Abstract

The embodiment of the application provides an age identification control system, as shown in fig. 1, the system comprises an electronic terminal 101, an electronic atomization device 102, a service terminal 103 and a signal transmission device 104, and in the system, the electronic terminal 101 can mutually send and receive instructions and information with the service terminal 103 and the electronic atomization device 102 through the signal transmission device 104.
It should be noted that the signal transmission device 104 may be a bluetooth device, an infrared device, or an rfid device, which is not limited herein.

As can be seen from the above, the electronic terminal can retrieve the age information of the purchase applicant from the service terminal 103 through the obtained identity information of the purchase applicant, and can further determine whether the age information of the purchase applicant reaches the legal age for purchasing the electronic atomizer 102, so as to select to send an unlocking prohibition instruction or an unlocking permission instruction to the electronic atomizer 102, prohibit an underage purchase applicant from purchasing the electronic atomizer 102, or purchase the electronic atomizer 102 for an already-grown-up purchase applicant, thereby normalizing the normal legal operation of the sales channel and market of the electronic atomizer 102, protecting the physical and mental health of minors, preventing the minors from contacting and using the electronic atomizer 102 from the root, and improving the green keeping image of the product. For a purchase applicant who has reached the legal age for purchasing the electronic atomization device 102, the electronic terminal 101 opens the use authority for the electronic atomization device 102, and the sales information stored in the service terminal 103 is transmitted to the electronic atomization device 102, so that the purchase applicant can conveniently inquire, use and purchase again when in use.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the electronic terminal 101 determines that the age information of the purchasing applicant does not reach the legal age for purchasing the electronic atomizer 102, the electronic terminal 101 may not only execute step 308 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 to send an unlocking prohibition instruction to the electronic atomizer, but also the electronic terminal 101 may end the action, that is, the electronic terminal 101 does not send any instruction or information to the electronic atomizer 102, so that the electronic atomizer 102 can always maintain the locked state because it does not receive any instruction or information from the electronic terminal 101, and will not open the use of the electronic atomizer 102 for the purchasing applicant who does not reach the legal age.
Referring to fig. 4, please refer to fig. 4, wherein fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic terminal according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, for convenience of explanation, only the parts related to the embodiments of the present application are shown, and details of the technology are not disclosed, please refer to the method part of the embodiments of the present application. In the embodiment of the present application, an electronic terminal is taken as an example to explain:
fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a partial structure of a smart phone related to a terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the smart phone includes: radio Frequency (RF) circuitry 410, memory 420, input unit 430, display unit 440, sensor 450, audio circuitry 460, wireless fidelity (WiFi) module 470, processor 480, and power supply 490. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the smartphone configuration shown in fig. 4 is not limiting and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The following specifically introduces each component of the smartphone with reference to fig. 4:
The memory 420 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 480 executes various functional applications and data processing of the smart phone by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 420. The memory 420 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area stores an operating system, an application program required for at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the smartphone, and the like. Further, the memory 420 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The input unit 430 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the smartphone. Specifically, the input unit 430 may include a touch panel 431 and other input devices 432. The touch panel 431, also referred to as a touch screen, may collect touch operations of a user on or near the touch panel 431 (e.g., operations of a user on or near the touch panel 431 using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, a stylus, etc.) and drive a corresponding connection device according to a preset program. Alternatively, the touch panel 431 may include two parts of a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 480, and receives and executes commands sent from the processor 480. In addition, the touch panel 431 may be implemented by various types such as resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave. The input unit 430 may include other input devices 432 in addition to the touch panel 431. In particular, other input devices 432 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 440 may be used to display information input by the user or information provided to the user and various menus of the smartphone. The display unit 440 includes a display panel 441, and the display panel 441 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch panel 431 may cover the display panel 441, and when the touch panel 431 detects a touch operation thereon or nearby, the touch panel is transmitted to the processor 480 to determine the type of the touch event 2, and then the processor 480 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 441 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 4, the touch panel 431 and the display panel 441 are two independent components to implement the input and output functions of the smart phone, in some embodiments, the touch panel 431 and the display panel 441 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the smart phone.
The smartphone may also include at least one sensor 450, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that may adjust the brightness of the display panel 441 according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that may turn off the display panel 441 and/or the backlight when the smartphone is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally three axes), detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer attitude calibration) for identifying the attitude of a smartphone, and related functions (such as pedometer and tapping) for vibration identification; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the mobile phone, further description is omitted here.
The audio circuit 460, speaker 461, microphone 462 may provide an audio interface between the user and the smartphone. The audio circuit 460 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 461, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output by the speaker 461; on the other hand, the microphone 462 converts the collected sound signal into an electrical signal, which is received by the audio circuit 460 and converted into audio data, which is then processed by the audio data output processor 480, and then passed through the RF circuit 410 to be sent to, for example, another smart phone, or output to the memory 420 for further processing. WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the mobile phone can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 470, and provides wireless broadband Internet access for the user. Although fig. 4 shows the WiFi module 470, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the smartphone and can be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 480 is a control center of the smart phone, connects various parts of the entire smart phone by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the smart phone and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 420 and calling data stored in the memory 420, thereby integrally monitoring the smart phone. Alternatively, processor 480 may include one or more processing units; alternatively, processor 480 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated within processor 480.
The smart phone also includes a power supply 490 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, optionally logically connected to the processor 480 via a power management system, so as to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption via the power management system.
Although not shown, the smart phone may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, and the like, which are not described in detail herein.
The processor 480 provided herein is configured to perform:
acquiring identity information of a purchase applicant of an electronic atomization device, wherein the identity information comprises at least one of face information, voice information and fingerprint information of the purchase applicant;
judging whether the service terminal stores the age information of the purchase applicant or not according to the identity information;
if so, judging whether the age information reaches the legal age for purchasing the electronic atomization device;
and if the age information does not reach the legal age for purchasing the electronic atomization device, sending an unlocking prohibition instruction to the electronic atomization device so that the electronic atomization device keeps a locking state.
The steps performed by the electronic terminal in the above embodiments may be based on the electronic terminal structure shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of an electronic atomization device in an embodiment of the present application includes:
a memory, a processor, and a bus system;
wherein, the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is used for executing the program in the memory, and the processor is used for executing the method described in the embodiment shown in the previous figures 2 and 3 according to the instructions in the program code.
Specifically, the electronic terminal 500 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 501 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 505, where one or more applications or data are stored in the memory 505.
The electronic vaping device 500 may also include one or more power sources 502, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 503, one or more input-output interfaces 504.
The process executed by the central processing unit 501 of the electronic atomization apparatus 500 in this embodiment is similar to the process described in the foregoing embodiment shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, and is not repeated here.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program runs on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the method described in the foregoing embodiments.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product including a program, which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the method described in the foregoing embodiments.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application, which are essential or part of the technical solutions contributing to the prior art, or all or part of the technical solutions, may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute all or part of the steps of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.
Claims (35)
1. A method of age identification control, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that an electronic terminal obtains identity information of a purchase applicant of an electronic atomization device, wherein the identity information comprises at least one of face information, voice information and fingerprint information of the purchase applicant;
the electronic terminal judges whether the service terminal stores the age information of the purchase applicant or not according to the identity information;
if so, the electronic terminal judges whether the age information reaches the legal age for purchasing the electronic atomization device;
and if so, the electronic terminal sends an unlocking allowing instruction to the electronic atomization device so that the electronic atomization device is successfully unlocked.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identity information further comprises at least one of identity card information, iris information, palm information, and signature information of the purchase applicant.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the identity information and the age information have associated unique identification information therebetween.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the electronic terminal sends an unlock-allowed instruction to the electronic aerosolization device, the method further comprises:
and the electronic terminal receives response information which is sent by the electronic atomization device and allows unlocking.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein after the electronic terminal sends an unlock-allowed instruction to the electronic aerosolization device, the method further comprises:
the electronic terminal sends sales information stored in the service terminal to the electronic atomization device, wherein the sales information comprises at least one of store employee information, shop information and product information.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein after the electronic terminal receives the unlocking-allowed response message sent by the electronic atomization device, the method further comprises:
the electronic terminal sends sales information stored in the service terminal to the electronic atomization device, wherein the sales information comprises at least one of store employee information, shop information and product information.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the unlocking allowing instruction is a first coding rule preset between the electronic terminal and the electronic atomization device.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the first encoding rule is an acceleration sensor active mode or a radio frequency active mode.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the electronic terminal determines whether the age information reaches a legal age for purchasing the electronic atomization device, the method further comprises:
if not, the electronic terminal sends an unlocking prohibition instruction to the electronic atomization device so that the electronic atomization device keeps a locking state.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the unlocking prohibition instruction is a second coding rule preset between the electronic terminal and the electronic atomization device.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the electronic terminal determines whether the age information reaches a legal age for purchasing the electronic atomization device, the method further comprises:
if not, the electronic terminal finishes the action so that the electronic atomization device keeps a locking state.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein the unlocking prohibition instruction is a second coding rule preset between the electronic terminal and the electronic atomization device.
13. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the electronic terminal determines whether the service terminal stores the age information of the purchase applicant according to the identity information, the method further comprises:
and if not, the electronic terminal receives matching failure information sent by the service terminal, wherein the matching failure information is information of the age information of the applicant which cannot be inquired from the service terminal.
14. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
and the electronic terminal displays the information allowing unlocking.
15. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
and the electronic terminal displays the information of forbidding unlocking.
16. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the electronic terminal is an electronic smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer or a desktop computer.
17. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the electronic atomization device is an electronic cigarette, an electronic atomization beauty treatment device or an electronic atomization therapeutic device.
18. A method of age identification control, comprising:
when electronic terminal confirms that purchase applicant's age information does not reach the legal age of purchasing electronic atomization device, electronic atomization device receives the forbidden unblock instruction that electronic terminal sent, age information does electronic terminal is according to purchase applicant's identity information confirms the storage has in the service terminal purchase applicant's age information, identity information includes purchase applicant's at least one in face information, sound information and the fingerprint information.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein the identity information further comprises at least one of identity card information, iris information, palm information, signature information of the purchase applicant.
20. The method of claim 18, wherein there is associated unique identification information between the identity information and the age information.
21. The method according to claim 18 or 20, wherein the unlocking prohibition instruction is a first coding rule preset between the electronic terminal and the electronic atomization device.
22. A method of age identification control, comprising:
when the electronic terminal confirms that the age information of the purchase applicant reaches the legal age of purchasing the electronic atomization device, the electronic atomization device receives the unlocking allowing instruction sent by the electronic terminal, the age information is that the electronic terminal determines according to the identity information of the purchase applicant that the service terminal stores the age information of the purchase applicant, and the identity information comprises at least one of face information, voice information and fingerprint information of the purchase applicant.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein the identity information further comprises at least one of identity card information, iris information, palm information, signature information of the purchase applicant.
24. The method of claim 22, wherein after the electronic vaping device receives an unlock allowed instruction sent by the electronic terminal, the method further comprises:
and the electronic atomization device sends response information allowing unlocking to the electronic terminal.
25. The method of claim 22, wherein after the electronic vaping device receives an unlock allowed instruction sent by the electronic terminal, the method further comprises:
the electronic atomization device receives sales information stored in a service terminal sent by the electronic terminal, wherein the sales information comprises at least one of store personnel information, shop information and product information.
26. The method of claim 24, wherein after the electronic vaping device sends a response message to the electronic terminal that allows unlocking, the method further comprises:

27. The method according to any one of claims 22 to 26, wherein there is associated unique identification information between the identity information and the age information.

29. An electronic terminal, comprising:
a memory, a processor, and a bus system;
wherein the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor for executing the program in the memory, the processor for performing the method of any one of claims 1 to 17 according to instructions in program code;
the bus system is used for connecting the memory and the processor so as to enable the memory and the processor to communicate.
30. An electronic atomization device, comprising:
a memory, a processor, and a bus system;
wherein the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor for executing the program in the memory, the processor for performing the method of any one of claims 18 to 21 according to instructions in program code;
the bus system is used for connecting the memory and the processor so as to enable the memory and the processor to communicate.
31. An electronic atomization device, comprising:
a memory, a processor, and a bus system;
wherein the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor for executing a program in the memory, the processor for performing the method of any of claims 22 to 28 according to instructions in program code;
the bus system is used for connecting the memory and the processor so as to enable the memory and the processor to communicate.
32. A system for identifying and controlling age is characterized by comprising an electronic terminal, an electronic atomization device, a service terminal and a signal transmission device;
the electronic terminal, the electronic atomization device and the service terminal are respectively connected with the signal transmission device;
the system performs the method of age identification control of any one of claims 1 to 28.
33. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 17.
34. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 18 to 21.
35. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any of claims 22 to 28.
