The oil sludge is black slurry and has obvious fluidity, which brings great difficulty to loading and outward transportation treatment. The oil sludge comprises: water, oil, iron powder, dust and other solids. Contains a large amount of iron powder with high recovery value, and the grease at the cold rolling section is mostly mineralized rolling oil, which has poor biodegradability, large treatment difficulty and large environmental toxicity. The existing oily sludge treatment technology can be divided into: chemical treatment, thermal refining-mechanical separation, reinjection profile control, heat treatment, biological method and other newly derived treatment methods, but each method has respective advantages and disadvantages in the aspects of application range, technology, economy and the like; and the sludge treatment method in the current stage is relatively not targeted to the treatment of the sludge in the steel rolling line, and is not suitable for the treatment of some dangerous waste resources, so that the economic benefit is not high.

In the embodiment 1, 42 cubic meters of fuel oil is finally obtained and sold to qualified companies; 11484 tons of solid materials are directly used as sintering ore raw materials for proportioning; one part of the obtained water is used during stirring and tempering, and the rest water is directly returned to a water treatment system of an iron and steel plant for large-system recycling, so that zero discharge of wastewater is completely realized.

In this example 2, 1060 cubic meters of fuel oil is finally obtained and sold to qualified companies; 1060 tons of solid materials are directly used as sintering ore raw materials for proportioning; one part of the obtained water is used during stirring and tempering, and the residual water is directly returned to a water treatment system of a steel plant for large-system recycling, so that zero discharge of wastewater is completely realized.
The device and the method for treating the sludge in the rolling line in the steel industry can be used for comprehensively utilizing the sludge resources in the rolling line in the steel industry and can also be used for comprehensively utilizing other oil sludge resources; the processing scale can reach 4 tons/hour, 100 tons/day, 2000 tons/year or larger.
