specific evaluation pricing basis title in a filling array associated with the evaluation pricing basis according to a processing platform, and automatically filling the specific evaluation pricing basis title in the current position of the template tag corresponding to the filling array after the evaluation report to be filled is obtained, thereby realizing the automatic filling of the specific evaluation pricing basis title.
In addition, the processing platform can store the specific evaluation pricing basis title input by the user in the pricing basis input control locally. In practical applications, the number of times of inputting the specific evaluation pricing basis title by each specific evaluation pricing basis (i.e. the number of times of inputting the specific evaluation pricing basis title by each user through the pricing basis input control) may be counted, and the specific evaluation pricing basis title with a higher number of times of inputting is opened for retrieval by the user, but considering that the literally different specific evaluation pricing basis titles may have the same meaning (for example, "wind macroscopic economic data" and "Wande macroscopic economic data" have the same meaning), therefore, in order to avoid repetition of the specific evaluation pricing basis title within the retrieval range, the specific evaluation pricing basis title deduplication processing needs to be performed according to the following steps.
Specifically, for each specific evaluation and pricing basis title stored locally, the processing platform performs word segmentation on each specific evaluation and pricing basis title, calculates a feature vector (which may be a TF-IDF vector, i.e., a word frequency-reverse text frequency vector, or a word embedding vector) of each word in the specific evaluation and pricing basis title, then obtains a feature vector (which may be implemented by calculating a weighted sum of feature vectors of each word) of the specific evaluation and pricing basis title according to the feature vector of each word in the specific evaluation and pricing basis title, and then calculates a similarity (which may be a cosine similarity or a pearson similarity coefficient) between any two specific evaluation and pricing basis titles by using the feature vector of each specific evaluation and pricing basis title, and then determines any two specific evaluation and pricing basis titles with a similarity greater than a preset similarity threshold as repeated titles, and deletes one of the two repeated titles, thereby completing deduplication processing.
And after the duplicate removal processing is finished, counting the input times of each specific evaluation pricing basis title in the pricing basis input control after the duplicate removal processing according to the processing platform. If the input times is larger than a preset threshold value, the specific evaluation pricing basis title is a basis title with strong universality, and the specific evaluation pricing basis title can be stored in the relational database and used as the title of the evaluation pricing basis to open the search for the user, so that the beneficial supplement of the search data is realized.
The present invention may also implement a style adjustment according to which the evaluation report is based, and specifically, the front end page according to the processing component further has: by selecting a control by style, the user can set the style by style in the asset assessment report at this control, such as font, font color, outline, font size, whether bolding, superscript, subscript, whether skewing, text hyperlink, and the like. After populating the target-by-heading and the specific-by-heading into the to-be-populated evaluation report, the per-heading and the specific-by-heading may be adjusted by the per-processing component to the style selected by the user in the per-style selection control.
Fig. 2 is a front-end page schematic diagram of a processing assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, and several modes of use of the processing assembly are described below with reference to fig. 2.
In the first use mode, a user selects the control to select the economic behavior basis according to the category, the selection control of the evaluation target and the self-defined basis input control are in a forbidden state at the moment, the user inputs keywords in the keyword input control, the search mode is selected, the searched evaluation report basis is output in the search result display area according to the processing assembly, and the user can place the determined basis in the basis determining area through the basis selecting button. The user can change the key words and the searching mode to execute the current increment searching according to the categories, and can also change the searching according to the categories to execute the corresponding categories. Further, the user may set a style-by-style in the asset assessment report at a style-by-style selection control. And aiming at a certain basis type, storing the evaluation report basis in the basis determining area in a corresponding filling array according to the processing component, and providing a corresponding format preview of a corresponding basis in the basis previewing area determined on the front-end page. Then, the user adjusts the template tag to a desired position in the asset assessment report template to form an assessment report to be filled, after uploading the assessment report to be filled (an "upload template report filling assessment basis" button in fig. 2 can be used) to a basis processing component, the elements in the filling array corresponding to each template tag (i.e. the assessment report basis in the filling array) are automatically filled to the current position of the template tag according to the processing component, and are adjusted to a corresponding style, so that an assessment report with filling completed is generated, and finally, the user performs downloading on a front-end page according to the processing component, so that the assessment report with filling completed is obtained.
In the second usage mode, a user selects legal and regulatory basis, evaluation criterion basis, property right basis or evaluation pricing basis according to the category selection control, the user-defined basis input control is in a forbidden state, the evaluation target selection control is in an available state, the user selects an evaluation target on the target selection control, keywords are input on the keyword input control, a retrieval mode is selected, retrieved evaluation report basis are output in a retrieval result display area according to the processing assembly, and the user can place the determined basis in the basis determination area through the selection basis button. The user can change the key words and the searching mode to execute the current increment searching according to the categories, and can also change the searching according to the categories to execute the corresponding categories. Further, the user may set a style-by-style in the asset assessment report at a style-by-style selection control. And aiming at a certain basis type, storing the evaluation report basis in the basis determining area in a corresponding filling array according to the processing component, and providing a corresponding format preview of a corresponding basis in the basis previewing area determined on the front-end page. The user then forms a to-be-filled assessment report after adjusting the template tag to a desired position in the asset assessment report template, after it uploads the to-be-filled assessment report to the compliance processing component, and automatically filling the elements in the filling array corresponding to each template label to the current position of the template label according to the processing assembly, adjusting the elements to the corresponding pattern, generating a filling-finished evaluation report, and finally, executing downloading according to the front-end page of the processing assembly by a user to obtain the filling-finished evaluation report.
In a third use mode, a user selects a custom basis according to a category selection control, at the moment, the evaluation target selection control and the custom basis input control are in available states, the user inputs a custom basis name in the custom basis input control, selects an evaluation target in the target selection control, inputs a keyword in the keyword input control, selects a retrieval mode, outputs each retrieved evaluation report basis in a retrieval result display area according to a processing assembly, and can place the determined basis in a basis determination area through a basis selection button. The user can change the key words and the searching mode to execute the current increment searching according to the categories, and can also change the searching according to the categories to execute the corresponding categories. Further, the user may set a style-by-style in the asset assessment report at a style-by-style selection control. And aiming at a certain basis type, storing the evaluation report basis in the basis determining area in a corresponding filling array according to the processing component, and providing a corresponding format preview of a corresponding basis in the basis previewing area determined on the front-end page. And then, after the template tags are adjusted to the expected positions in the asset assessment report template by the user to form an assessment report to be filled, after the assessment report to be filled is uploaded to the basis processing component, the self-defined basis names and elements in the filling arrays corresponding to the template tags are automatically filled to the current positions of the template tags according to the processing component and are adjusted to the corresponding patterns, so that an assessment report which is filled is generated, and finally, the user executes downloading according to the front-end page of the processing component, so that the assessment report which is filled is obtained.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating specific implementation steps of the screening and auto-population method according to the asset evaluation report in the embodiment of the present invention, and since the specific implementation details of each step have been described above, they are not repeated here.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the complete collection and real-time update of evaluation report bases of various types and corresponding various evaluation targets in the basis processing component are realized, so that a user can retrieve required bases only through a single basis processing component; the bases are classified and stored according to the base categories and the evaluation targets, accurate and quick base retrieval is realized by combining a plurality of functional controls of a front-end page, and the actual requirements of the base retrieval are met based on the targeted storage and the double-path query according to the titles and the contents; according to the processing component, the evaluation report basis of each category is automatically filled in the position indicated by the template tag in the asset evaluation report by maintaining the mapping relation among the basis category, the filling array and the template tag, so that the accurate filling of the evaluation basis is realized, the writing of the evaluation basis in the asset evaluation report is simplified, the repeated and complicated operations of copying, pasting, position adjustment and the like are avoided, and the unnecessary workload in the asset evaluation process is favorably reduced.
It should be noted that, for the convenience of description, the foregoing method embodiments are described as a series of acts, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts described, and that some steps may in fact be performed in other orders or concurrently. Moreover, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no acts or modules are necessarily required to implement the invention.
To facilitate a better implementation of the above-described aspects of embodiments of the present invention, the following also provides relevant means for implementing the above-described aspects.
Referring to fig. 4, an asset evaluation report basis screening and automatic filling apparatus 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention is disposed on a pre-established basis processing component, and a front page of the basis processing component has a category-based selection control, an evaluation target selection control, a keyword input control, a search result display area, and a basis determination area; the apparatus 400 may include: a dependency collecting unit 401, a dependency retrieving unit 402, a dependency buffering unit 403 and a dependency filling unit 404.
The basis collection unit 401 may be configured to collect a plurality of evaluation report bases according to categories issued by the platform, store the collected evaluation report bases according to categories and categories of evaluation targets, and count the history reference times of each evaluation report base; wherein the categories include: the method comprises the following steps of (1) economic behavior basis, law and regulation basis, evaluation criterion basis, property right basis and evaluation pricing basis; depending on the retrieving unit 402 may be configured to: responding to the economic behavior basis selected by the user on the basis of the category selection control, and setting the selection control of the evaluation target in a forbidden state; after a user inputs a keyword in the keyword input control, displaying a basis title matched with the keyword in economic behavior bases corresponding to all evaluation targets in the search result display area; setting the selection control of the evaluation target to be in an available state in response to the user selecting legal and legal rules basis, evaluation criterion basis, property right basis or evaluation pricing basis on the selection control according to the category; when a user selects a target object in the selection control of the evaluation object and inputs a keyword in the keyword input control, displaying a basis title matched with the keyword in evaluation report basis of the current basis category corresponding to the target object and the selection control according to the category in the retrieval result display area; the search result display area is arranged according to the titles in a descending order of the historical quotation times, and different colors from strong to weak are presented according to the sequence of the word frequency of the keyword in the corresponding evaluation report from large to small; depending on the cache unit 403 available: when a user places one or more targets corresponding to any one base type in the retrieval result display area into the base determination area according to the title, storing the targets in a filling array associated with the base type according to the title; the basis processing component maintains mapping relations between the basis types and the filling arrays and between the filling arrays and pre-written template labels in advance; the filling unit 404 may be configured to obtain an evaluation report to be filled uploaded by a user on the front-end page, where a text of the evaluation report to be filled is arranged with a plurality of template tags whose positions are determined by the user in advance; and automatically filling the target in the filling array corresponding to each template label in the to-be-filled evaluation report according to the mapping relation and the title to the current position of the template label to generate a filled evaluation report, and returning the filled evaluation report to the user based on a downloading instruction of the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the categories further include: the front end page further has a self-defining basis: self-defining a basis input control; and, the dependency retrieval unit 402 is further configured to: setting the self-defining basis input control into a forbidden state in response to the user selecting an economic behavior basis, a legal and legal basis, an evaluation criterion basis, a property right basis or an evaluation pricing basis from the basis selection control; responding to the user selecting a user-defined basis in the basis type selection control, and setting the user-defined basis input control into an available state; when a user inputs a custom basis name in the custom basis input control, selects a target subject in the evaluation subject selection control and inputs a keyword in the keyword input control, displaying a basis title matched with the keyword in evaluation report basis corresponding to all basis categories and the target subject in the search result display area; the dependent cache unit 403 is further configured to: when a user puts one or more specific basis titles corresponding to the user-defined basis in the search result display area into the basis determining area, storing the specific basis titles in specific filling arrays associated with the user-defined basis; the specific filling array is pre-maintained according to a processing component, and the mapping relation between the specific filling array and a pre-written specific template label is pre-maintained; the dependent padding unit 404 is further configured to: after the evaluation report to be filled containing the specific template tag uploaded by the user is obtained, the custom basis name input by the user is automatically filled in the current position of the specific template tag in the evaluation report to be filled, and the specific basis title in the specific filling array is automatically filled below the custom basis name in the evaluation report to be filled.
In a specific application, the dependency collecting unit 401 may be further configured to: storing the basis titles in the collected evaluation report bases in a relational database and storing the basis titles in a text format file according to the content; the front end page further has: a retrieval mode selection control, the retrieval mode comprising: and performing title retrieval of the retrieval by using the keywords in the relational database and performing content retrieval of the retrieval by using the keywords in the text format file.
In practical applications, the front page further has: selecting a control according to the style; and, the dependent padding unit 404 may be further configured to: after the target-by-heading and the specific-by-heading are filled into the to-be-filled evaluation report, adjusting the target-by-heading and the specific-by-heading to the style selected by the user in the style-by-style selection control.
Preferably, the to-be-filled evaluation report is formed based on an evaluation report template in which template tags corresponding to respective categories are arranged in advance, and the evaluation report template forms the to-be-filled evaluation report after a user adjusts the template tags therein to desired filling positions.
Furthermore, in an embodiment of the present invention, the object of reference includes: property transfer, capital expansion shares, bond rights, mine rights, land use rights, capacity indexes, sea rights, carbon emissions, transportation means, construction projects, real estate and equipment.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the complete collection and real-time update of evaluation report bases of various types and corresponding to various evaluation targets in the basis processing component are realized, so that a user can retrieve required bases only through a single basis processing component; the bases are classified and stored according to the base categories and the evaluation targets, accurate and quick base retrieval is realized by combining a plurality of functional controls of a front-end page, and the actual requirements of the base retrieval are met based on the targeted storage and the double-path query according to the titles and the contents; according to the processing component, the evaluation report basis of each category is automatically filled in the position indicated by the template tag in the asset evaluation report by maintaining the mapping relation among the basis category, the filling array and the template tag, so that the accurate filling of the evaluation basis is realized, the writing of the evaluation basis in the asset evaluation report is simplified, the repeated and complicated operations of copying, pasting, position adjustment and the like are avoided, and the unnecessary workload in the asset evaluation process is favorably reduced.
FIG. 5 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 500 of a screening and autofill method of asset valuation reporting underwriting or screening and autofill apparatus of asset valuation reporting underwriting to which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 5, the system architecture 500 may include terminal devices 501, 502, 503, a network 504, and a server 505 (this architecture is merely an example, and the components included in a particular architecture may be adapted according to application specific circumstances). The network 504 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 501, 502, 503 and the server 505. Network 504 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
The user may use the terminal devices 501, 502, 503 to interact with a server 505 over a network 504 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal devices 501, 502, 503 may have various client applications installed thereon, such as in accordance with a processing application or the like (for example only).
The terminal devices 501, 502, 503 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 505 may be a server providing various services, such as a background server (for example only) providing support for processing dependent applications operated by users with the terminal devices 501, 502, 503. The backend server may process the received dependent processing request and feed back the processing result (e.g. a filled assessment report-by way of example only) to the terminal device 501, 502, 503.
It should be noted that the method for screening and automatically populating the asset assessment report basis provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 505, and accordingly, the apparatus for screening and automatically populating the asset assessment report basis is generally disposed in the server 505.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 5 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
The invention also provides the electronic equipment. The electronic device of the embodiment of the invention comprises: one or more processors; and the storage device is used for storing one or more programs, and when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors realize the screening and automatic filling method according to the asset evaluation report provided by the invention.
Referring now to FIG. 6, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 600 suitable for use with the electronic device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The electronic device shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the computer system 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the computer system 600 are also stored. The CPU601, ROM 602, and RAM603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 607 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted in the storage section 608 as necessary.
In particular, the processes described in the main step diagrams above may be implemented as computer software programs, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, embodiments of the invention include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the main step diagram. In the above-described embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from the network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the central processing unit 601.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the apparatus, cause the apparatus to perform steps comprising: collecting a plurality of evaluation report bases according to various types issued by a platform, storing the collected evaluation report bases according to the types of the bases and evaluation targets in a classified manner, and counting the historical reference times of the evaluation report bases; wherein the by-category includes: the method comprises the following steps of (1) economic behavior basis, law and regulation basis, evaluation criterion basis, property right basis and evaluation pricing basis; setting the selection control of the evaluation target in a forbidden state in response to the fact that the user selects the economic behavior basis according to the category selection control; after a user inputs keywords in the keyword input control, displaying a basis title matched with the keywords in economic behavior bases corresponding to all evaluation targets in a retrieval result display area; setting the selection control of the evaluation target to be in an available state in response to the user selecting legal and legal rules basis, evaluation criterion basis, property right basis or evaluation pricing basis on the selection control according to the category; when a user selects a target object at the selection control of the evaluation object and inputs a keyword at the keyword input control, displaying a basis title matched with the keyword in evaluation report basis of the current basis category corresponding to the target object and the selection control of the basis category in the retrieval result display area; the search result display area is arranged according to the titles in a descending order according to the historical quotation times, and different colors from strong to weak are presented according to the sequence of the word frequency of the keyword in the corresponding evaluation report from large to small; after a user puts one or more targets corresponding to any one type in the retrieval result display area into a determined area according to the title, the targets are stored in a filling array associated with the type according to the title; the mapping relation between the basis category and the filling array and the mapping relation between the filling array and a pre-programmed template label are maintained in advance according to a processing component; acquiring an assessment report to be filled uploaded by a user on a front-end page, wherein a plurality of template tags of which the positions are determined by the user in advance are arranged in the text of the assessment report to be filled; and automatically filling the target in the filling array corresponding to each template label in the to-be-filled evaluation report according to the mapping relation and the title to the current position of the template label to generate a filled evaluation report, and returning the filled evaluation report to the user based on a downloading instruction of the user.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the search and automatic filling of evaluation report basis are executed by developing basis processing components. Specifically, a plurality of evaluation report bases according to each type issued by the platform are collected in real time according to the processing component, the collected evaluation report bases are classified and stored according to the type and the evaluation target, and the historical reference times of the evaluation report bases are counted. After that, after the user puts one or more targets corresponding to any one of the base categories in the search result display area into the base determination area according to the title, the targets are stored in the filling array associated with the base category according to the title by the processing component, and the mapping relationship between the filling array and the pre-written template tag is maintained in advance. Finally, acquiring an assessment report to be filled uploaded by a user on the front-end page according to a processing component, wherein a plurality of template tags of which the positions are determined by the user in advance are arranged in the text of the assessment report to be filled; and automatically filling the target in the filling array corresponding to each template label in the evaluation report to be filled according to the mapping relation and the title by the processing component to generate a filled evaluation report, and returning the filled evaluation report to the user based on a downloading instruction of the user. Therefore, the complete collection and real-time update of evaluation report bases of various categories and corresponding to various evaluation targets in the basis processing component are realized, and a user can retrieve required bases only through a single basis processing component; the bases are classified and stored according to the base categories and the evaluation targets, accurate and quick base retrieval is realized by combining a plurality of functional controls of a front-end page, and the actual requirements of the base retrieval are met based on the targeted storage and the double-path query according to the titles and the contents; according to the processing component, the evaluation report basis of each category is automatically filled in the position indicated by the template tag in the asset evaluation report by maintaining the mapping relation among the basis category, the filling array and the template tag, so that the accurate filling of the evaluation basis is realized, the writing of the evaluation basis in the asset evaluation report is simplified, the repeated and complicated operations of copying, pasting, position adjustment and the like are avoided, and the unnecessary workload in the asset evaluation process is favorably reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A method for screening and automatically filling asset evaluation report bases is characterized in that the method is executed by a pre-established basis processing component, and a front end page of the basis processing component is provided with a basis type selection control, an evaluation target selection control, a keyword input control, a retrieval result display area and a basis determination area; the method comprises the following steps:
collecting a plurality of evaluation report bases according to various types issued by a platform, storing the collected evaluation report bases according to the types of the bases and evaluation targets in a classified manner, and counting the historical reference times of the evaluation report bases; wherein the categories include: the method comprises the following steps of (1) economic behavior basis, law and regulation basis, evaluation criterion basis, property right basis and evaluation pricing basis;
responding to the situation that a user selects an economic behavior basis in the basis type selection control, and setting the selection control of the evaluation target in a forbidden state; after a user inputs a keyword in the keyword input control, displaying a basis title matched with the keyword in economic behavior bases corresponding to all evaluation targets in the search result display area;
setting the selection control of the evaluation target to be in an available state in response to the user selecting legal and legal rules basis, evaluation criterion basis, property right basis or evaluation pricing basis on the selection control according to the category; when a user selects a target object in the selection control of the evaluation object and inputs a keyword in the keyword input control, displaying a basis title matched with the keyword in evaluation report basis of the current basis category corresponding to the target object and the selection control according to the category in the retrieval result display area; the search result display area is arranged according to the titles in a descending order of the historical quotation times, and different colors from strong to weak are presented according to the sequence of the word frequency of the keyword in the corresponding evaluation report from large to small;
after a user puts one or more targets corresponding to any one type in the retrieval result display area into the determined area according to the title, the targets are stored in the filling array associated with the type according to the title; the basis processing component maintains mapping relations between the basis categories and the filling arrays and between the filling arrays and pre-written template labels in advance;
acquiring an assessment report to be filled uploaded by a user on the front-end page, wherein a plurality of template tags of which the positions are determined by the user in advance are arranged in the text of the assessment report to be filled; and automatically filling the target in the filling array corresponding to each template label in the to-be-filled evaluation report according to the mapping relation and the title to the current position of the template label to generate a filled evaluation report, and returning the filled evaluation report to the user based on a downloading instruction of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the categorizing further comprises: the front end page further has a self-defining basis: self-defining a basis input control; and, the method further comprises:
setting the self-defining basis input control into a forbidden state in response to the user selecting an economic behavior basis, a legal and legal basis, an evaluation criterion basis, a property right basis or an evaluation pricing basis from the basis selection control;
responding to the user selecting a user-defined basis in the basis type selection control, and setting the user-defined basis input control into an available state; when a user inputs a custom basis name in the custom basis input control, selects a target subject in the selection control of the evaluation subject, and inputs a keyword in the keyword input control, displaying a basis title matched with the keyword in evaluation report basis corresponding to all basis types and the target subject in the search result display area;
when a user puts one or more specific basis titles corresponding to the user-defined basis in the search result display area into the basis determining area, storing the specific basis titles in specific filling arrays associated with the user-defined basis; the specific filling array is pre-maintained according to a processing component, and the mapping relation between the specific filling array and a pre-written specific template label is pre-maintained;
after the evaluation report to be filled containing the specific template tag uploaded by the user is obtained, the custom basis name input by the user is automatically filled in the current position of the specific template tag in the evaluation report to be filled, and the specific basis title in the specific filling array is automatically filled below the custom basis name in the evaluation report to be filled.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising: storing the basis titles in the collected evaluation report basis in a relational database and storing the basis titles in a text format file according to the content;
the front end page further has: a retrieval mode selection control, wherein the retrieval mode comprises: and performing title retrieval of the retrieval by using the keywords in the relational database and performing content retrieval of the retrieval by using the keywords in the text format file.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the front end page further has: selecting a control according to the style; and, the method further comprises:
after the target-by-heading and the specific-by-heading are filled into the to-be-filled evaluation report, adjusting the target-by-heading and the specific-by-heading to the style selected by the user in the style-by-style selection control.

The method of claim 4, wherein the to-be-filled evaluation report is formed based on an evaluation report template in which template tags corresponding to respective categories are pre-arranged, the evaluation report template forming the to-be-filled evaluation report after a user adjusts the template tags therein to desired filling positions.

A screening and automatic filling device for asset assessment report bases is characterized by being arranged on a pre-established basis processing assembly, wherein a front end page of the basis processing assembly is provided with a selection control according to categories, a selection control of an assessment target, a keyword input control, a retrieval result display area and a basis determination area; the device comprises:
