Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the tank container 100 of the present embodiment includes a ladder 40, an armrest 50, and a flap stopper 60, in addition to the basic structure described above.
Wherein the ladder 40 is arranged on the end surface of the frame 20. The handrail 50 is positioned above the ladder 40 and the handrail 50 is rotatably connected to the end of the walkway 30 such that the handrail 50 can be rotated between a first position erected on the walkway 30 and a second position stowed below the surface of the walkway 30. The rotation axis of the armrest 50 is perpendicular to the length direction of the frame 20.
The flap position limiting member 60 is disposed on a side surface of the walkway 30, and the flap position limiting member 60 is provided with a limiting groove 63. The armrest 50 is snapped into the retaining groove 63 so that the armrest 50 is fixed in the first position.
In this embodiment, the ladder 40 is disposed on the end frame 21, the top end of the ladder 40 is connected to the top beam 211, and the ladder 40 is disposed near one side corner post 213 of the end frame 21. The extending direction of the ladder stand 40 is consistent with the height direction of the frame 20, and through the ladder stand 40, a worker can climb to the top of the tank body 10 from the ground, so that the tank body 10 is overhauled.
The handrail 50 of this embodiment is positioned above the ladder 40, and the handrail 50 includes a pair of opposed gripper portions 51 and a connecting portion 52 connecting between the ends of the two gripper portions 51.
The connecting portion 52 is rotatably disposed through the walkway 30, and the extending direction of the connecting portion 52 is perpendicular to the length direction of the frame 20, i.e. perpendicular to the length direction of the walkway 30. The two gripper portions 51 are respectively positioned at two sides of the footpath 30, and when one gripper portion 51 rotates relative to the footpath 30, the other gripper portion 51 can synchronously rotate relative to the footpath 30 under the action of the connecting portion 52.
Through the arrangement of the two handle portions 51 of the handrail 50, when a worker climbs the top of the ladder stand 40, one of the handrail 50 can be rotated, so that the two handrail 50 synchronously reach the first position, and the worker can hold the handrail 50 with two hands respectively. By the support of the handrail 50, the worker can easily and safely reach the walkway 30 from the top of the ladder 40 while holding the handrail.
It is to be understood that, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, in other examples of the present embodiment, the handrail 50 may include only one handrail 50 portion, and the handrail 50 portion may be rotatably provided on the walkway 30 through the connection portion 52. The worker may also climb onto the top of the tank 10 or descend from the top of the tank 10 onto the ladder 40 by means of a handrail 50.
The handrail 50 is set to include only one handrail 50, so that the overall structure of the handrail 50 can be simplified in the technology of ensuring that a worker can smoothly and safely go up and down the tank body 10, the whole handrail 50 is more convenient to install, and later-period maintenance is facilitated. In this example, tank container 100 also includes connection socket 71. The link base 71 is fixed to an end side wall of the walkway 30, and the handrail 50 is rotatably coupled to the link base 71 to rotate relative to the walkway 30.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the grip 51 has an arc shape, and the grip 51 is bent in a direction approaching the can body 10.
The arc design of the gripper part 51 can well meet the ergonomic design, the gripping of workers is convenient, the bending direction of the gripper part 51 is consistent with the force application and advancing direction of the workers, the hands of the workers are effectively prevented from being released when the workers pull the hands, and the overall design is more humanized.
Further, the flap stopper 60 of the present embodiment includes a flap portion 61 and a fixing portion 62. Wherein, the fixing part 62 is connected to the side of the footpath 30, and the fixing part 62 can be fixed on the side wall of the footpath 30 by screws or pins, so as to realize the fixed connection of the fixing part 62 and the footpath 30.
The flap part 61 is rotatably connected to the top of the fixing part 62, and the fixing part 62 and the flap part 61 form a hinge structure. The turning part 81 rotates relative to the fixing part 62 or the footpath 30, and the included angle between the turning part 61 and the fixing part 62 changes correspondingly. In the present embodiment, the flap portion 61 and the fixing portion 62 are rotatably connected by a rotating shaft, and a rotation axis of the flap portion 61 is aligned with a length direction of the frame 20, that is, an extending direction of the rotating shaft is aligned with the length direction of the frame 20.

When the handrail 50 is in the second position, i.e., the handrail 50 is folded under the surface of the walkway 30, the handrail 50 is disposed under the flap portion 61. In this embodiment, the two ends of the flap part 61 are respectively a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is disposed close to the ladder stand 40, and the second end is disposed far away from the ladder stand 40. The outer edge of the flap portion 61 is a sloping edge, and the sloping edge of the flap portion 61 gradually approaches the walkway 30 from the first end to the second end.
The outer edge of the flap portion 61 of the present embodiment is provided with a limiting groove 63, and the limiting groove 63 is disposed near the first end. When the hand grip 51 of the armrest 50 is snapped in the limit groove 63, the armrest 50 is fixed at the first position. With the armrest 50 of the present embodiment, in the process of rotating the armrest 50 from the second position to the first position, the armrest 50 moves into the limiting groove 63 from the second end along the outer oblique edge of the flap 61, so that the hand grip 51 is in snap fit with the limiting groove 63, thereby limiting the degree of freedom of relative rotation of the armrest 50, ensuring that the armrest 50 is stably maintained at the first position, and ensuring that a worker does not topple over when pulling the armrest 50.
In the process of rotating the armrest 50 from the second position to the first position, the edge of the armrest 50 drives the flap 61 to rotate relative to the walkway 30, so that the flap 61 is turned upwards relative to the fixing portion 62. When the armrest 50 reaches the first position, the hand grip 51 of the armrest 50 is opposite to the limit groove 63 on the outer edge of the flap 61. Because the flap portion 61 is disposed obliquely relative to the fixing portion 62, the flap portion 61 will rotate downward under the action of gravity, so that the handrail 50 is clamped in the limiting groove 63.
In the present embodiment, when the armrest 50 is located at the second position, an included angle between the flap portion 61 and the fixing portion 62 of the flap position-limiting element 60 is not greater than 90 °. When the armrest 50 rotates from the second position to the first position, the armrest 50 pushes the flap 61 to rotate relative to the fixing portion 62, so that the flap 61 is turned upwards, and an included angle between the flap 61 and the fixing portion 62 is gradually increased.
After the worker finishes the box loading and unloading operation, the turning plate part 61 of the turning plate limiting piece 60 is only required to be turned up, and at the moment, the handrail 50 can automatically rotate from the first position to the second position under the action of gravity, and is folded and hidden below the surface of the footpath 30, so that the handrail is prevented from interfering with other components on the tank body 10.
After the worker loosens the flap part 61, the flap part 61 automatically falls under the action of gravity to wait for the next use of the worker for box loading and unloading operation.
It is understood that the flap stop 60 may comprise only the flap portion 61, and the flap portion 61 is hinged to the side wall of the walkway 30, so as to simplify the overall structure of the flap stop 60. The operation of the flap 61 is as described above and will not be described herein.
In addition, as shown in fig. 8, the tank container 100 of the present embodiment further includes a pulling rope 72, one end of the pulling rope 72 is connected to the hand grip 51 of the handrail 50, and the other end extends to the bottom of the frame 20.
The operator can pull the pulling rope 72 at the bottom of the tank container 100, so that the pulling rope 72 drives the handrail 50 to rotate, so that the handrail 50 rotates from the second position and is kept at the first position, and the remote control of the handrail 50 is realized. In other examples of this embodiment, the pull cord 72 may be coupled to a lever structure, a pulley structure, or directly replaced by a lever structure.
Example two
Referring to fig. 9 to 12, the tank container 100 of the present embodiment includes a ladder 40, an armrest 50, and a tilt buckle 80 in addition to the basic structure described above.
Wherein the ladder 40 is provided on an end surface of the frame 20. The arm rest 50 is positioned above the ladder 40 and the arm rest 50 is rotatably connected to the inside of the top beam 211 such that the arm rest 50 can be rotated between a first position erected on the top beam 211 and a second position folded on the inside of the top beam 211. The rotation axis of the armrest 50 coincides with the longitudinal direction of the frame 20.
The turnover clamping piece 80 is arranged on the inner side surface of the top beam 211, and a clamping groove 83 is formed in the turnover clamping piece. The armrest 50 is snapped into the snap-in groove 83 so that the armrest 50 is fixed in the first position.

When the worker reaches the top of the ladder 40 or climbs onto the ladder 40 from the top of the tank, the handrail 50 may be rotated to the first position, and the worker may stoop by holding the handrail 50 to save effort, so as to easily and safely go up and down the tank 10.
The flip clip 80 of the present embodiment includes a flip portion 81 and a transition portion 82. The transition part 82 is connected to the inner side surface of the top beam 211, and the transition part 82 can be fixed to the inner side surface of the top beam 211 through screws or pins, so that the transition part 82 is fixedly connected to the top beam 211.
The turning part 81 is rotatably connected to the top of the transition part 82, and the transition part 82 and the turning part 81 form a hinge structure. The turning part 81 rotates relative to the transition part 82 or the top beam 211, and the included angle between the turning part 81 and the transition part 82 changes correspondingly. In the present embodiment, the turning part 81 is rotatably connected to the transition part 82 through a rotating shaft, and a rotating axis of the turning part 81 is perpendicular to a length direction of the frame 20, that is, an extending direction of the rotating shaft is perpendicular to the length direction of the frame 20.
When the armrest 50 is in the second position, i.e., the armrest 50 is folded inside the top beam 211, the armrest 50 is hidden inside the top beam 211. In this embodiment, the two ends of the turning part 81 are a proximal end and a distal end, respectively, wherein the proximal end is disposed near the ladder stand 40, and the distal end is disposed far away from the ladder stand 40. The outside edges of the turning part 81 are inclined edges that gradually approach the top beam 211 from the proximal end to the distal end.
The outer edge of the turning part 81 of this embodiment is provided with a locking groove 83, and the locking groove 83 is disposed near the proximal end. When the armrest 50 is snapped into the snap groove 83, the armrest 50 is fixed at the first position. With the armrest 50 of the present embodiment, during the rotation of the armrest 50 from the second position to the first position, the armrest 50 moves from the distal end to the engagement groove 83 along the outer inclined edge of the turnover portion 81, so that the armrest 50 engages with the engagement groove 83, thereby limiting the degree of freedom of the armrest 50 in relative rotation, ensuring that the armrest 50 is stably maintained at the first position, and ensuring that a worker cannot topple over when pulling the armrest 50.
During the process of rotating the armrest 50 from the second position to the first position, the edge of the armrest 50 drives the turning part 81 to rotate relative to the top beam 211, so that the turning part 81 turns upwards relative to the transition part 82. When the armrest 50 reaches the first position, the armrest 50 is opposite to the catching groove 83 of the outer side edge of the turning part 81. Because the turning part 81 is disposed obliquely relative to the transition part 82, the turning part 81 rotates downward under the action of gravity, so that the handrail 50 is clamped in the clamping groove 83.
In the present embodiment, when the armrest 50 is located at the second position, an included angle between the turning portion 81 and the transition portion 82 of the turning clip 80 is not greater than 90 °.
