performing feature extraction on the user historical access record by adopting at least one of a picture recognition processing method, a character recognition processing method, a video image recognition processing method, a video character recognition processing method and a voice recognition processing method to obtain feature information for representing user preference;
classifying the characteristic information to obtain user historical access classification information used for representing user preference;
and determining the information to be pushed based on the user historical access classification information.
In the implementation of the invention, the current execution end adopts at least one of a picture recognition processing method, a character recognition processing method, a video image recognition processing method, a video character recognition processing method and a voice recognition processing method to perform feature extraction on the historical access records of the user, so as to obtain feature information for representing the preference of the user. If a picture identification processing method is separately adopted to perform feature extraction on picture information in the user history access record to obtain picture feature information for representing user preferences, the picture feature information may include shapes of articles in the picture, colors of the articles, the number of the articles, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited. Or, feature extraction is performed on the picture information and the combined information of the picture and the text in the user access record by simultaneously adopting a picture identification processing method and a text identification processing method to obtain picture feature information and text feature information used for representing user preference, where the text feature information may include entity information in the text, keyword information in the text, and the like, and embodiments of the present invention are not particularly limited. Or, simultaneously, performing feature extraction on videos with different resolutions and videos with different durations in a user access record by using a video image recognition processing method, a video character recognition processing method and a voice recognition processing method to obtain video image feature information, video character feature information and voice feature information used for representing user preference, wherein the video image feature information may include shapes of articles in the images, colors of the articles, the number of the articles and the like, and the embodiment of the invention is not specifically limited; the video text characteristic information may be information such as entities, keywords and the like contained in the text, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited; the voice feature information is information obtained by performing feature extraction on information such as entities, keywords, and the like after voice recognition, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited. The current execution end performs classification processing on the obtained feature information to obtain user historical access classification information used for representing user preference, and the classification processing may adopt at least one of a support vector machine model, a neural network model, a clustering model and the like, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The user historical access classification information representing the user preference can be classified according to product types, such as living goods, fresh goods, clothes and the like; the services may be classified according to service types, such as a housekeeping service, a recruitment service, a rental service, a medical service, a financial service, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
Compared with the prior art that a large amount of information is recalled first and then screened and sorted, the information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the invention arranges the information to be pushed in different display types based on the first information quantity and the information arrangement rule displayed in each webpage to obtain the information arrangement result in each webpage; determining the information number and the second information quantity of the information to be pushed in the target webpage based on the information arrangement result; and acquiring target information to be pushed based on the information number and the second information quantity, and pushing the target information to be pushed according to the information arrangement result of the target webpage, so that a large amount of information to be pushed does not need to be recalled in advance, and only the information to be pushed matched with the target webpage needs to be recalled, thereby greatly reducing the quantity of real recall information and improving the performance of a search pushing system. In addition, because the information does not need to be recalled in advance and screened, the quantity of the information to be pushed is not limited when the information is pushed and displayed to the user, and the performance of the search recommendation system is further improved.
As an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information pushing apparatus, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes:
the information arrangement module 61 is configured to arrange the information to be pushed in different display types based on the first information quantity and the information arrangement rule displayed in each web page, so as to obtain an information arrangement result in each web page;
a determining module 62, configured to determine, based on the information arrangement result, an information number and a second information amount of the information to be pushed in a target webpage;
and the pushing module 63 is configured to obtain the target information to be pushed based on the information number and the second information quantity, and push the target information to be pushed according to the information arrangement result of the target webpage.
Further, the information arrangement rule includes an arrangement method and an arrangement order; the information arranging module 61 is further configured to:
arranging the information to be pushed one by one according to the arrangement method and the arrangement sequence to obtain an information arrangement sequence;
and dividing the information arrangement sequence according to pages based on the first information quantity displayed in each webpage to obtain the information arrangement result in each webpage.
Further, the pushing module 63 is further configured to:
numbering the information to be pushed in the information arrangement sequence according to the display types respectively;
determining the corresponding information arrangement result in the target webpage as a target information arrangement result;
and inquiring the information number and the second information quantity of the information to be pushed matched with the target webpage from the target information arrangement result.
Further, the pushing module 63 is further configured to:
determining a paging coefficient of the information to be pushed based on the second information quantity;
if the information number and the paging coefficient are in an integral multiple relation, determining the integral multiple as a paging number to be inquired, and acquiring the target information to be pushed of the second information quantity from the paging number; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the information number and the paging coefficient are in a non-integral multiple relationship, determining the value of the integer division part between the information number and the paging coefficient as a first paging number to be inquired, and determining a tail paging number to be inquired based on the first paging number; and respectively acquiring the target information to be pushed from the first page number and the tail page number.
Further, the pushing module 63 is further configured to:
calculating the value of the non-integer division part between the information number and the paging coefficient;
determining a first value interval and a second value interval based on the numerical value of the non-integer part and the paging coefficient;
and acquiring first paging target information to be pushed matched with the first value interval from the first paging number, and acquiring tail paging target information to be pushed matched with the second value interval from the tail paging number.
Further, the apparatus further comprises a rule determining module configured to:
determining a display type of information to be pushed, wherein the display type comprises at least one of pictures, characters, a combination of the pictures and the characters, videos with different resolutions and videos with different durations;
determining a proportion value of the display type in all historical access types based on a historical access record of a user, and determining an information arrangement rule of the information to be pushed based on the proportion value; or the like, or, alternatively,
and determining the information arrangement rules of the different types of information to be pushed based on a preset proportion value.
The device further comprises an information to be pushed determining module, which is used for extracting the characteristics of the historical access records of the user by adopting at least one of a picture recognition processing method, a character recognition processing method, a video image recognition processing method, a video character recognition processing method and a voice recognition processing method to obtain characteristic information for representing the preference of the user;
classifying the characteristic information to obtain user historical access classification information used for representing user preference;
and determining the information to be pushed based on the user historical access classification information.
Compared with the prior art that a large amount of information is recalled first and then screened and sorted, the information pushing device provided by the embodiment of the invention arranges the information to be pushed in different display types based on the first information quantity and the information arrangement rule displayed in each webpage to obtain the information arrangement result in each webpage; determining the information number and the second information quantity of the information to be pushed in the target webpage based on the information arrangement result; and acquiring target information to be pushed based on the information number and the second information quantity, and pushing the target information to be pushed according to the information arrangement result of the target webpage, so that a large amount of information to be pushed does not need to be recalled in advance, and only the information to be pushed matched with the target webpage needs to be recalled, thereby greatly reducing the quantity of real recall information and improving the performance of a search pushing system. In addition, because the information does not need to be recalled in advance and screened, the quantity of the information to be pushed is not limited when the information is pushed and displayed to the user, and the performance of the search recommendation system is further improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium is provided, where at least one executable instruction is stored, and the computer executable instruction may execute the information pushing method in any of the above method embodiments.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the computer device.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer apparatus may include: a processor (processor) 702, a Communications Interface 704, a memory 706, and a communication bus 708.

and acquiring target information to be pushed based on the information number and the second information quantity, and pushing the target information to be pushed according to the information arrangement result of the target webpage.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

1. A method for pushing information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
arranging information to be pushed of different display types based on the first information quantity and the information arrangement rule displayed in each webpage to obtain an information arrangement result in each webpage;
determining the information number and the second information quantity of the information to be pushed in the target webpage based on the information arrangement result;
and acquiring target information to be pushed based on the information number and the second information quantity, and pushing the target information to be pushed according to the information arrangement result of the target webpage.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the information arrangement rule includes an arrangement method and an arrangement order;
the method for arranging different types of information to be pushed based on the first information quantity and the information arrangement rule displayed in each webpage to obtain the information arrangement result in each webpage comprises the following steps:
arranging the information to be pushed one by one according to the arrangement method and the arrangement sequence to obtain an information arrangement sequence;
and dividing the information arrangement sequence according to pages based on the first information quantity displayed in each webpage to obtain the information arrangement result in each webpage.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the information number and the second information amount of the information to be pushed in the target webpage based on the information arrangement result comprises:
numbering the information to be pushed in the information arrangement sequence according to the display types respectively;
determining the corresponding information arrangement result in the target webpage as a target information arrangement result;
and inquiring the information number and the second information quantity of the information to be pushed matched with the target webpage from the target information arrangement result.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining target information to be pushed based on the information number and the information quantity to be pushed comprises:
determining a paging coefficient of the information to be pushed based on the second information quantity;
if the information number and the paging coefficient are in an integral multiple relation, determining the integral multiple as a paging number to be inquired, and acquiring the target information to be pushed of the second information quantity from the paging number; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the information number and the paging coefficient are in a non-integral multiple relationship, determining the value of the integer division part between the information number and the paging coefficient as a first paging number to be inquired, and determining a tail paging number to be inquired based on the first paging number; and respectively acquiring the target information to be pushed from the first page number and the tail page number.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the obtaining the target information to be pushed from the first page number and the last page number respectively comprises:
calculating the value of the non-integer division part between the information number and the paging coefficient;
determining a first value interval and a second value interval based on the numerical value of the non-integer part and the paging coefficient;
and acquiring first paging target information to be pushed matched with the first value interval from the first paging number, and acquiring tail paging target information to be pushed matched with the second value interval from the tail paging number.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein before arranging the different types of information to be pushed based on the first information amount and the information arrangement rule displayed in each webpage, the method further comprises:
determining a display type of information to be pushed, wherein the display type comprises at least one of pictures, characters, a combination of the pictures and the characters, videos with different resolutions and videos with different durations;
determining a proportion value of the display type in all historical access types based on a historical access record of a user, and determining an information arrangement rule of the information to be pushed based on the proportion value; or the like, or, alternatively,
and determining the information arrangement rules of the different types of information to be pushed based on a preset proportion value.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to determining the display type of the information to be pushed, the method further comprises:
performing feature extraction on the user historical access record by adopting at least one of a picture recognition processing method, a character recognition processing method, a video image recognition processing method, a video character recognition processing method and a voice recognition processing method to obtain feature information for representing user preference;
classifying the characteristic information to obtain user historical access classification information used for representing user preference;
and determining the information to be pushed based on the user historical access classification information.
8. An apparatus for pushing information, comprising:
the information arrangement module is used for arranging the information to be pushed in different display types based on the first information quantity and the information arrangement rule displayed in each webpage to obtain the information arrangement result in each webpage;
the determining module is used for determining the information number and the second information quantity of the information to be pushed in the target webpage based on the information arrangement result;
and the pushing module is used for acquiring the target information to be pushed based on the information number and the second information quantity and pushing the target information to be pushed according to the information arrangement result of the target webpage.
9. A storage medium, wherein at least one executable instruction is stored in the storage medium, and the executable instruction performs an operation corresponding to the information pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
