Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a water tank according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the water tank of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the water tank 100 of the present embodiment includes a tank body 110 and a water pipe 120. The tank 110 has a top 111 and a bottom 112 opposite to each other, an upper side 115 of the bottom 112 facing the top 111 has a water guide surface 113 and a water collection area 114, and the water guide surface 113 extends from an edge of the upper side 115 to the water collection area 114 in a downward inclination. The inclination angle θ of the water guide surface 113 is, for example, between 5 and 10 degrees, and for example, the inclination angle θ of the water guide surface 113 is about 6 to 7 degrees. However, the inclination angle θ may be determined according to various design requirements, and is not limited to the above. In addition, a water tube 120 extends from the water collection area 114 through the top portion 111 and has a water outlet end 121 above the top portion 111. The water tube 120 also has a water inlet end 122 adjacent the water collection area 114.
The housing 110 further includes a sidewall 118 extending from the edge of the top 111 of the housing 110 toward the bottom 112, and the bottom 112 is detachably connected to the sidewall 118. In another embodiment, the base 112 may also be configured to be non-removable. The shape of the box 110 is, for example, an ellipsoid, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, the shape of the box 110 may be a cubic shape, a rectangular parallelepiped shape, or other three-dimensional shapes. In addition, the material of the box 110 may be a plastic material, but is not limited thereto.
Since the water guide surface 113 of the bottom 112 of the tank body 110 is inclined downward from the edge of the upper side 115 to the water collection area 114, the water remaining in the tank body 110 can be collected in the water collection area 114 and effectively pumped out, so that the amount of water remaining in the tank body 110 can be greatly reduced.
In addition, the water pipe 120 of the present embodiment may be a hard water pipe and is connected to the top portion 111. Specifically, the water pipe 120 may be fixedly connected to the top portion 111 so as not to be movable, and may be movable with respect to the top portion 111. The use of the hard hose ensures that the inlet end 122 is positioned adjacent to the water collection area 114, thereby more effectively reducing the amount of water remaining in the tank 110. In another embodiment, the water pipe 120 may be a soft water pipe.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view of the tank and the filter element of the tank of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the water tank 100 further includes a filter element 130 disposed in the water collection area 114 and surrounding the water pipe 120. Specifically, the filter cartridge 130 has an insertion hole 133 into which the water supply pipe 120 is inserted. After the water pipe 120 is inserted into the insertion hole 133, the filter element 130 surrounds the water pipe 120. In addition, the filter element 130 is used for water filtration and can be periodically removed and replaced. In the embodiment, the bottom 112 of the box body 110 has a through hole 116, for example, extending from the water collecting area 114 to a lower side 117 of the bottom 112 opposite to the upper side 115, the filter element 130 can extend into the water tank 100 through the through hole 116, and a bottom wall 131 of the filter element 130 covers the through hole 116.
Further, the wall of the through hole 116 of the bottom 112 of the box 110 is provided with a first screw 116a, the outer peripheral wall of the filter element 130 is provided with a second screw 132, and the first screw 116a is screwed with the second screw 132, so that the filter element 130 is fixed on the bottom 112. The present invention does not limit the filter cartridge 130 to threadably engage the base 112. For example, the filter element 130 can also be fixed to the bottom 112 in a snap-fit manner.
In this embodiment, the water tank 100 further includes a sealing ring 140 disposed between the through hole 116 and the bottom wall 131 of the filter element 130 to prevent water leakage. The material of the sealing ring 140 is, for example, rubber, but not limited thereto. In addition, the water tank 100 may further include a stopper 150, the lower side 117 of the bottom 112 is provided with a groove 117a, and the stopper 150 is disposed in the groove 117 a. The material of the anti-slip member 150 may be rubber, but is not limited thereto. In the present embodiment, the sealing ring 140 and the anti-slip member 150 are, for example, integrated into a whole. In another embodiment of the water tank 100a shown in fig. 4, the sealing ring 140a and the slider 150a may be two separate parts.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a flush device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the tooth-flushing device 200 of the present embodiment includes the water tank 100 and the water spraying mechanism 210. The water spray mechanism 210 is connected to the water outlet end 121 of the water tube 120 of the water tank 100. The water spray mechanism 210 is connected to a nozzle assembly 220. The water spraying mechanism 210 extracts water in the water tank 100 and sprays the water through the nozzle assembly 220 to form a spray-type water flow. Since the water tank 100 used in the tooth-rinsing device 200 of the present embodiment can greatly reduce the amount of water remaining in the tank body 110, a user is less likely to leak water when carrying the tooth-rinsing device 200.
In summary, in the water tank according to the embodiment of the invention, the water guide surface is arranged at the bottom of the tank body and extends from the edge of the upper side of the bottom to the water collecting area in a downward inclined manner, so that the residual water in the tank body can be collected in the water collecting area and pumped out, and the amount of water remaining in the water tank can be greatly reduced. In addition, the tooth flushing device of the embodiment of the invention uses the water tank, so that the situation of water leakage generated when a user carries the tooth flushing device can be avoided, and the convenience of carrying is increased. In addition, in one embodiment, the hard water pipe can ensure that the water inlet end of the water pipe is adjacent to the water collecting area, so as to further reduce the amount of water remained in the water tank.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
