Preferably, the identification assembly further includes a base 220, a support plate 230, a second locking assembly, a stop block 250, a soft base layer 260, and a thickness sensor (not shown in the drawings).
The longitudinal section of the base 220 is U-shaped, the base 220 is fixedly mounted on the ground, a receiving groove is formed in the middle of the base 220, and the supporting plate 230 is mounted at an opening of the receiving groove. The second locking assembly is used to lock the support plate 230 at the opening of the receiving slot. Specifically, the second locking assembly includes two sets of two second locking units symmetrically disposed, each second locking unit includes a plurality of second locking structures sequentially disposed at intervals along the length direction of the support plate 230, and each second locking structure includes a second locking insertion hole 241, a second locking bolt 242, a fifth elastic member 243, a permanent magnet 244, and an electromagnet 245.
The second locking insertion holes 241 are opened on the side wall of the support plate 230. The second locking bolt 242 is slidably connected to the base 220 and can perform a reciprocating linear motion between a first working position E and a second working position E along the transverse direction, wherein when the second locking bolt 242 is located at the first working position E, the second locking bolt 242 extends out of the side wall of the base 220 to be inserted into the second locking insertion hole 241, so as to lock the supporting plate 230, and when the second locking bolt 242 is located at the second working position E, the second locking bolt 242 retracts into the side wall of the base 220 to be extracted from the second locking insertion hole 241, so as to unlock the supporting plate 230.
The fifth elastic member 243 has both ends connected to the second locking bolt 242 and the base 220, respectively, and in a natural state, the fifth elastic member 243 has a tendency to move the second locking bolt 242 in a direction to approach the second locking insertion hole 241. Specifically, the fifth elastic member is a spring. The permanent magnet 244 fixes an end of the second locking bolt 242 far from the second locking insertion hole 241. The electromagnet 245 is matched with the permanent magnet 244 and fixedly embedded on the base 220, and the opposite side of the electromagnet 245 and the permanent magnet 244 has opposite magnetism, so that when the electromagnet 245 is electrified, a magnetic attraction force can be generated between the electromagnet 245 and the permanent magnet 244, and under the action of the magnetic attraction force, the second locking bolt 242 can overcome the elastic force of the fifth elastic member 243 to move in the direction away from the second locking insertion hole 241, so that the aim of releasing the locking of the support plate 230 is fulfilled.
The number of the two limit blocks 250 is two, the two limit blocks 250 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the base 220 and fixedly connected with the base 220, a mounting groove matched with the piezoelectric quartz weighing sensor 210 is formed by enclosing the side wall of one opposite side of the two limit blocks 250 and the supporting plate 230, and the longitudinal section of the mounting groove is in a trapezoid shape with a small upper part and a large lower part, preferably in an isosceles trapezoid shape, so that when the second locking assembly releases the locking of the supporting plate 230, the supporting plate 230 can drive the piezoelectric quartz weighing sensor 210 to fall into the accommodating groove. The above-mentioned piezoelectric quartz weighing sensor 210 is installed in the installation groove and fixedly connected with the support plate 230, preferably, the piezoelectric quartz weighing sensor 210 is adhesively connected with the support plate 230, and one side of the piezoelectric quartz weighing sensor 210 facing the limit block 250 is provided with a flexible gasket 270, for example: foam pads, rubber pads, and the like.

Preferably, a camera is arranged on the side of the barrier gate facing the vehicle to shoot the coming truck so as to monitor the truck.
The monitoring and protecting device for the reserved land has the following defects: when the vehicle hits the vehicle stopping rod 130, the vehicle can still enter the reserved land for illegal slag dumping. Thus, in one embodiment, a second mount 310, a vehicle arresting pin 320, a cover plate 330, a first resilient member 340, a first locking assembly, and a control assembly are also included.
The second mounting seat 310 is fixedly installed on the ground. The number of the vehicle stopping nails 320 is multiple, and the multiple vehicle stopping nails 320 are arranged in the second mounting seat 310 in an array and are fixedly connected with the mounting seat. The cover plate 330 is slidably mounted in the second mounting seat 310, and can move in a reciprocating linear motion along the longitudinal direction between the first working position B and the second working position B. Specifically, the cover plate 330 is provided with through holes corresponding to the vehicle stopping nails 320 one to one, wherein when the cover plate 330 is located at the first working position B, the vehicle stopping nails 320 are located inside the top wall of the cover plate 330, so that the vehicle stopping nails 320 cannot puncture the tire to achieve the purpose of releasing the vehicle; when the cover plate 330 is in the second working position B, the vehicle stopping nail 320 can extend through the through hole to the outside of the top wall of the cover plate 330, so that the vehicle stopping nail 320 can pierce the tire to achieve the purpose of intercepting the vehicle.
The two ends of the first elastic element 340 are respectively connected with the cover plate 330 and the second mounting seat 310, and naturally, the first elastic element 340 has a tendency to make the cover plate 330 move upwards. Specifically, the first elastic member 340 is a spring, and the number of the first elastic member 340 is plural. A first locking assembly is provided on the cover plate 330 and/or the second mount 310 for locking the cover plate 330 in the first operating position such that the cover plate 330 does not move downward from the first operating position B to the second operating position B for the purpose of permitting safe passage of the vehicle. The control component is used for receiving information that the vehicle impacts the vehicle stopping rod 130 and controlling the first locking component to unlock the cover plate 330 after the vehicle impacts the vehicle stopping rod 130.
In use, under the action of the first elastic member 340, the first elastic member 340 keeps the cover plate 330 at the first working position B, and under the action of the first locking component, the cover plate 330 is locked at the first working position B. When a vehicle collides with the vehicle stopping rod 130, the control component receives information that the vehicle collides with the vehicle stopping rod 130, and simultaneously controls the first locking component to unlock the cover plate 330, when the vehicle passes through the cover plate, the cover plate 330 moves downwards from the first working position B to the second working position B against the elastic force of the first elastic component 340 under the action of the gravity of the vehicle, so that the vehicle stopping nail 320 is exposed out of the cover plate 330, the purpose of puncturing a tire to stop the vehicle is achieved, and the purpose of effectively preventing illegal slag dumping is achieved.
In one embodiment, the first locking assembly includes two sets of first locking units symmetrically disposed at both sides of the second mounting seat 310, and the first locking units include a plurality of first locking structures spaced apart along one side of the length direction of the second mounting seat 310, and the first locking structures include first locking insertion holes 351, first locking latches 352, and second elastic members 353.
The first locking receptacle 351 is opened on the cover plate 330, and in particular, the locking receptacle is opened on a sidewall of the cover plate 330. Preferably, the cover plate 330 is U-shaped and fastened to the second mounting seat 310, and the first locking insertion holes 351 are formed at the bottoms of both side walls of the cover plate 330. In the process of moving the cover plate 330 from the second working position B to the first working position B, the first locking latch 352 of the cover plate 330 cannot extend beyond the inner wall of the second mounting seat 310 under the action of the side wall of the cover plate 330, and therefore, the cover plate 330 does not obstruct the movement of the cover plate 330. When the first locking insertion hole 351 corresponds to the first locking latch 352, the first locking latch 352 is inserted into the first locking insertion hole 351 under the elastic force of the second elastic member 353, so that the cover plate 330 is locked at the first working position.
The first locking latch 352 is slidably disposed in the second mounting seat 310, and can move back and forth in a linear motion between a first working position C and a second working position C in a direction close to or far away from the first locking hole 351, wherein when the first locking latch 352 is in the first working position C, the first locking latch 352 extends out of the inner wall of the second mounting seat 310, so as to be inserted into the locking hole to lock the cover plate 330; when the first locking latch 352 is in the second working position C, the first locking latch 352 retracts into the inner wall of the second mounting seat 310, so as to unlock the cover plate 330.
Both ends of the second elastic member 353 are connected to the first locking latch 352 and the second mounting seat 310, respectively, and in a natural state, the second elastic member 353 has a tendency to move the first locking latch 352 in a direction approaching the first locking insertion hole 351. Specifically, the second elastic member 353 is a spring.
In use, under the elastic force of the second elastic member 353, the second elastic member 353 holds the first locking latch 352 at the first working position C, so as to lock the cover plate 330 at the first working position B. When the external force is greater than the elastic force of the second elastic member 353, the first locking latch 352 overcomes the elastic force of the second elastic member 353 under the action of the external force, thereby achieving the purpose of releasing the locking of the cover plate 330.
The first locking component of second of this structure, simple structure, reasonable in design.
In one embodiment, the support base 120 is rotatably coupled to the first mounting base 110. By rotatably connecting the supporting seat 120 with the first mounting seat 110, the purpose of reacting to the vehicle impacting the vehicle stopping rod 130 can be achieved through the vehicle stopping rod 130 when the vehicle impacts the vehicle stopping rod 130, and meanwhile, the purpose of preventing the vehicle from crashing the vehicle stopping rod 130 can be achieved.
The control assembly includes a spool 361 and a pull cord 362.
The winding drum 361 is installed at the bottom of the supporting seat 120 and is fixedly connected with the supporting seat 120, and the axis of the winding drum 361 coincides with the rotation center line of the supporting seat 120. The pull rope 362 is fixedly connected at both ends to the first locking latch 352 and the winding drum 361, respectively. Of course, a guide wheel is also included for guiding the pull cord 362. Preferably, a plurality of first locking latches 352 of the same first locking unit are integrally connected by a connecting plate. The first end of the pull rope 362 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate, and the second end of the pull rope is wound on the winding drum 361 after passing through the guide wheel and is fixedly connected with the winding drum 361.
In use, after a vehicle impacts the barricade bar 130, the barricade bar 130 drives the support base 120 to rotate around the axis line of the support base in a second direction under the impact of the vehicle. Since the support base 120 rotates with the reel 361 to wind the pulling rope 362, the length of the pulling rope 362 cannot be changed, and the first locking latch 352 is pulled from the first operating position C to the second operating position C against the elastic force of the second elastic member 353 by the pulling force of the pulling rope 362, thereby releasing the locking of the cover plate 330.
After the supporting seat 120 is restored to the original position, the first locking latch 352 moves from the second working position C to the first working position C under the elastic force of the second elastic member 353, so as to be inserted into the first locking insertion hole 351 to achieve the purpose of locking the cover plate 330.
The control assembly with the structure has a simple structure and reasonable design, and the first locking bolt 352 is driven to be pulled out from the first locking jack 351 by the impact of the vehicle on the vehicle stopping rod 130, so that the response is timely and reliable.
In one embodiment, the barrier further includes a stopper groove 151, a stopper pin 152, and a third elastic member (not shown in the drawings).
The limiting groove 151 is formed in the bottom wall of the supporting base 120, the cross section of the limiting groove 151 is arc-shaped, and the center line of the limiting groove 151 coincides with the rotation center line of the supporting base 120. The limiting pin 152 is matched with the limiting groove 151 and connected with the first mounting seat 110.
The two ends of the third elastic member are connected to the supporting base 120 and the first mounting base 110, respectively, and in a natural state, the third elastic member has a tendency to rotate the supporting wire around its own axial line along a first direction (i.e. a direction opposite to the second direction, which is a direction in which the supporting base 120 rotates when the vehicle impacts the vehicle stopping rod 130). Specifically, the third elastic member is a torsion spring or a volute spring.
When the vehicle stopping device is used, in a natural state, the third elastic member keeps the supporting seat 120 at an initial position (i.e., the position of the supporting seat 120 when the second end of the vehicle stopping rod 130 faces the center line of the road), and at this time, the limit pin 152 abuts against the first end of the limit groove 151, so that the supporting seat 120 cannot be driven by the third elastic member to rotate continuously around the first direction when the limit pin 152 corresponds to the first end of the limit groove 151.
After the vehicle impacts the barrier bar 130, the barrier bar 130 drives the vehicle to rotate in the second direction under the impact force of the vehicle until the limit pin 152 corresponds to the second end of the limit groove 151.
After the external force is removed, the supporting seat 120 rotates around the first direction under the action of the third elastic member until the stopper pin 152 corresponds to the first end of the stopper groove 151, so that the supporting seat 120 automatically returns to the original position.
The barrier gate with the structure can enable the supporting seat 120 to rotate due to the fact that the vehicle blocking rod 130 is impacted by a vehicle, and can automatically restore to the original position after the external force is eliminated without influencing normal use. Meanwhile, the rotation angle of the support base 120 can be limited. Preferably, the arc angle of the stopper groove 151 is 90 °.
In one embodiment, the limit pin 152 is slidably connected to the first mounting seat 110, and the limit pin 152 can slide in the longitudinal direction in the first working position D and the second working position D.
The barrier further includes a fourth elastic member 153, two ends of the fourth elastic member 153 are respectively connected to the limit pin 152 and the first mounting seat 110, and in a natural state, the fourth elastic member 153 has a tendency of moving the limit pin 152 upwards.
In one embodiment, the bottom end of the limit pin 152 is hemispherical, and a first end of the limit groove 151 (i.e., an end of the limit groove 151 corresponding to the limit pin 152 when the support base 120 does not rotate due to the vehicle striking the vehicle stopping rod 130) is provided with a groove 154 adapted to the bottom end of the limit pin 152. So that only when the supporting seat 120 is driven to rotate around the second direction rotating force to a certain extent, the bottom end of the limiting groove 151 can be separated from the groove 154, and under the action of the third elastic element, the limiting pin 152 and the groove 154, only when the external force reaches a certain extent, the supporting seat 120 can rotate, so as to prevent the supporting seat 120 from rotating randomly and affecting the normal use.
