(3) Dehumidifying a filter cake: while the four-layer spiral filter cake dehumidifier 12 returns and transmits the wet filter cake, the adopted four-step dehumidification method of the high-temperature evaporation drying type filter cake is as follows:
the first step, connect material and admit air: the upper layer material conveying mechanism 1 (a fourth layer material conveying mechanism) receives and conveys wet filter cakes of the filter cake spiral output machine 14, and the shaftless spiral body stirs the large filter cakes to fully expose water in gaps of the filter cakes; meanwhile, the hot air blower inputs high-temperature hot air of 90 ℃ into the upper layer material conveying mechanism 1, most hot air flow enters the middle layer material conveying mechanism 2 and the lower layer material conveying mechanism 3 forwards through a hot air channel, and a small part of hot air exchanges heat with the filter cake in the upper layer material conveying mechanism 1 for the first time;
step two, secondary dehumidification: the third layer of the material conveying mechanism of the middle layer of the material conveying mechanism 2 is used for relaying, turning back and transmitting filter cakes; half hot air flow continuously enters the second layer material conveying mechanism and the lower layer material conveying mechanism 3 of the middle layer material conveying mechanism 2 forwards through the hot air channel, part of hot air and the filter cake in the third layer material conveying mechanism carry out secondary heat exchange, the contact surface and the heat exchange time of the hot air and the filter cake are expanded for the second time, and the dehumidifying and drying effect and the dehumidifying and drying efficiency of the filter cake are improved;
step three, dehumidification for three times: a second layer of material conveying mechanism of the middle layer of material conveying mechanism 2 is used for relaying and turning back to convey filter cakes; a small amount of hot air continuously enters the lower-layer material conveying mechanism 3 through the hot air channel, part of the hot air carries out third heat exchange with the filter cake in the second-layer material conveying mechanism, the contact surface of the hot air and the filter cake is expanded for the third time, and the dehumidification and drying effect and efficiency of the filter cake are further improved;
step four, dehumidification for four times: the lower layer material conveying mechanism 3 finally relays to return and convey the filter cake; part of hot gas and the filter cake in the first layer of material conveying mechanism carry out fourth heat exchange, the contact surface of the hot gas and the filter cake is expanded for the fourth time, and the heat exchange time is prolonged, so that the dehumidifying and drying effects and efficiency of the filter cake are further improved;
finally, moisture removal and discharging: hot air flow returns through the four-layer material conveying mechanism 1-3 through the hot air channel, the four layers of wet filter cakes are completely, uniformly and repeatedly heated, water in the wet filter cakes is evaporated into water vapor (heat exchange) when heated and is discharged from the air outlet 11, and meanwhile, the dust-proof bag prevents the hot air flow from escaping along with dust; and (3) dehumidifying the wet filter cake into a dry filter cake with the water content of 10-30% and outputting the dry filter cake from a discharge port 8 of the lower-layer material conveying mechanism 3.
The four-step dehumidification method of the filter cake provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the four layers of spiral foldback material conveying type hot air flow-through dehumidifier are used: (1) By creating a four-layer spiral filter cake dehumidifier which is directly and vertically butted with a filter cake spiral output machine to replace a closed filter cake dryer, and reasonably omitting a filter cake transfer hoisting machine, the post-treatment process of a filter cake is optimized, main equipment is relatively integrated, and the occupied area is minimized; (2) By arranging the four layers of steel shaftless spiral material conveying mechanisms, the closed filter cake dryer double-layer mesh belt material conveying mechanisms are equivalently replaced, the service life of key parts is prolonged, and meanwhile, a sludge filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism and a filter cake stirring and slitting process are reasonably omitted, so that the structure and the process of drying equipment are simplified; (3) A high-temperature evaporation drying mode of a filter cake in a hot gas back-turn flow-through four-layer material conveying mechanism replaces a low-temperature condensation dehumidification mode, so that the energy consumption is minimized; the effect and efficiency of dehumidification and drying of the sludge filter cake are improved; the requirements of optimization of the process of large-scale modern sewage treatment engineering (easy winding sludge drying), unit integration, simplification of structure, longest service life, minimized energy consumption, minimized cost and maximized efficiency are met; represents the development trend of a sludge filter cake dehumidifier, and has remarkable technical effect.

Claims (3)

1. A four-layer spiral turn-back material conveying type hot gas flow-through dehumidifier comprises an upper layer material conveying mechanism, a middle layer material conveying mechanism, a lower layer material conveying mechanism, a laminated frame, a hot air blower and a dust bag; the method is characterized in that: the upper layer material conveying mechanism is a fourth layer closed dry type shaftless screw conveyor and comprises a driving motor, a U-shaped material conveying groove, a shaftless screw body, an angle steel type support, a material inlet, a material outlet, a hot air inlet and a material conveying groove cover plate; the U-shaped conveying chute is a U-shaped wear-resistant conveying chute, is 50mm higher than the U-shaped conveying chute of a common single-function screw conveyor and is used as a hot air channel; the arranged shaftless spiral body can prevent the sludge filter cake from winding and improve the conveying efficiency; the middle layer material transfer mechanism is a second layer closed dry shaftless screw conveyor and a third layer closed dry shaftless screw conveyor, the number of the hot air inlets is less than that of the upper layer material transfer mechanism, and the material inlet and the material outlet of the adjacent material transfer mechanisms are mutually corresponding; the lower layer material conveying mechanism is a first layer closed dry type shaftless screw conveyor, a left end air outlet is additionally arranged on the basis of the middle layer material conveying mechanism, and a feed inlet of the left end air outlet corresponds to a discharge outlet of the second material conveying mechanism; the laminated rack is shared by four layers of material conveying mechanisms and comprises a rack main body and an angle steel type support; the interconnection relationship is: because the four-layer spiral filter cake dehumidifier is higher, a horizontal assembly method is adopted for convenient assembly, the four-layer material conveying mechanisms are sequentially connected into a whole by utilizing a double-layer stacked type frame, the feed inlets and the discharge outlets of the adjacent material conveying mechanisms are accurately butted, and then the horizontal type is righted to be vertical, so that the four-layer spiral turn-back material conveying type hot gas flow-through dehumidifier main body is formed; when the assembly is carried out, the hot air blower and the dust bag are arranged at corresponding positions to form a four-layer spiral turn-back material conveying type hot air flow-through dehumidifier which has the function of hot air dehumidification and drying of a filter cake which is turned back and conveyed; the four layers of spiral turn-back material conveying type hot gas flow-through dehumidifiers are integrally arranged below the filter cake spiral output machine, a feed inlet of an upper layer material conveying mechanism is in butt joint with a discharge outlet of the filter cake spiral output machine, a hot air machine is communicated with a hot gas source, and driving motors of all layers are communicated with the hot air machine and a PLC program control system; the filter cake outward conveying equipment corresponds to a discharge hole of the lower layer material conveying mechanism; the wet filter cake with the water content of 30-50% can be dehumidified by inputting hot air with the temperature of 90 ℃ into a dry filter cake with the water content of 10-30%, and the dry filter cake is output to outward transportation equipment.
