The development of electronic technology and network technology has led to more and more electronic transaction platforms providing network activities such as product exchange on line, and the electronic transaction platforms generally adopt a system architecture of a client/a server to provide network activities for users to perform product exchange. At present, for better transaction promotion, various types of clients are usually developed, and besides a currently common app (application), for example, an applet running through the app may also be included. For example, the accumulated recommended user number in the current statistical period is smaller than the preset number, and the first recommendation information can be sent to the target user when the next statistical period comes; if the notification requirement is that the current time is not within the specified time range, the first recommendation information can be sent to the target user after the specified time range is reached.
The determining of the target product service may be implemented in a plurality of optional implementations, and as an optional implementation, the determining of the target product service may include: and under the condition that the user request is a service application request, determining a target product service corresponding to the service application request.
That is, the user request is the service application request, and the product service applied by the user request can be used as the target product service. In practical application, a user can actively apply for product services, such as a refund service, through a first type of client, so that the product service applied by the user is a target product service.
As another alternative implementation, determining the target product service may include: under the condition that the user request is a customer service application request, providing a customer service session interface to the first type of client, identifying key information provided by a target user in the customer service session interface, and determining target product service corresponding to the key information;
the target product service can be obtained by matching based on key information input by a user in a client session interface, and the system can be pre-configured with key information corresponding to different product services and the like; or, the product service requirement of the user may be identified according to the key information, and then the corresponding target product service and the like may be determined according to the identification result, for example, the product compensation is identified based on the key information, or the key information includes the keyword "compensation", and then the corresponding compensation service and the like may be determined. At the moment, the target product service can be determined, and subsequent service differentiation recommendation and the like can be carried out.
As yet another alternative implementation, determining the target product service may include: and determining the target product service corresponding to the target page requested to be displayed by the user request.
The user request corresponds to a target page requested to be displayed, the target page can be used for judging whether to trigger and determine a target product service, and product services and the like corresponding to different pages can be preset, so that the corresponding target product service can be determined according to the target page, for example, the target product service is a price protection service, and the corresponding page can include a product detail page, an order detail page and the like.
As yet another alternative implementation, determining the target product service may include: and determining the target product service matched with the request type requested by the user.
Target product services corresponding to different request types and the like can be preset, for example, an ordering request, and the target product services which can be triggered are out-of-stock processing services and the like.
Of course, the target product service may also be determined in combination with one or more of the above-mentioned alternative implementations, for example, the corresponding target product service may be determined according to the target page requested to be displayed by the user request and the request type.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, the first type of client and the second type of client may provide at least one different product service, the first type of client may provide at least one first product service, the second type of client may provide at least one second product service, and in some embodiments, determining the target product service may include:
and selecting any second product service with a different service type or service content from the at least one second product service provided by the second type of client, compared with the at least one first product service provided by the first type of client, and taking the second product service as a target product service.
Namely, a second product service provided by the second type of client and not provided by the first type of client can be selected as a target product service; or selecting a second product service which is provided by the second type of client and the first type of client and has the same product service but has the service content difference with the first product service provided by the first type of client as the target product service.
In this embodiment, the target product service may be specifically determined to be a target product service with a service difference. At least one of the above-described alternative implementations for determining the target product service may combine the technical features of the present embodiment to determine the target product service.
For example, from at least one second product service provided by a second type of client, at least one first product service provided by a first type of client is selected, a target product service which is different in service type or service content and matched with key information provided by a user in a customer service session interface, corresponds to a target page requested to be displayed by the user or is matched with a request type requested by the user, and the like.
Since the target product service may be a product service that is not provided by the first class of clients, in some embodiments, determining service difference information for the target product service for the second class of clients compared to the first class of clients may include:
under the condition that the first type of client does not provide the target product service, determining a second type of client providing the target product service; and taking the service content of the target product service as service difference information.
In addition, in some embodiments, in a case that the first type of client and the second type of client both provide the target product service and the service content is the same, the first type of client may be controlled not to provide the target product service, and the second type of client provides the target product service, and therefore, determining the service difference information of the second type of client with respect to the target product service compared to the first type of client may include:
controlling the first type of client not to provide the target product service and the second type of client to provide the target product service; and taking the service content of the target product service as service difference information.
Namely, the target product service provided by the first type of client can be intercepted, so that the user is prompted to transfer to the second type of client and the like.
Alternatively, in the case that the first type of client meets the transfer requirement, the first type of client is controlled not to provide the target product service and the second type of client is controlled to provide the target product service.
In some embodiments, generating the first recommendation information based on the service differentiation information may include: generating first recommendation information based on the service difference information and the link information corresponding to the target product service; the link information is used for triggering the operation of the second type of client or triggering the display of the installation package download page corresponding to the second type of client.
The first recommendation information may include the link information, a trigger operation on the link information, such as a click operation, is performed on the first type of client, and if a second type of client is installed in the device deployed by the first type of client, the second type of client may be called and operated, and if the second type of client is not installed, an installation package download page corresponding to the second type of client may be triggered and displayed, so that a user may download, install, use, and the like.
In some embodiments, the generating of the first recommendation information based on the service difference information and the link information corresponding to the target product service may include:
determining related pages provided by the second type of client aiming at the target product service;
generating first recommendation information based on the service difference information and the link information of the related page; the link information is used for triggering the second type of client to operate and sending a corresponding page acquisition request.
In addition, the method may further include:
and sending the related page to the second type of client based on the page acquisition request sent by the second type of client so as to display the related page on the second type of client.
That is, the link information may trigger the second type of client to operate and display the related page, and the user's trigger operation on the link information, such as clicking, may trigger the second type of client to operate and display the related page in the second type of client.
The related page may be determined by combining the request type requested by the user and/or the service type of the target product service, for example, it may be a service application page of the target product service, or may be a product detail page of the target product service corresponding to the target product, for example, the target product service is a price protection service, and the current price of the target product may be searched through the product detail page to determine whether to apply for the price protection service, etc.
In some embodiments, the user request is a service application request for a target order, the target order generated based on a transaction request for a target product; the related page is a service application page; the method may further comprise:
sending the service application page to the second type of client based on the page acquisition request sent by the second type of client so as to display the service application page on the second type of client;
and receiving an application confirmation request sent by the target user through the second type of client, and processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the second type of client.
Prompt information whether to apply for the target product service can be displayed on the service application page, and an interactive control can be provided for a user to quickly confirm or cancel the operation. The second type of client side can generate an application confirmation request based on the confirmation operation executed by the user and send the application confirmation request to the server side, so that the server side can respond to the application confirmation request and process the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the second type of client side. If the user executes the cancel operation, the flow can be directly ended.
In one implementation, the target product service may be a backorder processing service, the user request may be an order placement request to generate the target order, and the backorder processing service may include, for example, automatic refund of the backorder. Therefore, in some embodiments, processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the second type of client may include: and returning the corresponding resource corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user under the condition of detecting that the target product is in the out-of-stock state. The corresponding resource can be a settlement resource corresponding to the product out of stock, and the like.
Because the product shortage can cause bad experience for the user, in order to compensate for user loss and the like, the shortage processing service can also comprise compensation content, if the shortage processing service comprises the compensation content, corresponding resources corresponding to the target order are returned to the resource account of the target user, meanwhile, certain compensation resources can be returned to the resource account of the target user, or certain electronic discount vouchers and the like are distributed to the target user, and the electronic discount vouchers can be electronic red packets, electronic discount coupons, electronic discount vouchers and the like.
Wherein the first type of client does not provide backorder handling services.
In another practical application, the target product service may include a refund service, and processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the second type of client may include:
within a first refund time specified by the refund service, returning the settlement resource corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user; the refund service corresponding to the first type of client side is provided with a first refund time;
or returning the settlement resources corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user according to the compensation content in the refund service, and distributing the electronic discount voucher for the target user;
or returning the settlement resource and the compensation resource corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user according to the compensation content in the refund service;
or returning the settlement resources corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user within the first refund time, and distributing the electronic discount voucher to the target user;
or returning the settlement resources and the compensation resources corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user within the first refund time.
And the refund service corresponding to the first type of client does not contain compensation content.
In another practical application, the target product service may include a price protection service, and processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the second type of client includes:
under the condition that the target order meets the price guarantee condition, determining a price difference corresponding to the target order based on the product price and the current price of a target product in the target order; and returning the resources corresponding to the spread to the resource account of the target user.
The price condition may be, for example, that the product in the target order is reduced within a specified period. Wherein the first type of client does not provide price protection services.
In some embodiments, in the case where the targeted product service is a back order processing service or a refund service, determining the targeted product service includes: under the condition that the target user meets the compensation requirement, determining the target product service of which the service content comprises the compensation content; and in the case that the target user does not meet the compensation requirement, determining the target product service of which the service content does not contain the compensation content.
Then, under the condition that the target product is detected to be in the out-of-stock state, returning the corresponding resource corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user may include:
under the condition that the target product is detected to be in an out-of-stock state, if the out-of-stock processing service comprises compensation content, returning corresponding resources and compensation resources corresponding to the target order to a resource account of the target user, or returning corresponding resources corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user, and distributing electronic discount vouchers for the target user;
and if the out-of-stock processing service does not comprise the compensation content, returning the corresponding resources corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user.
That is, it is possible to first determine whether the target user meets the compensation requirement, and then determine whether to provide the out-of-stock processing service including the compensation content.
The out-of-stock processing service may be a product service provided by the second type of client and not provided by the first type of client, and thus may specifically be an out-of-stock processing service that determines that the second type of client provides the first type of client and that does not provide the first type of client, and that includes or does not include compensation content.
The compensation requirement may be, for example, that the target user has a specific attribute, or that the target user is an active user, and whether the active user is determined according to the number of user behaviors.
In some embodiments, the user request is a service application request; the first recommendation information may include a cancel control, and the user may cancel displaying the first recommendation information and continue to use the first type of client to provide the target product service, so the method may further include:
and receiving a cancel request aiming at the first recommendation information, and processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the first class client.
In addition, in order to further improve the recommendation effect and the like, the method may further include: distributing electronic discount vouchers corresponding to the second type of clients to the target users; the electronic coupon is used for participating in resource verification and cancellation operation initiated by the second type of client; generating second recommendation information based on the electronic coupon and the service difference information; and informing the target user of the second recommendation information.
The electronic coupon voucher can be added to help improve user acceptance, so that the user is helped to transfer to a second type of client to engage in network activities and the like.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a display method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where a technical solution of the embodiment is executed by a first type client, and the method may include the following steps:

Of course, in the case that the user request is a customer service application request, the first recommendation information may be displayed in a customer service session interface.
In some embodiments, the first recommendation information may further include a usage mode of the target product service corresponding to the second type of client, and the displaying the first recommendation information may include: the method comprises the steps of firstly displaying recommendation prompt information corresponding to first recommendation information, and responding to trigger operation aiming at the recommendation prompt information to display the first recommendation information.
The recommendation prompt information may be service difference prompt information in the first recommendation information, and in response to a trigger operation for the service difference prompt information, use mode prompt information and the like of the target product service in the first recommendation information corresponding to the second type of client may be specifically displayed.
For convenience of understanding, in the following, with reference to a scene interaction diagram shown in fig. 4a, a user request is taken as a service application request as an example to describe the technical solution of the present application, a target user sends a service application request to a server 101 through a first type client 102 for a target order, and fig. 4a takes a refund application request as an example to describe.
After receiving the refund application request, the server 101 may detect whether the first type of client meets the transfer requirement, if not, the process may be ended, if not, the target user may be determined to meet the user requirement, if not, the process may be ended, if the target user meets the user requirement, the order state of the target order may be determined, if the order state is unprocessed, the refund service including the first refund time may be determined, if the order state is processed, whether compensation is required is determined, if so, the refund service including compensation content is determined, and if not, the target product service including compensation content is determined; based on the determined target product service, service difference information can be determined, and then first recommendation information is generated; the first recommendation information may be sent to a communication account of the target user.
The unprocessed order state indicates that the target order does not enter a processing flow, and the processing flow of the target order comprises product packaging, product delivery, product distribution and the like.
The first recommendation information may include link information of a refund application page provided by the second type client 103, if the target user is transferred to the second type client 103 based on the first recommendation information, and the second type client 103 is operated through the link information, a page acquisition request may be sent to the server 101 at the same time, the server 101 may send the refund application page to the second type client 103, and the second type client 103 may send an application confirmation request to the server 101 according to an application confirmation operation of the target user, so that the target order may be processed according to service content of a refund service corresponding to the second type client.
Fig. 4b is a schematic view of scene interaction shown in fig. 4b, where a user request is an order placement request, a target product service is an example of a price protection service, and the technical solution of the present application is described, where a target user sends an order placement request to a server 101 for a target product through a first type client 102, and the server 101 receives the order placement request, and after generating a corresponding target order, it may detect whether the first type client meets a transfer requirement, if not, the process may be ended, if so, the price protection service provided by the first type client is intercepted, the first type client is controlled not to provide the price protection service, and then it may be determined whether the target user meets a notification requirement, if not, the process may be ended, if the target user meets the notification requirement, it may be determined whether the target user meets the compensation requirement, if so, it is determined that the price protection requirement includes compensation content, and if not, it is determined that the price protection service does not include the compensation content; and then, generating first recommendation information according to the service content of the price protection service, and sending the first recommendation information to the communication account of the target user.
The first recommendation information may include use mode prompt information of the price protection service, and after the target user is transferred to the second type client 103, the target user may interact with the server 101 based on the use mode prompt information, and send a price protection application request to the server 101 for the target subscriber. The server 101 may process the target order according to the service content of the price protection service corresponding to the second type of client, for example, if there is compensation content, the settlement resource and the compensation resource corresponding to the out-of-stock product may be returned to the resource account of the target user, and if the compensation content is not included, only the settlement resource corresponding to the out-of-stock product may be returned.
Certainly, the first recommendation information may include link information of a price protection application page provided by the second type client 103, if the target user transfers to the second type client 103 based on the first recommendation information and runs the second type client 103 through the link information, a page acquisition request may be simultaneously sent to the service, the server may send the price application page to the second type client 103, the second type client 103 may send an application confirmation request to the server 101 according to an application confirmation operation of the target user, and the server 101 may process the target order according to service content of the price protection service corresponding to the second type client.
In addition, the first recommended information may include service difference prompt information and usage mode prompt information of the target product service corresponding to the second type of client, and for the price protection service, in addition to an implementation manner of sending the first recommended information to the communication account, as shown in fig. 4c, the service difference prompt information 41 may be displayed in a product detail page 40 of the first type of client, and the usage mode prompt information 42 may be displayed based on a trigger operation on the difference prompt information 41, where the usage mode prompt information 42 may be borne in a page in a pop-up window form or in another display form, such as an H5 page, so as to be displayed in the first type of client, and the difference prompt information 41 may include a corresponding control and the like for executing the trigger operation. Of course, the service difference prompt message 41 may be displayed in a plurality of pages involved in executing the product exchange activity, so as to implement recommendation during the whole link process of the product exchange activity, notify the user that there is a service difference and the like in the second type of client, so that the user may obtain guidance during the whole link process of executing the product exchange activity, and help the user transfer to the second type of client, so that the product exchange activity and the like may be executed in the second type of client.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a recommendation device provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the recommendation device may include:
a service determination module 501, configured to determine a target product service in a case that a user request of a target user comes from a first type of client;
an information determining module 502, configured to determine service difference information of the second type of client with respect to the target product service compared with the first type of client; the second type of client and the first type of client provide at least one different product service;
an information generating module 503, configured to generate first recommendation information based on the service difference information;
and a notification module 504, configured to notify the target user of the first recommendation information.
In some embodiments, the information determining module may specifically determine the target product service when the user request of the target user comes from the first type client and meets a recommendation condition, where the recommendation condition includes at least one of:
the target user meets the user requirements;
the first type of client meets the transfer requirement;
the target page requested to be displayed by the user request meets the recommendation requirement;
the request type of the user request is a preset type;
and (c) a second step of,
the user request is a customer service application request.
In some embodiments, the information determining module determining the target product service may include at least one of:
determining a target product service corresponding to a service application request under the condition that the user request is the service application request;
under the condition that the user request is a customer service application request, providing a customer service session interface to the first class of client, identifying key information provided by a target user in the customer service session interface, and determining target product service corresponding to the key information;
determining a target product service corresponding to a target page requested to be displayed by a user request;

In some embodiments, the information determining module may determine that the target product service includes at least one first product service provided by the first type of client, and select any one of the at least one first product service provided by the first type of client, the existence service type or the content of the service as the target product service.
In some embodiments, the notifying module notifying the target user of the first recommendation information includes at least one of:
the first recommendation information is contained in a target page requested to be displayed by a user request and is sent to the first type of client side, so that the first recommendation information is displayed in the target page;
sending the first recommendation information to a first type of client; the first recommendation information is used for displaying the first recommendation information in a popup window mode;
under the condition that the user request is a customer service application request, displaying first recommendation information in a customer service session interface;

In some embodiments, the generating of the first recommendation information by the information generating module based on the service difference information and the link information corresponding to the target product service may include: determining related pages provided by the second type of client aiming at the target product service; generating first recommendation information based on the service difference information and the link information of the related page; the link information is used for triggering the second type of client to operate and sending a corresponding page acquisition request.
In some embodiments, the user request is a service application request for a target order, the target order being generated based on an order placement request for a target product; the related page is a service application page; the apparatus may further include:
the first processing module is used for sending the service application page to the second type of client based on the page acquisition request sent by the second type of client so as to display the service application page on the second type of client; and receiving an application confirmation request sent by the target user through the second type of client, and processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the second type of client.
In some embodiments, the apparatus may further comprise:

In some embodiments, the information determination module may specifically control the first type of client not to provide the target product service and the second type of client to provide the target product service; and taking the service content of the target product service as service difference information.
In some embodiments, the notification module may be specifically configured to determine whether the target user meets the notification requirement; and if so, notifying the target user of the first recommendation information.
The recommendation apparatus shown in fig. 5 may execute the recommendation method shown in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are not repeated. The specific manner in which each module and unit of the recommendation device in the above embodiments perform operations has been described in detail in the embodiments related to the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a display device provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the display device may include:
a request sending module 601, configured to send a corresponding user request to a server based on a user behavior of a target user;
the information obtaining module 602 is configured to obtain first recommendation information sent by a server; the first recommendation information is generated based on service difference information of the second type of client relative to the first type of client for the target product service; the second type of client and the first type of client provide at least one different product service;
the display module 603 is configured to display the first recommendation information.
The display apparatus shown in fig. 6 may perform the display method shown in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and details of the implementation principle and the technical effect are not repeated. The specific manner in which each module and unit of the display device in the above embodiments perform operations has been described in detail in the embodiments related to the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computing device, as shown in fig. 7, the device may include a storage component 701 and a processing component 702;
the storage component 701 stores one or more computer instructions for execution by the processing component 702 to invoke the recommendation method described in the embodiment of fig. 2 or to implement the display method described in the embodiment of fig. 3.
Of course, a computing device may also include other components as necessary, such as input/output interfaces, display components, communication components, and so forth.
In the case where the processing component in the computing device is used to implement the information display method as shown in fig. 4, the computing device may further include a display component to perform a corresponding display operation. In addition, the device may also include a basic configuration such as a network card chip, an IO bus, an audio/video component, and the like, which is not limited in the present application. Optionally, according to the implementation form of the device, some peripheral devices, such as a keyboard, a mouse, a stylus, a printer, etc., may also be included, which is not limited in this application.
Among other things, the processing component 702 may include one or more processors to execute computer instructions to perform all or some of the steps of the methods described above. Of course, the processing elements may also be implemented as one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, or other electronic components configured to perform the above-described methods.
The storage component 701 is configured to store various types of data to support operations in the device. The storage component may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The display element may be an Electroluminescent (EL) element, a liquid crystal display or a microdisplay of similar construction, or a retina-directable or similar laser-scanned display.
It should be noted that, in the case that the computing device implements the recommender shown in fig. 2, the computing device may be a physical device or an elastic computing host provided by a cloud computing platform. It can be implemented as a distributed cluster consisting of a plurality of servers or terminal devices, or as a single server or a single terminal device.
When the computing device implements the display method shown in fig. 3, the computing device may be implemented as an electronic device, where the electronic device may be a device used by a user and having functions of computing, accessing internet, communicating and the like required by the user, and the electronic device may be, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, a wearable device and the like.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and when the computer program is executed by a computer, the recommendation method in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 or the display method in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 can be implemented. The computer-readable medium may be included in the electronic device described in the above embodiment; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product, which includes a computer program carried on a computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a computer, the recommendation method of the embodiment shown in fig. 2 or the display method of the embodiment shown in fig. 3 can be implemented. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network, and/or installed from a removable medium. The computer program, when executed by a processor, performs various functions defined in the system of the present application.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one position, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Claims (14)

1. A recommendation method, comprising:
determining a target product service under the condition that a user request of a target user comes from a first type client;
determining service difference information of a second class of clients for the target product service compared with the first class of clients; wherein the second class of clients provides at least one different product service than the first class of clients;
generating first recommendation information based on the service difference information;
and informing the target user of the first recommendation information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target product service in the case that the user request of the target user comes from the first type of client comprises:
determining the target product service under the condition that the user request of the target user comes from the first class client and meets the recommendation condition, wherein the recommendation condition comprises at least one of the following conditions:
the target user meets the user requirements;
the first type of client meets the transfer requirement;
the target page requested to be displayed by the user request meets the recommendation requirement;
the request type of the user request is a preset type;
and the number of the first and second groups,
the user request is a customer service application request.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the target product service is determined in particular according to at least one of the following implementations:
determining a target product service corresponding to the service application request under the condition that the user request is the service application request;
under the condition that the user request is a customer service application request, providing a customer service session interface to the first type of client, identifying key information provided by the target user in the customer service session interface, and determining target product service corresponding to the key information;
determining a target product service corresponding to a target page requested to be displayed by the user request;
and the number of the first and second groups,
and determining the target product service matched with the request type requested by the user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the targeted product service comprises:
and selecting any second product service with a different service type or service content from at least one second product service provided by a second type of client, compared with at least one first product service provided by the first type of client, and taking the second product service as the target product service.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein notifying the target user of the first recommendation information comprises at least one of:
the first recommendation information is contained in a target page requested to be displayed by the user request and is sent to the first class of clients, so that the first recommendation information is displayed in the target page;
sending the first recommendation information to the first class client; the first recommendation information is used for displaying the first recommendation information in a popup window form;
under the condition that the user request is a customer service application request, displaying the first recommendation information in a customer service session interface;
and (c) a second step of,
and sending the first recommendation information to a communication account corresponding to the target user.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating first recommendation information based on the service differentiation information comprises:
generating first recommendation information based on the service difference information and the link information corresponding to the target product service; the link information is used for triggering the operation of the second type of client or triggering the display of an installation package downloading page corresponding to the second type of client.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the generating first recommendation information based on the service difference information and the link information corresponding to the target product service comprises:
determining related pages provided by the second class of clients for the target product service;
generating first recommendation information based on the service difference information and the link information of the related page; and the link information is used for triggering the second type of client to run and sending a corresponding page acquisition request.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the user request is a service application request for a target order generated based on an order placement request for a target product; the related page is a service application page; the method further comprises the following steps:
sending the service application page to the second type of client based on the page acquisition request sent by the second type of client so as to display the service application page on the second type of client;
and receiving an application confirmation request sent by the target user through the second type client, and processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the second type client.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a service application request sent by the target user for a target order through the second type client;
and processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the second type of client.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the user request is a service application request; the first recommendation information comprises a cancel control, and the method further comprises:
receiving a cancel request aiming at the first recommendation information, and processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the first class client;
distributing the electronic coupon corresponding to the second type of client to the target user; the electronic coupon is used for participating in resource cancel verification operation initiated by the second type of client;
generating second recommendation information based on the electronic coupon and the service difference information;
and notifying the target user of the second recommendation information.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining service difference information for the target product service for the second class of clients compared to the first class of clients comprises:
controlling the first type of client not to provide the target product service and the second type of client to provide the target product service;
and taking the service content of the target product service as service difference information.
12. The method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the processing the target order according to the service content of the target product service corresponding to the second type client comprises:
returning the corresponding resource corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user under the condition that the target product service is the out-of-stock processing service and the target product is detected to be in the out-of-stock state; wherein the first class of clients do not provide the out-of-stock handling service;
or;
under the condition that the target product service is price protection service, if the target order meets price guarantee conditions, determining a differential price corresponding to the target order based on the product price and the current price of the target product in the target order; returning the resource corresponding to the spread to the resource account of the target user; wherein the first class of clients do not provide the price protection service;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the target product service is a refund service, within a first refund time specified by the refund service, returning the settlement resource corresponding to the target order to the resource account of the target user; the second refund time specified by the first type of client corresponding to the refund service is longer than the first refund time, or the settlement resource corresponding to the target order is returned to the resource account of the target user according to compensation content in the refund service, and an electronic coupon is distributed to the target user; and the refund service corresponding to the first type of client does not contain the compensation content.
13. A display method, comprising:
based on the user behavior of the target user, sending a corresponding user request to the server;
acquiring first recommendation information sent by the server; the first recommendation information is generated based on service difference information of the second type of clients for the target product service compared with the first type of clients; wherein the second class of clients provides at least one different product service than the first class of clients;
and displaying the first recommendation information.
14. A computing device comprising a processing component and a storage component;
the storage component stores one or more computer instructions; the one or more computer instructions are for execution by the processing component to invoke to perform the recommendation method of any one of claims 1 to 12 or to implement the display method of claim 13.
