the buffer mechanism (9) is fixedly arranged inside the first mounting pipe (1);
the sealing mechanism (6) is arranged on the outer surface of the first mounting pipe (1), the sealing mechanism (6) is used for buffering and self-sealing operation, and the sealing mechanism (6) penetrates through the outer surface of the first mounting pipe (1) and extends into the buffering mechanism (9);
the first sealing mechanism (7) is arranged on the outer surface of the second mounting pipe (2), the first sealing mechanism (7) is used for water outlet-self sealing operation, and the first sealing mechanism (7) extends to the inside of the second mounting pipe (2).
