When the three-phase plug is pulled out from the plug bush set 301, the protective door assembly 400 is reset under the action of the restoring force of the reset mechanism 403, the trigger mechanism 401 is in a free state again, and two ends of the plugging mechanism 402 are plugged into the corresponding plug holes 103 of the L-pole plug bush terminal 305 and the N-pole plug bush terminal 306 respectively. With the above design, the contact trigger mechanism 401 can be triggered only when inserted from the insertion hole 103 corresponding to the E-pole plug terminal, and if the L-pole plug terminal 305 and the N-pole plug terminal 306 are inserted into the insertion hole 103 corresponding to the L-pole plug terminal 305 and the N-pole plug terminal 306 by hand or other inserts alone, and the trigger mechanism 401 cannot be triggered at the same time. Through the arrangement, the safety of a user can be ensured, and the child is prevented from touching and misplug electric shock.
The power supply connection mechanism 500 comprises a scratch-proof fixing sleeve 501, a power supply wire 502 and a fixing clamp 503, wherein one end of the power supply wire 502 is provided with a three-phase plug which can be connected with a power supply, the scratch-proof fixing sleeve 501 is sleeved on the periphery of the power supply wire 502, the fixing clamp 503 is clamped on the periphery of one end of the power supply wire 502, which is close to the second socket unit 300, and the fixing clamp 503 is detachably arranged on the second socket through bolts and bolt holes; when in use, the other end of the power cord 502 penetrates through the lead through hole 104 at the bottom of the socket housing 100, penetrates through the mounting cavity, then extends out of the opening of the socket housing 100, and is welded with the input end of the L-pole conductive piece 302, the input end of the N-pole conductive piece 303 and the input end of the E-pole conductive piece 304 of the second socket unit 300 respectively, after the power connection mechanism 500 and the first socket unit 200 are completed, the first socket unit 200 and the second socket unit 300 are electrically connected through wire welding, then the second socket unit 300 and the first socket unit 200 are sequentially mounted to the mounting cavity of the socket housing 100, and finally the mounting cover 102 is mounted to the socket housing 100 to complete the whole mounting step.
By the above arrangement and cooperation of the socket housing 100, the second socket unit 300, the protection door assembly 400 and the power connection mechanism 500, the overall volume of the safety socket can be reduced by 15-25% compared with the prior art when the same jack 103 is provided, the assembly time can be reduced by 20-30%, and the manual use can be reduced during assembly.
Second embodiment
The safety socket of the present embodiment includes a socket housing 100, a first socket unit 200, a second socket unit 300, a protection door assembly 400 and a power connection mechanism 500, wherein the same side of the first socket unit 200 is provided with 3 USB interfaces 203, one side of the second socket unit 300 is provided with a set of plug bush sets 301, and the corresponding socket housing 100 is provided with a set of plug jacks 103; the second embodiment is most different from the first embodiment in that the second socket unit 300 and the protection door assembly 400 are structurally different; wherein:
the plug bush set 301 includes an L-pole plug bush terminal 305 and an N-pole plug bush terminal 306, and the first receptacle unit 200 includes an independent compartment 307 and a mounting plate 321 provided in the independent compartment 307. The lower end of the mounting plate 321 is provided with two plug bush mounting through holes penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface, the L-pole plug bush terminal 305 and the N-pole plug bush terminal 306 are respectively mounted in the plug bush mounting groove 319, the upper surface of the mounting plate 321 is provided with an upward sliding groove 320, the sliding groove 320 is positioned between the two plug bush mounting through holes, and the sliding groove 320 is perpendicular to the connecting lines of the two plug bush mounting through holes; the protection door assembly 400 comprises a blocking mechanism 402 and a reset mechanism 403, one end of the reset mechanism 403 is connected with one end of the blocking mechanism 402, the other end of the reset mechanism 403 is connected with the independent bin 307, one end, far away from the reset mechanism 403, of the blocking mechanism 402 is provided with a trigger inclined plane 404, the height of the trigger inclined plane 404 gradually increases from the other end from one end far away from the reset mechanism 403, the number of the trigger inclined planes 404 is two and are respectively located above two plug bush installation through holes, downward limit bosses 406 are respectively arranged below the two trigger inclined planes, the number of the limit bosses 406 is two and are respectively located above the two plug bush installation through holes, the middle part of the lower surface of the blocking mechanism 402 forms a supporting end face 405, the supporting end face 405 is arranged in a sliding groove 320, the lower surface of the blocking mechanism 402 is located at two ends of the supporting end face 405, and the distance between the lower surface and the sliding groove 320 is increased from inside to outside. Through the design, the two ends of the plugging mechanism 402, which are positioned on the L-pole plug terminal 305 and the N-pole plug terminal 306, and the sliding grooves 320 on the mounting plate 321 form a tilting rod, when a downward force is applied to one of the triggering inclined planes 404, the lower limiting boss 406 moves downwards and stretches into the mounting through hole to block the reciprocating movement of the plugging mechanism 402 in the direction of the reciprocating mechanism 403, the other triggering inclined plane 404 moves upwards around the supporting point with the sliding grooves 320 and the supporting end surface 405, the upper surface of the mounting plate 321 and the lower surface of the top wall of the independent bin 307 can block the plugging mechanism 402 from further up-down movement, and the plugging mechanism 402 is in a locking state. The blocking mechanism 402 thus has a triggered state, a free state and a locked state, and when the blocking mechanism 402 is in the free state, the blocking mechanism 402 blocks the two insertion holes 103 respectively. When a two-phase plug or a plug such as an European plug is inserted into two jacks 103 and acts on two trigger inclined planes 404, the trigger inclined planes 404 corresponding to the L-pole plug terminal 305 are respectively subjected to two component forces towards the L-pole plug terminal 305 and the reset mechanism 403, the trigger inclined planes 404 corresponding to the N-pole plug terminal 306 are respectively subjected to two component forces towards the N-pole plug terminal 306 and the reset mechanism 403, when the forces towards the two ends of the L-pole plug terminal 305 and the N-pole plug terminal 306 are the same or have very small differences, as the two ends of the blocking mechanism 402 and the sliding grooves 320 on the mounting plate 321 form a tilted rod, the downward directions of the two trigger inclined planes 404 mutually offset, the blocking mechanism 402 does not move downwards, and the whole effect is that the blocking mechanism 402 is opened along one end of the reset mechanism 403, compared with the jacks 103 corresponding to the L-pole plug terminal 305 and the N-pole plug terminal 306 when the blocking mechanism 402 is in a triggered state, and the blocking mechanism 402 can be connected with an electrical appliance. Through the above-mentioned overall design, if the hand or other inserts are independently inserted in the jack 103 corresponding to the L pole plug terminal 305 and the N pole plug terminal 306, the safety door can not be opened, so that the safety of the user can be ensured, and the child can be prevented from touching and misplug. Meanwhile, the plugging mechanism 402 and the sliding groove 320 on the mounting plate 321 form a tilting rod, the limiting boss 406 and the mounting through hole are matched to generate limiting effect, and the mounting plate 321 and the independent bin 307 form limiting effect on the plugging mechanism 402, so that the safety door has a higher stress structure, violent damage to children is prevented, and electric shock to the children is further prevented.
Further, the contact surface of the sliding groove 320 with the supporting end surface 405 is coated with a lubricant wax to make the reciprocating movement of the protective door assembly 400 on the sliding groove 320 smoother. Further, a plug fixing groove 316 is formed at one end of the independent bin 307 located on the plug bush set 301, an E-pole plug bush terminal 313 and a clamping groove 318 are respectively formed on the side wall of the plug fixing groove 316, a plug through hole is formed at the bottom wall of the plug fixing groove 316 corresponding to the trigger inclined plane 404, and the clamping groove 318 is used for clamping an euro-rule plug.

the protection door assembly is arranged between the plug bush assembly and the jack, the protection door assembly has a triggering state and a free state, when the protection door assembly is in the free state, the protection door assembly plugs the jack corresponding to the plug bush assembly, and when the protection door assembly is in the triggering state, the protection door assembly is respectively opened compared with the jack to enable the plug bush assembly to be exposed;
the first socket unit comprises a first circuit board, a second circuit board and reinforcing ribs, the first circuit board and the second circuit board are respectively arranged along a first direction and a second direction of the socket shell, the reinforcing ribs are respectively fixedly connected with the first circuit board and the second circuit board, a plurality of USB interfaces are formed in one panel of the first circuit board, and when the first socket unit is installed in the installation cavity, the distance between the end face of each USB interface and the bottom surface of a jack which is correspondingly arranged is matched;
the first circuit board and the second circuit board are arranged at an included angle, and the included angle of the acute angle formed by the first circuit board and the second circuit board is alpha, and the included angle is more than or equal to 88 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees;
the first circuit board is electrically connected with the second circuit board;
the first socket unit further comprises a radiating fin and radiating glue, the radiating fin is coated on the periphery of the second circuit board, and the radiating glue is filled between the radiating fin and the panel of the second circuit board;
the socket shell comprises a mounting shell and a mounting cover, the mounting shell is a cylinder with a mounting cavity, an opening matched with the mounting cover is formed in the top of the socket shell and communicated with the mounting cavity, and a lead through hole is formed in the bottom of the socket shell; the safety socket further comprises a power supply connecting mechanism, wherein one end of the power supply connecting mechanism penetrates through the lead through hole and can extend out of the opening from the mounting cavity;
the power supply connection mechanism comprises a scratch-resistant fixing sleeve, a power supply wire and a fixing clamp, one end of the power supply wire is electrically connected with the second socket unit, and the second socket unit is electrically connected with the first socket unit; the fixing clamp is clamped at the periphery of one end, close to the second socket unit, of the power line, and the fixing clamp is detachably installed on the second socket; the scraping-proof fixing sleeve is sleeved on the periphery of the power line, one end of the scraping-proof fixing sleeve is installed on the second socket, and the radius of one end of the scraping-proof fixing sleeve, which is far away from the second socket, is smaller than the radius of the lead through hole;
