It should be noted that, since the target firmware version number is the latest firmware version number corresponding to the device identifier, after the target firmware version number is compared with the current firmware version number, if the target firmware version number is higher than the current firmware version number, it is indicated that the firmware of the home appliance has the updated firmware program, and needs to be updated. In the embodiment, the firmware of the household appliance is upgraded through the firmware upgrading package, the firmware upgrading package is downloaded from the server through the mobile terminal, the household appliances of different models are different in upgrading function, the required firmware upgrading package is different, the firmware upgrading package and the equipment identification code have a corresponding relation, and the required firmware upgrading package can be downloaded from the server based on the equipment identification code.
And the sending module 50 is configured to send the firmware upgrade package to the household appliance through the communication connection, so that the household appliance is upgraded according to the firmware upgrade package.
