The sliding seat is moved in the direction away from the front plate through the nut, the supporting seat rotates downwards, the movable installation unit moves downwards, the U-shaped inserting plate is separated from the U-shaped limiting plate, the plane inserting plate is separated from the L-shaped limiting plate, and therefore the movable installation unit can be opened to maintain equipment at the installation seat of the movable installation unit.
When it is desired to service the equipment at the internal bracket unit, as shown in fig. 3A-3B, the first bolt may be removed, at which point the internal bracket unit may be secured at the panel. The sliding seat is moved to the direction far away from the front plate through the nut, the supporting seat rotates downwards, the movable mounting unit moves downwards, the U-shaped inserting plate is separated from the U-shaped limiting plate, and accordingly equipment at the position of the inner support unit can be maintained by opening the movable mounting unit, the inner support unit not only provides a mounting foundation for the inner equipment, but also provides more stable connection of the panel and the rear plate through the inner support unit. Conversely, when the second limit state is required to be restored to the first limit state, the nut can be rotated to enable the sliding seat to move in the direction close to the front plate, and the supporting seat rotates upwards, so that the movable mounting unit is lifted up, and the U-shaped inserting plate is inserted into the U-shaped limiting plate to be surrounded by the U-shaped limiting plate.
When more thorough maintenance is needed, or related equipment is required to be integrally transported back to a maintenance factory for maintenance, the sliding seat can be directly removed as shown in fig. 4A-4B, so that the rotating shaft of the movable mounting unit is completely separated from the rotating shaft jack, the movable mounting unit can be completely removed, and the whole replacement and maintenance are convenient.
Therefore, the street lamp provides different maintenance modes, reserves space for maintenance, upgrading, replacement, wiring and the like of equipment frequently used by the intelligent street lamp, and is very convenient to use.
While the application has been shown and described with respect to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the scope of the application as defined in the following claims.
Claims (7)
1. The aluminum alloy lamp post is characterized by comprising a lamp post unit, a movable mounting unit, an internal support unit, a position locking unit and a plurality of mounting seats, wherein the movable mounting unit is arranged at the lamp post unit, the position locking unit can lock the relative positions of the movable mounting unit and the lamp post unit, and the plurality of mounting seats are arranged at the movable mounting unit; the lamp post unit is cuboid and comprises a front plate, a rear plate, a top plate and two side plates, the lamp post unit is provided with an opening part, the opening part comprises a front plate opening and two side plate openings, the front plate opening is positioned at the front plate, the two side plate openings are respectively positioned at the two side plates, a fixed baffle is fixed at the bottom end of the opening part, a first horizontal plate and a second horizontal plate positioned above the first horizontal plate are fixed at the fixed baffle, a horizontal sliding rail is arranged at the first horizontal plate, and a stud is arranged at the end part of the second horizontal plate far away from the fixed baffle; a U-shaped limiting plate is fixed at the top of the opening part; the movable mounting unit comprises a panel, a bottom plate, two side plates and a U-shaped inserting plate, wherein each side plate is fixedly connected with the panel and the bottom plate, the U-shaped inserting plate is fixedly connected with the panel and the two side plates, one side plate of the two side plates is provided with two grooves, a rotating shaft capable of being inserted into the rotating shaft inserting hole is arranged at the groove, the rotating shaft can be inserted into the rotating shaft inserting hole from the bottom end of the rotating shaft inserting hole, the rotating shaft inserting hole can be pulled out from the bottom end of the rotating shaft inserting hole, and the U-shaped inserting plate can be inserted into the U-shaped limiting plate and surrounded by the U-shaped limiting plate; the inner support unit is I-shaped and comprises a top fixing block, a bottom fixing block and a vertical plate for connecting the top fixing block and the bottom fixing block, wherein one ends of the top fixing block and the bottom fixing block, which face a rear plate, are respectively provided with a first threaded hole, one ends of the top fixing block and the bottom fixing block, which face a movable mounting unit, are respectively provided with a second threaded hole, the rear plate is provided with a first counter bore matched with the first threaded hole, the panel is provided with a second counter bore matched with the second threaded hole, the first counter bore can be provided with a first bolt matched with the first threaded hole to fixedly connect the inner support unit with the rear plate, and the second counter bore can be provided with a second bolt matched with the second threaded hole to fixedly connect the inner support unit with the panel; the vertical plate is provided with a vertical threading channel, the surface of the vertical plate facing the movable mounting unit is provided with a plurality of first mounting positions, each first mounting position is provided with a first threading hole communicated with the threading channel and an L-shaped limiting plate, the panel is provided with a plurality of mounting seat mounting positions, each mounting seat mounting position is provided with one mounting seat, the number of the mounting seat mounting positions is equal to that of the first mounting positions and corresponds to that of the first mounting positions one by one, and each mounting seat mounting position is provided with a through hole penetrated by the mounting seat; the mounting seat comprises a fixing plate, a fixing block fixedly connected with the fixing plate, a plane plugboard fixedly connected with the fixing block and capable of being inserted into the L-shaped limiting plate, and a U-shaped mounting block fixedly connected with the fixing plate and penetrating through the through hole, wherein the fixing plate and the panel are fixed through bolts, a plurality of mounting through holes are formed in the U-shaped mounting block, and a third threading hole penetrating through the fixing block and the fixing plate is further formed in the mounting seat; the position locking unit comprises a sliding seat, the sliding seat is provided with a horizontal sliding groove matched with a horizontal sliding rail and a stud through hole penetrated by the stud, a driving unit is fixed at the stud through hole, the driving unit comprises a fixed ring fixedly connected with the sliding seat, a rotating ring which is connected with the fixed ring and can rotate relative to the fixed ring, and an adjusting nut matched with the stud and fixedly connected with the rotating ring, the fixed ring and the rotating ring are penetrated by the stud, a limit supporting plate is fixed at the sliding seat, and the limit supporting plate is provided with a limit inclined plane; the sliding seat is hinged with a supporting seat, and the supporting seat is provided with an abutting cambered surface capable of abutting against the upper surfaces of the fixed baffle plate and the second horizontal plate, a first supporting plane capable of abutting against the bottom end of the movable mounting unit, a second supporting plane capable of abutting against the bottom end of the movable mounting unit, a third supporting plane capable of abutting against the limiting inclined plane and a connecting cambered surface for connecting the first supporting plane and the second supporting plane; the movable mounting unit can be in a first limiting state, a second limiting state and a non-limiting state, in the first limiting state, the movable mounting unit is in a first height, the U-shaped inserting plate is inserted between the U-shaped limiting plate and the opening part and is surrounded by the U-shaped limiting plate, the first supporting plane is abutted to support the bottom end of the movable mounting unit, the distance between the sliding seat and the end part of the second horizontal plate is a first distance, the third supporting plane is abutted to the limiting inclined plane, each rotating shaft is inserted into a corresponding rotating shaft inserting hole, and each plane inserting plate is inserted into a corresponding L-shaped limiting plate; in the second limiting state, the movable mounting unit is located at a second height, the U-shaped inserting plate is located below the U-shaped limiting plate, the second supporting plane is in butt support with the bottom end of the movable mounting unit, the distance between the sliding seat and the end of the second horizontal plate is a second distance, and each rotating shaft is inserted into a corresponding rotating shaft inserting hole; in the non-limiting state, the position locking unit is detached from the stud, and each rotating shaft is separated from the corresponding rotating shaft jack; the first height is higher than the second height, and the first distance is smaller than the second distance.

The aluminum alloy lamp post for the LED intelligent street lamp according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the vertical plate facing the rear plate is provided with a plurality of second installation positions, and each second installation position is provided with a second threading hole communicated with the threading channel and a plurality of installation threaded holes.

The aluminum alloy lamp post suitable for the LED intelligent street lamp according to claim 1, wherein the internal bracket unit can be in a first installation state and a second installation state, wherein in the first installation state, a first bolt fixes the internal bracket unit and a rear plate, and a second bolt is removed; in the second installation state, the second bolts fix the inner bracket unit and the panel, and the first bolts are removed.
