The archive information that can be sent to the APP may be all archive information about the relevant device, such as archive information directly related to the work of device installation, use, maintenance, overhaul, replacement, etc., such as certificates, test reports, specifications, overhaul documents, drawings, etc., or may be part of archive information of the relevant device, specifically set by the administrator at the background according to actual conditions such as confidential needs, etc.
In a conventional file system, when a user needs to browse or download file information, the user is usually required to input keywords such as a file number, a title, a year, a responsible person, an equipment name, an equipment model and the like to search corresponding data, and no matter what keyword is used for searching, the problem of obtaining wrong data due to error input exists, and the accuracy is not high enough. To this, this scheme provides the mode of linkage field device KKS sign indicating number, and with the archives information of equipment rather than KKS sign indicating number correlation, the user can obtain the data of corresponding equipment at the KKS sign indicating number of field scanning equipment through APP, realizes that the archives utilizes the new mode of initiatively extending to the scene, impel, delivering. Moreover, the file information of the equipment is directly related by the KKS of the equipment without specially pasting a two-dimensional code, so that the problems that too many two-dimensional codes are used on site and the corresponding two-dimensional codes are difficult to find can be avoided, and the maintenance problems caused by later-stage damage, new increase, replacement and the like can be avoided.
In addition, the system is connected to an ERP system in an opposite mode, and KKS codes of the devices are synchronized in the ERP system. The KKS code can be automatically carried in the process of walking by the ERP system, and the KKS code can be recorded into the system, so that the problem that the code is easy to make mistakes in the recording process can be avoided.
Specifically, because the archive system of power plant all has secret requirement, so every staff all need register the account number, and every APP user that needs to use this system all has the account number through authentication platform user authentication, and system server records account number ID and the post responsibility of every APP user to provide the archive access permission of relevant equipment for corresponding account number ID according to the post responsibility.
As shown in fig. 2, when the system server receives the KKS code uploaded by the APP user, the account ID of the APP user is identified and whether the current APP user has an access right to the device corresponding to the current KKS code is determined based on the account ID, if so, the device archive information is sent to the APP user, otherwise, the sending is denied.
Furthermore, the scheme preferably enables the mobile terminal APP to have an electronic file browsing interface, and a user can browse archive information through url by using the electronic file browsing interface.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the system interfaces with a training system, the system providing a training interface for a user of the training system to request device training, comprising the steps of:
A1. acquiring training users participating in training in a training system;

C3. and when the field equipment with the file information in the to-be-sent state is detected to leave the related range of the positioning position of the safety helmet, the to-be-sent state of the related file information is released.
If a user wearing the safety helmet enters the site, the system can detect that the safety helmet enters the site, if 5 devices exist in the related range, the server system extracts the file information of the five devices in advance from the database to enable the five devices to be in a state of sending, therefore, the user can subsequently scan the KKS code of any one device in the 5 devices, and the server can immediately send the file without searching, extracting in a large range and processing data before sending.
In the preferred scheme, a device for starting the positioning function of the system on the safety helmet can be installed on each site, and the system can position the safety helmet only in the site. If the wireless receiver is installed on each site, the wireless receiver can sense when the safety helmet enters the signal range of the wireless receiver, the sensing result is uploaded to the system server, and the system server judges the position of the safety helmet according to the installation position of the wireless receiver sending the signal. Or a signal transmitter for waking up the safety helmet positioning module is installed on each site, so that the safety helmet positioning module can be actively positioned on the site and uploaded to the system server.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, before step C1, the method further includes: the system server binds each safety helmet with the account ID of the corresponding user; namely, each user can have the own safety helmet, the safety helmet is bound with the account ID of the user through the label of the safety helmet, and the system can receive the label information of the positioned safety helmet no matter in active positioning or passive positioning, so that the owner of the safety helmet can be determined, namely the corresponding account ID is determined.
In this embodiment, step C1 specifically includes:
C11. when the position information of the safety helmet is obtained, whether field equipment in an account ID permission range bound with the safety helmet exists in a positioning position related range or not is judged;
C12. if the equipment is in the ID permission range, the archive information of the equipment in the ID permission range of the account corresponding to the safety helmet is extracted, processed and packaged to enable the equipment to be in a state of waiting for sending;
c2 is specifically: and when the APP user of the account ID of the C12 scans the KKS code of the corresponding field device, the corresponding archive information to be sent is sent to the APP user.
If a user X wears a safety helmet to go to the site, the system locates the safety helmet at the site, then inquires that N devices are in the authority range of the user X or in the authority range of the account ID of the user X within the related range of the position where the safety helmet of the user X is located, and then the system extracts the file information of the N devices from the database to enable the devices to be sent out. If the user X scans the KSS code of any one of the N devices, the server can immediately send out the file without performing extensive retrieval, extraction, and data processing before sending.
In another embodiment, step C1 is preceded by: the system server binds each safety helmet with the account ID of the corresponding user;
