Description

Pedicle puncture auxiliary adjusting device and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a pedicle puncture auxiliary adjusting device and method.
Background
Percutaneous spinal pedicle screw internal fixation is a common surgical approach to maintaining spinal stabilization in spinal surgery. When the nail is placed, firstly, a puncture needle and a guide wire are adopted to perform pedicle puncture positioning so as to determine the optimal nail placement position.
The existing percutaneous pedicle of vertebral arch puncture technology needs the bare-handed operation of medical staff, and the body surface projection of the pedicle of vertebral arch is determined through perspective. However, in practical operation, deviation of the needle insertion point in different directions often occurs in orthoscopic fluoroscopy, and particularly for patients with severe hyperplasia at the zygapophyseal joint, the puncture needle is easy to slip during puncture. To adjust the positioning deviation, the puncture position and puncture path need to be reexamined and changed, but a plurality of problems exist. On one hand, because the lane change is difficult due to small deviation (the deviation is only 1-5 mm), the ideal state can be reached after multiple times, and the complications related to puncture are easily caused; on the other hand, repeated fluoroscopy is needed for multiple times of puncture, and irreparable harm may be caused to patients and doctors due to the fact that rays are harmful to human bodies greatly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pedicle puncture auxiliary adjusting device and method, and aims to solve the problem that the existing pedicle puncture positioning is not easy to adjust after deviation occurs. As a further technical solution, the first guiding part and the second guiding part are respectively arranged at opposite ends of the limiting structure.
As a further technical scheme, the circle centers of the first guide hole and the second guide hole are on the same diameter.
In a second aspect, the adjusting method of the pedicle penetration adjusting device according to the first aspect comprises the following steps:
after the first puncture, a first puncture needle is penetrated to position the outer sleeve, and the outer sleeve is used as a reference;
according to the perspective result, the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are rotationally adjusted, so that the third guide hole of the inner sleeve is rotated to a required ideal puncture position, the second puncture needle penetrates through the third guide hole, and the position where the second puncture needle is located is the optimal nail placement position.

In this embodiment, the first guide portion 3 and the second guide portion 9 are located at the same end and are disposed at opposite ends from the limiting structure, i.e., the first guide portion 3 and the second guide portion 9 are at one end and the limiting structure is at the other end.
The inner teeth 5 are arranged at the end part of the outer sleeve 1, the inner diameter is larger than the second guide hole 4, equivalently, the inner teeth 5 and the second guide hole 4 form a step structure, and the second puncture needle is limited by the step structure after being inserted into a certain depth.
The end part of the outer sleeve 1 is provided with a first guide part 3, the first guide hole 2 penetrates through the first guide part 3, and the outer diameter of the first guide part 3 is smaller than that of the outer sleeve 1. The end of the inner sleeve 6 is provided with a second guiding part 9, the third guiding hole 8 penetrates through the second guiding part 9, and the outer diameter of the second guiding part 9 is smaller than that of the inner sleeve 6. To facilitate the puncture, the first guide part 3 and the second guide part 9 are provided to guide the puncture needle.
Example two
The embodiment provides an adjusting method of the pedicle penetration adjusting device, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after the first puncture, a first puncture needle is penetrated to position the outer sleeve 1, and the first puncture needle is used as a reference;
according to the perspective result, the outer sleeve 1 and the inner sleeve 6 are rotationally adjusted, so that the third guide hole 8 of the inner sleeve 6 is rotated to a required ideal puncture position (the angle and the distance between the two puncture needles meet the requirements), the second puncture needle penetrates through the third guide hole 8, and the position where the second puncture needle is located is the optimal nail placement position.
