The magnetized water mist is combined with radon daughter adsorbed on the hydrophobic electret material, naturally sinks into the lead-made sewage tank to decay under the action of gravity, and is discharged out of the equipment after the decay.
Further, the housing 2 is made of a metal material. This air purification device wholly is the toper structure, adopts this structural arrangement mode, can be so that the device occupation space is small, has great area of contact simultaneously as far as possible with external environment, and is high to the dust in the air and radon daughter adsorption efficiency. The bottom of the shell 2 is also provided with universal wheels 8 to facilitate the movement of the whole device. A supporting base 22 is arranged at the center of the bottom of the housing 2 and at the center of the sewage tank 7, and the supporting base 22 can support the power supply 19 and the like and can enhance the overall strength of the device.
The air purification device of the invention integrates the functions of radon reduction by magnetized water and dust removal, the filtering and adsorbing system, the magnetizing system and the like in the device can be independently arranged, the disassembly and the assembly are convenient, and a supporting framework can be correspondingly arranged in the shell.
The exterior of the electric appliances such as the motor 16, the air pump 18, the water pump 10 and the like are coated with a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant layer with the thickness of 0.2mm, and meanwhile, a flexible waterproof material layer can be further mixed or added.
The electret material can be selected from high polymer electrets such as polyvinylidene fluoride and fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer, and the adsorption principle is that fibers on the surfaces of the electrets are charged, and double purification of mechanical blocking and electrostatic adsorption of radon and daughters thereof is realized on the high-density electret material layer.
The gas supply line 30 and the third magnetized water supply line 21 are both arranged along the outer side wall of the magnetized water tank 14, wherein fig. 4 shows a structure of an arrangement manner, and a partial section of the third magnetized water supply line 21 is not shown in fig. 1. The second atomizer 17 may be further connected to an air pump 18.
The invention provides a magnetic modified radon daughter air purification device suitable for underground engineering, which is different from a simple radon and daughter adsorption and spray dust removal mode. The device sets up inside to outside two parts atomizer, conveniently carries out self-purification to the adsorption material, need not artifically change the electret material, avoids causing the secondary damage to personnel. The magnetization mode selects the water body to form a vortex rotating at high speed in a magnetic field under the action of the turbine, so that the magnetization time is controllable, and the magnetization effect is improved.
The invention also provides a magnetic modified radon daughter air purification method suitable for underground engineering, which adopts the air purification device and comprises the following steps:
(1) And opening a sixth control valve K6, injecting water into the magnetized water tank 14 through the water injection pipeline 9 and the first magnetized water conveying pipeline 24, then starting the motor 16, driving the turbine 27 to rotate by the motor 16 through a transmission shaft, making the water body do vortex motion in a magnetic field between the first magnet 23 and the second magnet 28 under the action of the turbine, and cutting magnetic induction lines to obtain magnetized water.
(2) The sixth control valve K6 is closed, the fifth control valve K5 is opened, and the magnetized water obtained from the magnetized water tank 14 is delivered to the first atomizer 1 through the first magnetized water delivery pipe 24, the water pump 10, and the second magnetized water delivery pipe 31.
Meanwhile, the air pump 18 is started, air in the external environment is filtered by the filtering and adsorbing system, dust is filtered in the PP cotton filtering layer 11, large-particle-size radon and radon daughter are adsorbed in the active carbon filtering and adsorbing layer 12, and small-particle-size radon and radon daughter are adsorbed in the electret material filtering and adsorbing layer 13. The first control valve K1 and the third control valve K3 are opened, and the filtered clean air is delivered to the first atomizer head 1 through the air pump 18 and the gas delivery line 30. In the first atomizer 1, clean air is mixed with magnetized water to form gas containing magnetized water mist beads with different humidity, and then the gas is sprayed into the external environment to capture external dust, radon and daughter thereof and increase the particle size of the radon and the daughter thereof, so that the filtering and adsorbing system can better filter and adsorb the gas. In addition, the formed large-particle-size dust is accelerated to settle under the action of gravity, and the effect of environmental dust fall is achieved.
(3) And when the dust concentration and the radon gas concentration in the external environment are lower than set values, closing the first control valve K1, the third control valve K3 and the fifth control valve K5, and opening the second control valve K2 and the fourth control valve K4. The magnetized water in the magnetized water tank 14 is transported to the second atomizer 17 through the first magnetized water transport pipeline 24 and the third magnetized water transport pipeline 21 under the action of the water pump 10. Magnetized water mist is sprayed toward the electret material filtering and adsorbing layer 13 through a second atomizing nozzle 17. The magnetized water mist is combined with radon daughters adsorbed on the electret material filtering and adsorbing layer, naturally sinks into the sewage tank 7 through the sewer pipe to decay under the action of gravity, and is discharged out of the sewage tank 7 through the drain pipe 6 after decaying.
The parts which are not described in the above modes can be realized by adopting or referring to the prior art.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of this invention and it should be noted that modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention and these modifications should also be considered as the protection scope of the invention.

the magnetizing system comprises a magnetizing water tank, a first magnet and a second magnet are arranged in the magnetizing water tank, and a magnetic induction line is formed between the first magnet and the second magnet; a turbine is also arranged in the magnetized water tank and is in transmission connection with a motor through a transmission shaft, and the turbine drives the water body in the magnetized water tank to do vortex motion to cut magnetic induction lines when rotating;
the dust removal and purification system comprises an air pump, a water pump, a first atomizing spray head for spraying magnetized water mist to the external environment and a second atomizing spray head for backwashing and purifying the electret material filtering and adsorbing layer, wherein the first atomizing spray head is arranged at the top of the shell, and the second atomizing spray head is arranged in the shell; the air pump passes through gas conveying pipeline and is connected with first atomizer, and the import of water pump passes through first magnetized drinking water conveying pipeline and magnetization water tank intercommunication, and the export of water pump passes through second magnetized drinking water conveying pipeline and is connected with first atomizer, and the export of water pump still is connected with second atomizer through third magnetized drinking water conveying pipeline.
2. The magnetically modified radon daughter air purification device suitable for underground engineering as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water pump is arranged in the first mounting chamber, and the first atomizing nozzle is arranged at the top of the first mounting chamber;
the filtering and adsorbing system is filled between the magnetized water tank and the side wall of the shell, a second mounting chamber is reserved at the bottom of the magnetized water tank and communicated with the external environment through the filtering and adsorbing system and the shell, the air pump, the second atomizing nozzle and the motor are all arranged in the second mounting chamber, and a power supply connected with the air pump is further arranged in the second mounting chamber.

The magnetically modified radon daughter air purification device suitable for underground engineering as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a shielding lead plate is arranged below the magnetized water tank, and the motor is arranged on the bottom surface of the shielding lead plate; the first magnet and the second magnet are horizontally arranged, the first magnet is positioned at the top of the magnetized water tank, the second magnet is positioned at the bottom of the magnetized water tank, and the turbine is arranged at the center of the second magnet; and through shaft holes for the transmission shaft to pass through are formed in the centers of the shielding lead plate, the bottom surface of the magnetized water tank and the second magnet.

(1) Opening a sixth control valve, injecting water into the magnetized water tank through a water injection pipeline and a first magnetized water conveying pipeline, then starting a motor, driving a turbine to rotate through a transmission shaft by the motor, making vortex motion of the water body in a magnetic field between a first magnet and a second magnet under the action of the turbine, and cutting magnetic induction lines to obtain magnetized water;
(2) Closing the sixth control valve, opening the fifth control valve, and conveying the magnetized water obtained in the magnetized water tank to the first atomizing nozzle through the first magnetized water conveying pipeline, the water pump and the second magnetized water conveying pipeline;
meanwhile, starting an air pump, filtering air in an external environment through a filtering and adsorbing system, filtering dust in a PP cotton filtering layer, adsorbing large-particle-size radon and radon daughter in an active carbon filtering and adsorbing layer, and adsorbing small-particle-size radon and radon daughter in an electret material filtering and adsorbing layer; opening the first control valve and the third control valve, and conveying the filtered clean air to the first atomizing nozzle through the air pump and the gas conveying pipeline;
in the first atomizing nozzle, clean air is mixed with magnetized water to form gas containing magnetized water mist beads with different humidity, and then the gas is sprayed into the external environment to capture external dust, radon and daughters thereof and increase the particle size of the radon and the daughters thereof, so that the filtering and adsorbing system can better filter and adsorb the gas; in addition, the formed large-particle-size dust is accelerated to settle under the action of gravity, and the effect of environmental dust fall is achieved;
(3) When the dust concentration and the radon concentration in the external environment are lower than set values, closing the first control valve, the third control valve and the fifth control valve, opening the second control valve and the fourth control valve, and conveying the magnetized water in the magnetized water tank to the second atomization nozzle through the first magnetized water conveying pipeline and the third magnetized water conveying pipeline under the action of the water pump;
magnetized water mist is sprayed towards the electret material filtering and adsorbing layer 13 through the second atomizing nozzle 17, and the magnetized water mist is combined with radon daughters adsorbed on the electret material filtering and adsorbing layer, naturally settles into the sewage tank through a downcomer under the action of gravity and decays, and is discharged out of the sewage tank through the drainpipe after decaying.
