In the following, taking a service scenario of community group purchase as an example, the information differentiation presentation of different channels is introduced through historical order guidance, logistics information push guidance, menu guidance and logistics track guidance in the specification.
Referring to the schematic diagram of historical order guidance shown in fig. 3, the target page may include an order list page, and the key information includes historical orders beyond a preset time period.
As shown in fig. 3, the differentially presented information can be visually seen by comparing the first type channel (the first channel in fig. 3) and the second type channel (the second channel in fig. 3).
When a client accesses an order list page of community group purchase through a first channel, the client can only display historical orders within a preset time length (namely the orders in the latest month in the drawing); also, a notification 31 or 32 may be displayed in the order listing page, both of which may prompt the user that the order may go to the second channel for more than a month to view.
When the client accesses the order list page of the community group purchase through the second channel, the client can display not only historical orders within the preset time length (namely, the orders in the last month in the drawing) but also key information 33 outside the preset time length, namely, the historical orders outside the last month in the drawing.
Through the mode of differential display of the historical orders, the user can be guided to use the second channel more, so that the channel user number of the second channel is increased.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram of a logistics information push guide in this specification, where the target page includes an order confirmation page, and the key information includes a notification message.
As shown in fig. 4, the differentially presented information can be visually seen by comparing the first type channel (the first channel in fig. 4) and the second type channel (the second channel in fig. 4).
When the client accesses the confirmation order page of the community group purchase through the first channel, it can display a notice 41, and the notice 31 can prompt to go to the second channel to place an order and enjoy the real-time push of the logistics information.
When the client accesses the order list page of the community group purchase through the second channel, the client can not only display the order determining page (not shown in the figure), but also the server can push the real-time logistics information 42 to the client through the second channel.
Therefore, when orders are placed through the second channel, nodes such as commodity delivery, arrival at a self-service point, sign-in, refund and the like can all tell a user through a push mode, the user can know commodity states in time conveniently, and the user use experience is improved.
In conclusion, the users can be guided to use the second channel more by the differentiated display mode of the logistics information, so that the channel user number of the second channel is increased.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram of menu guidance in this specification, where the target page includes a goods detail page, and the key information includes menu recommendations.
As shown in fig. 5, the differentially presented information can be visually seen by comparing the first type channel (the first channel in fig. 5) and the second type channel (the second channel in fig. 5).
When a client accesses a commodity detail page of community group purchase through a first channel, the client can display description information related to tomatoes, such as pictures, prices, sales volumes and the like; also, a notification 51 may be displayed in the item detail page, which notification 51 may prompt the user to go to a second channel to view the recipe.
When the client accesses the commodity detail page of the community group purchase through the second channel, the description information related to the tomatoes can be displayed, and the menu recommendation 52 related to the tomatoes can be additionally displayed. The detailed information, cooking steps, videos and the like of the menu can be checked by clicking any menu, and related side dishes can be displayed on the left side of the current menu for the user to purchase quickly.
When the user buys the dishes, the user buys the dishes corresponding to the specific dishes many times, so that menu recommendation is very convenient for the user, the user can quickly select the needed commodities to order, and the making method can be known according to the detailed information of the menu.
Through the mode of differential display of commodity details, the user can be guided to use the second channel more, so that the channel user number of the second channel is increased.
Please refer to fig. 6, which shows a schematic diagram of logistics trajectory guidance in this specification, where the destination page includes an order detail page, and the key information includes a real-time logistics trajectory.
As shown in fig. 6, the differentially presented information can be visually seen by comparing the first type channel (the first channel in fig. 6) and the second type channel (the second channel in fig. 6).
When the client accesses the order detail page of the community group purchase through the first channel, the client can display order detail information such as commodity state (in delivery in fig. 6), estimated delivery time, receiving information (receiver, contact, pick-up point, etc. in fig. 6), commodity information; and a notice 61 can be displayed in the order detail page, and the notice 61 can prompt the user that the current first channel cannot view the real-time logistics information and recommend the second channel to view the real-time logistics track.
When the client accesses the order detail page of the community group purchase through the second channel, the client can display not only the order detail information, but also additionally display the real-time logistics track 62, wherein the real-time logistics information 62 can include a map, the real-time logistics track of a driver for delivering goods, the real-time distance between the driver and a self-service point and other information.
Through the display of the real-time logistics track, the current commodity position and other logistics information, the expectation is given to the user in advance, and the user can conveniently estimate the arrival time of the commodity.
Therefore, the users can be guided to use the second channel more by the differential display mode of the real-time logistics track, so that the channel user number of the second channel is increased.
