Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of oil and gas equipment, and discloses an underground ratchet type blanking plug which comprises a clamping working cylinder, wherein the clamping working cylinder is connected with an oil pipe, two floating ratchet fixture blocks are oppositely arranged in the clamping working cylinder, the lower end of the clamping working cylinder is in threaded connection with a clamping joint, and the upper end of the clamping joint is abutted against the floating ratchet fixture blocks; the middle part of the blocking rod is annularly provided with a V-shaped sealing ring, and the lower part of the blocking rod is provided with a fixed ratchet matched with the floating ratchet clamping block. Background
Most of the existing mechanical type blanking plugs in the oil pipes are manually steel wires which are sent into the oil pipes, the effect of plugging the ground pressure is difficult to play in the lowering process due to the fact that factors such as large size of the blanking plugs are difficult to be lowered to the designed depth, and a new blanking plug is urgently needed to be designed for achieving operation of a gas production well under pressure.

the clamping working cylinder is connected with the oil pipe, two floating ratchet fixture blocks are oppositely arranged in the clamping working cylinder, the lower end of the clamping working cylinder is in threaded connection with the clamping joint, and the upper end of the clamping joint is abutted to the floating ratchet fixture blocks;
the middle part of the blocking rod is annularly provided with a V-shaped sealing ring, and the lower part of the blocking rod is provided with a fixed ratchet matched with the floating ratchet clamping block.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the downhole ratchet type blanking plug of the embodiment comprises a clamping working cylinder 2 and a plugging rod 6, wherein the clamping working cylinder 2 is connected to an oil pipe through a coupling and is lowered into a casing 1 along with the oil pipe, two floating ratchet fixture blocks 3 are arranged in the clamping working cylinder 2 relatively, the lower end of the clamping working cylinder 2 is in threaded connection with a clamping joint 4, and the upper end of the clamping joint 4 is abutted to the floating ratchet fixture blocks 3; as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a downward mounting groove 5 is formed in the locking cylinder 2, the upper end of the floating ratchet latch 3 is movably mounted in the mounting groove 5, and the upper end of the floating ratchet latch 3 can move left and right. An annular space is arranged in front of the outer wall of the upper part of the clamping joint 4 and the inner wall of the clamping working barrel 2, the lower end of the floating ratchet clamping block 3 is movably arranged in the annular space, and the lower end of the floating ratchet clamping block 3 can move left and right. The lower part of the blocking rod 6 is provided with a fixed ratchet 8 matched with the floating ratchet clamping block 3, and the floating ratchet clamping block 3 is designed in a floating mode and has a certain moving range in the up-down direction and the left-right direction, so that the connection between the fixed ratchet 8 and the floating ratchet clamping block 3 is facilitated, and the blocking rod 6 can only move downwards and cannot move upwards due to the matching relation between the fixed ratchet 8 and the floating ratchet clamping block 3.
The blocking rod 6 is provided with a releasing pin hole 11, the releasing pin hole 11 is used for being connected with a feeding tool to lower the blocking rod, and the lower end of the blocking rod 6 is chamfered.
According to the downhole ratchet type blanking plug, the floating ratchet fixture block 3 and the clamping joint 4 are connected to the bottom of an oil pipe in advance through the clamping working cylinder 2, the plugging rod 6 is lowered from the oil pipe through a feeding tool, the fixed ratchet 8 on the plugging rod is connected with the floating ratchet fixture block, and the V-shaped sealing ring 7 is matched with the sealing groove 9 to block the clamping working cylinder 2, so that the oil pipe is sealed.
