The seal 230 includes a retaining portion 2300, a first sealing portion 2301 extending from the retaining portion 2300, and a second sealing portion 2302 extending from the first sealing portion 2301. The retaining portion 2300 is positioned between the cutter disc 229 and the cutter seat 224 to secure the seal 230. The second sealing portion 2302 is attached and sealed to the cutter 229 to prevent water leakage from the cutter 229. When the tool apron assembly 22 is assembled to the cup holder 21, the first sealing portion 2301 is in close contact with the cup body 20 to prevent water leakage from a gap between the cup body 20 and the cutter disc 229.
The cartridge assembly 22 includes a seal 230 to facilitate assembly of the seal 230, and the seal 230 may be cleaned to reduce bacterial growth after disassembly of the cartridge assembly 22.
Fig. 19 to 28 are schematic views of another embodiment of the food processing cup, and only the differences from the food processing cup shown in fig. 1 to 18 will be described below, and the same parts will not be described again.
The second fastening portion 222 extends from the limiting portion 2140 of the sliding block 214. The first fastening portion 212 is disposed on the tool seat 224. The end of the second retaining portion 222 extends into the through hole 22422 of the tool holder 224 and is retained with the first retaining portion 212 to limit the tool holder assembly 22 to the cup holder 21.
The holder 224 includes a retaining wall 2245 extending downward from the bottom plate part 2240 and a pair of fixing parts 2246. The fixing portion 2246 is provided with an assembling hole 22460.
The moving part 225 includes a butt part 2252, and an assembling part 2253 and a fixing column 2254 extending from the butt part 2252. The offset hole 2220 is disposed in the top 2252. The assembling part 2253 is provided with an assembling groove 22530. The fixing post 2254 extends into the offset hole 2220. The second elastic member 226 is located in the relief hole 2220. One end of the second elastic element 226 is fixed to the fixing post 2254, and the other end abuts against the retaining wall 2245.
The holder assembly 22 further includes an operating member 228. The operation part 2250 is provided on the operation member 228. The operating member 228 includes a shaft portion 2280 extending from the operating portion 2250 and a pair of retaining shafts 2281. The shaft portion 2280 is received in the assembly groove 22530, such that the operating element 228 is forced to rotate relative to the moving element 225, so as to drive the moving element 225 to move. The pair of position-limiting shafts 2281 are assembled in the assembling hole 22460 to limit the position of the operating element 228.
When the holder assembly 22 is not assembled to the cup holder 21, the bunt 2252 is located outside the through hole 22422 of the holder 224. When the tool holder assembly 22 is assembled, the tool holder assembly 22 abuts against the second retaining portion 222, so that the second retaining portion moves toward the outer cup 210 and presses the first elastic member 215. When the through hole 22422 of the tool holder 224 is aligned with the second retaining portion 222, the second retaining portion 222 is abutted by the abutting force of the first elastic member 215, enters the through hole 22422 and is retained with the first retaining portion 212, so as to fix the tool holder assembly 22 to the cup holder 21.
The second latching portion 222 includes an inclined surface 2222, so that when the holder assembly 22 is assembled, a vertical force is converted into a horizontal force, thereby improving the smoothness of the assembly of the holder assembly 22.
When the tool holder assembly 22 needs to be removed, a finger extends into the window 22701, and pushes the pair of operation parts 2250 in opposite directions, so as to move the pair of moving parts 225 toward each other, so as to drive the moving part 225 to move toward the direction of the second retaining part 222, so that the abutting part 2252 enters the through hole 22422 of the tool holder 224 and abuts against the second retaining part 222, and the second retaining part 222 exits from the through hole 22422, so that the second retaining part 222 is disengaged from the first retaining part 212, and the tool holder assembly 22 can be removed. When the holder assembly 22 is removed, the finger pressure is released and the butt part 2252 is withdrawn from the through hole 22422.
Although the present application has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, and all changes, substitutions and alterations that fall within the spirit and scope of the application are to be understood as being covered by the following claims.
