Abstract

Accordingly, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention can be introduced in a manner that a desired packaging material can be selected without special expertise, and thus the accessibility of the buyer can be improved.
The chat robot driver 118 may provide the search result of the inquiry to the buyer terminal 10. Alternatively, the chat robot driver 118 may omit the search result and continuously register the request for quotation. At this time, the chat robot driver 118 may inquire about additional items required for the offer from the buyer terminal 10.
The database 120 may store information required for the service of the packaging material intermediation platform 100 or information for the service used for the intermediation platform 100. Such databases 120 may include packaging material information 122, buyer information 124, seller information 126, and offer information 128.
The packaging material information 122 may include packaging material information having material, form, and specifications based on the packaging object product, the packaging purpose, and the functional options. Such packaging material information 122 may be information accumulated through offline or online negotiation.

The method for mediating a packaging material according to the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 5 to 10.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a packaging material intermediation method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The packaging material mediation method 200 includes: the method includes the steps of inquiring the packing material (S210), negotiating for the inquiry (S220 and S230), requesting a bid (S240), listing an auction (S250 to S260), providing a bid (S270), selecting a bid (S280), and constructing an intermediary (S290 and S295).
To explain in more detail, as shown in fig. 5, first, the buyer terminal 10 inquires the packaging material mediation platform 100 about the packaging material (step S210). The negotiation procedure (300) comprises: the steps of introducing a search (S310), searching for packaging materials (S320 to S340), providing a search result (S350), and registering a request for a quote (S360).
To explain in more detail, as shown in fig. 6, first, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 introduces an example of a packaging material inquiry to the buyer terminal 10 (step S310). That is, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may introduce an example of the packaging material inquiry on the initial retrieval screen provided to the buyer terminal 10. In this case, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 can be introduced so that the buyer terminal 10 inputs at least one of the product to be packaged, the packaging use, and the function option. Next, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 provides the retrieval result to the buyer terminal 10 (step S350). Alternatively, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 can negotiate introduction offline when it is difficult to recommend a suitable packaging material based on the information from the buyer terminal 10. That is, suitable packaging materials may be recommended to the buyer through an offline negotiation. Next, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 registers a request for a quotation in accordance with the request for a quotation from the buyer terminal 10 in the provided search result (step S360). At this time, the packing material intermediation platform 100 may perform auction recruitment for the packing material finally selected by the buyer terminal 10.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a keyword extraction process of a packaging material intermediation method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The keyword extraction program 330 includes: a step of judging whether the related keyword exists (S331 and S332), a step of providing the related search term (S333), and a step of providing the recommended search term (S334).
To explain in more detail, as shown in fig. 7, first, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 determines whether or not the search word received from the buyer terminal 10 is a packaging material related keyword (step S331). In this case, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may determine whether or not the search word received includes at least one of the product to be packaged, the packaging use, and the function option, and determine whether or not the search word is a related keyword.
As a result of the determination in step S331, when the received search term is the keyword related to the packaging material, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 proceeds to step S340, and may search the database 120 based on the keyword.
The judgment result in step S331 shows that, when the received search word is the packaging material related keyword, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 judges whether or not the received search word has a related search word (step S332), and when the related search word has existed, the related search word is provided to the buyer terminal 10 (step S333). That is, when a related search word of the received search words exists in the database 120, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may provide the related search word.
As a result of the determination at step S332, when there is no related search term, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 provides a recommended search term based on the similarity with the received search term (step S334). For example, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may distinguish the search term received from the buyer terminal 10 by different terms, and provide the different term similarity as the recommended search term. In this case, when the packaging material mediation platform 100 finishes selecting the packaging material by the recommended search term, the recommended search term may be registered as the related search term.
As another example, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may provide an example of a search word as a recommended search word. That is, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may provide a search word example instead of the recommended search word. As an example, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may provide an example of at least one of a packaging target product, a packaging purpose, and a function option.
At this time, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 proceeds to step S320, and can receive the search word again from the buyer terminal 10. That is, the buyer terminal 10 may re-input the search term through the related search term or the recommended search term provided by the packaging material intermediation platform 100.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a search result providing process of the packaging material intermediation method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The search result providing program 350 includes: a step of determining the number of search results (S351), a step of sorting and providing the results (S352 and S353), and a step of providing the results by groups of different degrees of correlation (S354 to S356).
To describe in more detail, as shown in fig. 8, first, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 determines whether or not the search result based on the inquiry of the buyer terminal 10 is less than the threshold value (Th) (step S351). At this time, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may determine the critical value (Th) according to whether the buyer terminal 10 can check the search result at one time. As an example, the threshold value (Th) may be 10.
The judgment result in step S351 indicates that if the search result is smaller than the threshold value, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 sorts and provides the search results in a predetermined order (step S352). For example, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may provide the search results in order of name, order of registration time, order of recommended number, or order of product classification. At this time, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 can provide the search result as an image.
Next, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 determines whether the buyer terminal 10 is selected (step S353), and if the buyer terminal 10 is not selected, it may wait until the buyer terminal 10 is selected.
The determination result in step S351 indicates that if the search result is greater than or equal to the threshold value, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 classifies according to different degrees of correlation (step S354). For example, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may classify the packaging object products according to different packaging steps. That is, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may categorize the 1 st to 3 rd packaging material of the product.

Next, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 provides images in different groups (step S355). At this time, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 can be provided in a tree structure for easy visual confirmation. Thereby, the purchaser terminal 10 can easily select a desired packing material.
Next, the packaging material intermediating platform 100 determines whether the buyer terminal 10 is finally selected (step S356), and if the selection of the buyer terminal 10 is not finally selected, it proceeds to step S354 to repeatedly perform the classification by the degree of correlation and the image provision. As an example, when the different group search result provided in the step S355 includes a sub group, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 may repeatedly provide the search result of the sub group according to the selection of the buyer terminal 10.

When the buyer terminal 10 selects in step S352 or the buyer terminal 10 finally selects in step S356, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 proceeds to step S360, waits for a price quotation request from the buyer terminal 10, and may register the price quotation request received from the buyer terminal 10.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a quotation request registration process of the packing material intermediation method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The offer request registration program 360 includes: a step of receiving a bid request (S361), a step of linking search results (S362), a step of requesting additional information (S363), and a step of requesting a bid (S364).
To explain in more detail, as shown in fig. 9, first, the packaging material intermediation platform 100 receives a price quotation request for the packaging material finally selected by the buyer terminal 10 (step S361). 1. A packaging material brokering platform, comprising:
a consultation unit for consulting, based on an inquiry from a buyer terminal, a packaging material having a material, form and specification corresponding to the inquiry according to at least one of a product to be packaged, a packaging use and a function option; and
a bid providing unit configured to publicly offer an auction for a packaging material finally selected by a buyer terminal among recommended packaging materials, provide a bid received from a seller terminal to the buyer terminal, and notify a selected result to the seller terminal selected by the buyer terminal;
in the negotiation section, the first data is transmitted to the first data transmission section,
extracting keywords related to at least one of a packaging object product, a packaging use, and a function option from a search word received by the purchaser terminal,
retrieving a packaging material corresponding to the extracted keyword,
and providing a retrieval result to the buyer terminal.
2. The packaging material intermediation platform of claim 1, further comprising a database storing packaging material information having material, form and specifications based on a packaging object product, a packaging use and a function option.
3. The packaging material intermediation platform of claim 1, wherein the negotiation section introduces an example of the packaging material inquiry by inputting at least one of a packaging object product, a packaging use, and a function option.
4. The packaging material intermediation platform of claim 1,
in the said negotiation section,
judging whether the received search words are related keywords of the packaging materials,
when the keyword is not related to the packaging material, judging whether a search word related to the received search word exists or not to provide related search words,
when no related search term exists, providing a recommended search term based on the similarity with the received search term, and providing different word similar terms included in the received search term as the recommended search term.
5. The packaging material intermediation platform of claim 4, wherein the negotiation section provides an example of at least one of a packaging object product, a packaging use, and a function option as the recommendation search term.
6. The packaging material intermediation platform of claim 1, wherein the negotiation section provides an image, material, specification and use corresponding to the packaging material as the search result.
7. The packaging material intermediation platform of claim 1,
in the negotiation section, the first data is transmitted to the first data transmission section,
when the search result is less than the critical value, the search result is provided by sorting the search result according to the preset sequence,
when the search result is above the critical value, classifying according to different correlation degrees, providing in a tree structure according to different groups,

a step of offering a bid received from a seller terminal to a buyer terminal in auction of a packaging material finally selected by the buyer terminal among the publicly recommended packaging materials; and
a step of notifying the selected result to the seller terminal selected by the buyer terminal, and constructing an intermediary;
the step of negotiating comprises:
extracting a keyword related to at least one of a product to be packaged, a packaging purpose, and a function option from a search word received from the purchaser terminal;
a step of retrieving a packaging material corresponding to the extracted keyword; and
and providing a search result to the buyer terminal.
12. The packaging material intermediation method according to claim 11,
the step of negotiating further includes the step of introducing an example of the packaging material interrogation,
the step of introducing is introduced in such a manner that at least one of a packaging object product, a packaging use, and a function option is inputted.
13. The packaging material intermediation method according to claim 11,
the step of extracting the keywords comprises:
judging whether the received search words are related keywords of the packaging material;
judging whether a search word related to the received search word exists or not when the keyword is not related to the packaging material, and providing a related search word; and
a step of providing a recommended search word based on the similarity with the received search word when there is no related search word,
in the step of providing the recommended search term, different word analogs included in the received search term are provided as the recommended search term.
14. The packaging material intermediation method of claim 13,
in the step of providing the recommended search term, an example of at least one of a product to be packaged, a use of the package, and a function option is provided.
15. The packaging material intermediation method according to claim 11,
in the step of providing the search result, an image, a material, a specification, and a use corresponding to the packaging material are provided.
16. The packaging material intermediation method of claim 11,
the step of providing the search result comprises:
when the search result is smaller than the critical value, the search result is sequenced according to a preset sequence to be provided; and
when the search result is above the critical value, classifying according to different correlation degrees, providing according to different groups in a tree structure,
and in the steps provided according to the different groups, classifying according to different packaging steps of the packaging object products.
17. The packaging material intermediation method of claim 16,
and in the steps provided according to the different groups, classifying the retrieval results according to items which are not suitable for retrieval in the packaging object products, the packaging purposes and the function options.
18. The packaging material intermediation method according to claim 11,
the step of providing the offer comprises:
a step of registering a request for a price quote of the finally selected packaging material;
linking the recommended packaging material information with the quotation request information; and
and a step of requesting additional information of the offer request information to the purchaser terminal.
19. The packaging material intermediation method according to claim 11,
the step of negotiating comprises:
a step of inquiring the purchaser terminal about the packaging object product;
a step of inquiring the use of the package from the purchaser terminal; and
a step of inquiring the purchaser terminal about a package peculiar matter including the function option,
the packing material intermediation method is performed according to the AI chat robot.
