Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of corneal contact lens cleaning equipment, in particular to a split type corneal contact lens cleaning device.
Background
The problem of how to remove protein from the corneal contact lens troubles the industry for more than half a century, and causes high attention to the wearing safety of the contact lens in the eye vision industry of various countries. Because the cases of corneal infection on corneal contact lenses are frequent in China, contact lenses are listed as a third class of medical instruments in 2012 and are used as high risk management, and the reasons are as follows: the contact lens material structure has a large number of fiber itching-penetrating holes invisible to naked eyes, a large number of tears are secreted by human eyes at any time, a large number of lacrimal proteins are contained in the tears, and the lacrimal proteins easily permeate into the fiber itching-penetrating holes to cause the DK value of the lens to be reduced (oxygen permeability), the symptoms of corneal anoxia, edema and the like to be caused, and the problems of corneal damage, bacterial infection, corneal inflammation, even vision damage and the like to be caused seriously.
In order to remove bacteria on the surface of a contact lens, the lens is physically rubbed by matching with a care solution or soaked by using a chemical active agent to achieve the purpose of protein removal in the traditional cleaning method, however, experimental data at home and abroad or user feedback prove that the protein removal effect of the means is very little, and the lens is easily scratched and damaged by rubbing with fingers, especially a hard corneal contact lens.
Electrophoresis (EP) is a short term for electrophoresis, and refers to a phenomenon in which charged particles move toward an electrode opposite in electrical property to the charged particles under the action of an electric field. A technique of achieving separation by utilizing a difference in moving speed of charged particles in an electric field is called an electrophoresis technique. Protein Electrophoresis (SPE) is an analytical technique for proteins, which are negatively or positively charged in a buffer solution and move to the anode or cathode in an electric field, and is called electrophoresis, and different protein molecules have different electrophoretic mobilities. Electrolysis (Electrolysis) is a process in which an electric current is passed through an electrolyte solution or a molten electrolyte (also called an electrolyte) to cause redox reactions at a cathode and an anode, and an electrochemical cell can perform an Electrolysis process when a direct current voltage is applied.

The working principle of the split type corneal contact lens cleaning device is based on protein electrophoresis technology, namely, charged particles move towards an electrode with the electric property opposite to that of the charged particles under the action of an electric field, and the operation is called electrophoresis. The protein is a molecule with complete biological activity formed by one or more polypeptide chains according to a respective special combination mode, and the protein is an ampholyte, when the protein is at an isoelectric point, the electrostatic charge of the protein molecule is zero, and the protein molecule is usually positively charged in a relatively acidic solution and negatively charged in a relatively basic solution. When the electrolyte solution is added into the accommodating chamber 111, when the circuit board 3 is used for electrifying the first electrode probe and the second electrode probe, a passage is formed between the first electrode probe and the second electrode probe through the electrolyte solution, and a certain potential difference is formed between the first electrode probe and the second electrode probe, so that filth adhered to the corneal contact lens, such as tear protein and the like, has a certain charge in the electrolyte solution, is separated from the corneal contact lens under the action of the potential difference, moves to the first electrode probe or the second electrode probe in the electrolyte solution, and is finally adsorbed on the surface of the first electrode probe or the second electrode probe, thereby realizing the cleaning of the corneal contact lens. And with a compound containing Cl - When the device is powered on, cl in the electrolyte solution - Move towards the positive electrode probe 13, and lose electrons and are oxidized into chlorine, the chlorine is dissolved in the electrolyte solution to generate hypochlorous acid, the hypochlorous acid and the tear protein can generate oxidation-reduction reaction in the accommodating chamber 111, and the tear protein is degraded. Hypochlorous acid is a strong oxidizing agent that undergoes a self-redox reaction in the electrolyte solution, decomposing hydrogen ions, chloride ions and oxygen. Microorganisms include bacteria and viruses, the hypochlorous acid absorbs electrons of functional proteins on cell walls of the bacteria during decomposition, and the bacteria are inactivated; the hypochlorous acid absorbs the hypochlorous acid in the decomposition processElectrons of functional proteins on the outer shell of the virus, said virus being inactivated. The hypochlorous acid has strong oxidizing property, and can permeate into the microbial cells to perform oxidation reaction with mycoprotein, nucleic acid and enzyme in the microbial cells so as to kill the microbes.
The electrode probes 13 used in this embodiment are made of a nanoscale plating material, and the material of the electrode probes 13 is corrosion-resistant, so that the redox reaction generated by electrolysis in the accommodating chamber 111 does not cause corrosion of the electrode probes 13, or an electrolyte solution does not react with the electrode probes 13, and the electrolyte solution reacts near the two electrode probes 13 with different electrical properties (from the perspective of concentration, according to the theory of directional movement of ions, the ion concentration near the electrode probes 13 is higher compared with other positions in the accommodating chamber 111, but because the space in the accommodating chamber 111 is originally smaller and the electrolyte concentration is constant, the ion reacts in the accommodating chamber 111), ions are formed to break the molecular structure of the lacrimal protein, and the lacrimal protein is electrolyzed and dissociated by the ions.
In one embodiment, a 0.9% NaCl solution is preferably used as the electrolyte solution for the corneal contact lens. The NaCl-containing solution is electrolyzed under the effect of the current, sodium ions and hydrogen ions in the solution move toward the negative electrode probe 13, and chloride ions move toward the positive electrode probe 13. In the electrolysis process, hydrogen ions in the NaCl solution obtain electrons at the negative electrode probe 13 to perform a reduction reaction to form hydrogen, chlorine ions lose electrons at the positive electrode probe 13 to be reduced into chlorine, the NaCl solution with a certain concentration generates chlorine, a part of the chlorine is discharged by bubbles, and a part of the chlorine is dissolved in water and performs the following chemical reaction: cl 2 +H 2 O=HCl+HClO
The hypochlorous acid HClO generated by the reaction has the function of degrading protein. Hypochlorous acid can decompose the sedimentary protein on the corneal contact lens into small molecular protein and amino acid, and the small molecular protein is easier to adsorb than the sedimentary protein, so that the removal of the tear protein on the corneal contact lens is facilitated. This degradation reaction is mainly of two forms: one is directly degrading a skeleton peptide chain of protein, reacting hypochlorous acid with the peptide chain forming a protein skeleton to obtain chloral formamide, hydrolyzing the peptide chain formed by the chloral formamide in a solution, breaking peptide bonds in the peptide chain, decomposing the peptide chain into micromolecular protein and amino acid, and degrading the protein; the other is that hypochlorous acid reacts with the side chain of the peptide chain forming the protein skeleton, wherein the side chain comprises lysine side chain, the hypochlorous acid reacts with the lysine side chain to form chloramine on the lysine side chain of the protein and the amino group of the protein, the chloramine is decomposed to form organic molecule segment [ 1,2 ] in carbonyl form, the peptide bond on the lysine side chain is broken to be decomposed into small molecule protein and amino acid, and the protein is degraded.
Meanwhile, hypochlorous acid also has the functions of sterilization and disinfection: hypochlorous acid slowly generates self redox reaction to be decomposed, each hypochlorous acid molecule can absorb electrons during decomposition (hypochlorous acid is used as a strong oxidizer and can absorb electrons of surface protein of microbial cell walls, so that the surface functional protein of the microbes is oxidized, the microbes are inactivated due to incapability of taking nutrition, incapability of normal metabolism and stopping division, and finally achieve the effects of sterilization and disinfection), the aim of sterilization is fulfilled, hydrogen ions are dissociated, and chloride ions and oxygen are obtained, and the chemical formula is as follows:
2HClO→2H + +2Cl - +O 2 ↑。
in the process of sterilization and virus killing, hypochlorous acid can act on cell walls and virus shells, has small molecules and no electric charge, can permeate into the bodies of bacteria (viruses) and can generate oxidation reaction with organic macromolecules such as bacteria (viruses) body protein, nucleic acid, enzyme and the like, thereby killing pathogenic microorganisms.
Meanwhile, hydrogen ions with positive charges in the electrolyte solution move towards the negative electrode probe 13, a reduction reaction is carried out near the negative electrode probe 13 to generate hydrogen, sodium ions and hydroxide ions in the electrolyte solution generate sodium hydroxide, the grease on the surface of the corneal contact lens and the sodium hydroxide are subjected to a saponification reaction, and the grease on the surface of the corneal contact lens is removed. The split type corneal contact lens cleaning device of this application has also promoted the change of solution pH value when removing albumen sterilization effect, and when having attached to lipid on the corneal contact lens, the electrophoresis is dissociated and can is promoted going on of saponification reaction, consequently, when the corneal contact lens has lipid, the split type corneal contact lens cleaning device of application also can be in the same direction as taking away the lipid, can be one-stroke-multiple-purpose, washs the high efficiency, but quick-acting reduction.
The above theory proves that the electrolyte solution used in the present application for implementing the sterilization of the protein removal by electrophoretic dissociation can be any solution containing chlorine ions and not containing heavy metals, and even normal saline and ordinary care solution (basically, the care solution circulating in the market all contain chlorine ions) can be used as the electrolyte solution described in the present application, such as NaCl solution, KCl solution, mgCl solution and the like which are more conventional 2 Solution, and containing Cl - The lens care solution of (a), or a combination of a plurality of these solutions (provided that no reaction occurs and electrolysis is disrupted such that hypochlorous acid cannot be generated in the housing compartment), or in general, an ionic solution containing chlorate and useful as a lens care solution, can be used as the electrolyte solution described herein. Thus, any available chloride ion-containing solution used in the present application may serve the dual purpose of protein removal and sterilization.
Compared with the method of rubbing and soaking the lens by the nursing liquid in the prior art, the method for removing the protein by the electrophoresis dissociation prolongs the service life of the corneal contact lens, can effectively remove the protein and sterilize, and can reduce the risk of bacterial infection of human eyes by the cleaning method with double protection and high cleanliness.
For a new or short-term cornea contact lens, the lachrymal protein attached on the cornea contact lens is less or hardly any, so that the split type cornea contact lens cleaning device can be used for sterilizing and disinfecting the new cornea contact lens; for the cornea contact lens with longer service time, more lacrimal protein is inevitably deposited on the cornea contact lens (because the human eye is a more complex environment, the cornea contact lens inevitably adsorbs more lacrimal protein after long service time), and the split type cornea contact lens cleaning device has double effects of protein removal and sterilization when being used for cleaning the cornea contact lens.
The present embodiment further provides a control method of a corneal contact lens cleaning device, which specifically includes the following steps: and a control switch triggering stage by a user, wherein the user triggers the control switch according to the requirement. The control switch is a start key and/or a pause key of the cleaning device, the control switch is triggered by a user by pressing, the triggering mode of the control switch comprises a first triggering mode and a second triggering mode, the first triggering mode is long-press triggering, the second triggering mode is short-press triggering, the control switch is pressed for a short time less than a set time t and is short-press triggering, and the control switch is pressed for a long time more than or equal to the set time t.

In the process that the cleaning device cleans the corneal contact lens, if the system detects that the control switch is triggered in the first trigger mode or the second trigger mode, the system controls the cleaning device to stop cleaning the corneal contact lens, and controls the first light-emitting element to emit light in another light-emitting mode.
The cleaning device comprises a cleaning base, a first light-emitting element and a second light-emitting element, wherein the cleaning base is internally provided with the second light-emitting element which has two light-emitting modes of flashing light and normally bright light, the second light-emitting element is controlled by a system to emit light in one light-emitting mode in the maintenance process of the cleaning device on the corneal contact lens, the second light-emitting element is controlled by the system to emit light in the other light-emitting mode after the cleaning device sets the maintenance time on the corneal contact lens, and the first light-emitting element and the second light-emitting element stop emitting light respectively after the light-emitting set time.

Further, a buzzer is arranged in the cleaning device, such as the cleaning base or the cleaning bin, and after the cleaning device maintains the contact lens for a set time, the system controls the second light-emitting element to emit light in another light-emitting mode and controls the buzzer to sound.
The following is further explained in conjunction with the split-type corneal contact lens cleaning device.
When the cleaning bin 1 is reset, namely the cleaning bin 1 is installed in place on the cleaning base 2 when a user uses the cleaning bin, the magnetic induction switch is started, and the first light-emitting element emits light. The first light emitting elements are light emitting elements corresponding to the first light guide 231. The control switch is disposed on the circuit board 3 at a position corresponding to the first light guide portion 231. The triggering of the control switch can be achieved by pressing the first light guide 231. After the magnetic induction switch is started, the first light-emitting element emits light. At this time, the light emitted by the first light-emitting element can be flashing white light, so that the cleaning device is reminded of working normally. Of course, the first light emitting element may emit a flashing light of another color or a normally bright light of a certain color. It should be noted that the first light emitting element can emit light of different colors, such as white light in normal operation, red light in case of low power of the device, blue light in case of poor contact between the cleaning chamber and the cleaning base, etc.
After the cleaning device can work normally, the user presses the first light guiding part 231 in one of the triggering manners, for example, pressing for more than 2 seconds. The cleaning device is controlled to work after the system identification, namely the electrode probe 13 is electrified, and the cleaning device cleans the corneal contact lens placed in the accommodating bin 111. Of course, the time t for the system to determine the long press trigger is not limited to 2 seconds, and may be set as needed. And the system can also be used as an operating signal for controlling the cleaning device by recognizing the short-press trigger. During the cleaning process of the corneal contact lens by the cleaning device, if the control switch is triggered again by the user, such as a long-press trigger or a short-press trigger, the system recognizes that the cleaning device is controlled to suspend the cleaning of the corneal contact lens, namely, power on the electrode probe 13 is suspended. If the control switch is then activated again, such as a long press trigger or a short press trigger, the system continues to control the operation of the cleaning device. For example, the control switch is pressed for a long time to control the cleaning device to work, the control switch is pressed for a long time again to control the cleaning device to pause, and the control switch is pressed for a short time again to control the cleaning device to work again.
After the cleaning device cleans the contact lens for a set time, such as 5 minutes or other time, the system automatically enters a maintenance state. At this time, the second light emitting element emits light. The second light emitting element is a light emitting element corresponding to the second light guide portion 232. During the process of maintaining the corneal contact lens by the cleaning device, the second light-emitting element can emit normal light or flashing light. And after curing for a set time, such as 3 minutes or other time, the second light emitting element emits light in another manner. For example, if the light is normally bright during curing, the light flashes after curing is completed. After the curing is completed, the first light emitting element and the second light emitting element are turned off after the second light emitting element emits light for a set time, such as 3 seconds or other time.
A buzzer can be additionally arranged in the cleaning bin 1 or the cleaning base 2, after maintenance is completed, the second light-emitting element emits light, and the buzzer makes sounds of stings, stings and the like, so that a user can be prompted that the whole working process is completed, and the cleaning bin 1 can be taken down.
Meanwhile, the third light emitting element emits light during the whole working process, including the cleaning stage and the maintenance stage. The third light emitting elements, i.e., the light emitting elements corresponding to the third light guide 233, are used as a progress light for prompting the user of the operation progress of the apparatus. The system can control the corresponding light-emitting element to emit light according to the working process. When the device normally works, the third light-emitting element can emit normally bright light or flash light. When the whole work is finished, namely the maintenance is finished, the third light-emitting element emits light in another mode. For example, if the flashing light is emitted during the work, the light is always bright after the work is finished.
