a first operating mode: the first switching valve element 61 is opened, the second switching valve element 62 is closed, the first throttle valve element 21 is opened, the second throttle valve element 205 is opened, and at this time, the fourth port 521 communicates with the fifth port 531, the first passage 11 communicates with the second passage 12, and the first inlet port 45 communicates with the outlet port 42.
A high-temperature and high-pressure gas-phase working fluid (such as a refrigerant) on the outlet side of the compressor 201 enters the fifth passage 52 through the fourth port 521, flows out of the fifth port 531 through the sixth passage 53, flows to the first condenser 202, is condensed and radiated by the first condenser 202 to become a gas-liquid two-phase working fluid, flows into the reservoir component 4 through the first inlet 45, flows into the first passage 11 through the outlet 42 by the reservoir component 4, flows out of a part of the liquid-phase working fluid in the first passage 11 from the first port 111, is throttled by the second throttle element 205 (at this time, the second throttle element 205 is opened) to become a low-pressure and low-temperature working fluid, flows into the evaporator 204, evaporates and absorbs heat through the evaporator 204, and then enters the third passage 13 through the second port 131 under one-way conduction of the first check valve 206; the other part of the liquid-phase working fluid in the first passage 11 is throttled by the first throttle element 21 and becomes low-pressure low-temperature working fluid, flows into the second passage 12, flows into the first flow passage of the heat exchange element 3, exchanges heat with another working fluid in the second flow passage of the heat exchange element 3 to absorb heat, flows into the third passage 13, and the working fluid in the third passage 13 is merged and then flows to the inlet of the compressor 201 through the third port 132 to be recirculated.
A second working mode: the first switching valve element 61 is closed, the second switching valve element 62 is opened, the first throttle element 21 is opened, and the second throttle element 205 is closed, at which time the fourth port 521 communicates with the sixth port 541, the first passage 11 communicates with the second passage 12, and the second inlet 46 communicates with the outlet 42.
The high-temperature high-pressure gas-phase working fluid on the outlet side of the compressor 201 enters the fifth passage 52 through the fourth port 521, flows out through the sixth port 541 of the seventh passage 54, flows toward the second condenser 203, is condensed by the second condenser 203 to dissipate heat, becomes a gas-liquid two-phase working fluid, flows into the reservoir 4 through the second inlet 46, flows into the liquid-phase working fluid through the outlet 42 from the reservoir 4 into the first passage 11, and when the second throttle valve 205 is closed, the working fluid in the first passage 11 becomes a low-pressure low-temperature working fluid after being throttled by the first throttle valve 21, flows into the second passage 12, flows into the first passage of the heat exchange element 3, absorbs heat after exchanging with another working fluid in the second passage, flows into the third passage 13, and flows to the inlet of the compressor 201 through the third port 132 for recirculation. The first check valve 206 is provided to prevent the working fluid in the third channel 13 from flowing into the evaporator 204 when the evaporator 204 is not in operation, but as another embodiment, the thermal management system may not include the first check valve 206, that is, the other port of the evaporator 204 is directly in butt communication with the second port 131.
It should be noted that: although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that modifications and equivalents may be made thereto, and all technical solutions and modifications that do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present application are intended to be covered by the claims of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A thermal management system comprising a compressor, a condenser, an outlet of the compressor being in communication with an inlet of the condenser, wherein: the heat management system further comprises a fluid control assembly, the fluid control assembly comprises a first valve block, a first throttle element, a reservoir element and a heat exchange element, the reservoir element and the heat exchange element are fixedly connected or in limited connection with the first valve block respectively, at least part of the first throttle element is located in a first mounting cavity of the first valve block, the first throttle element is fixedly connected or in limited connection with the first valve block, the fluid control assembly is provided with a channel and an inlet, the channel comprises a first channel, a second channel and a third channel, at least part of the first channel, at least part of the second channel and at least part of the third channel are located in the first valve block, the heat exchange element is provided with a first flow channel, the first flow channel is communicated with the second channel and the third channel, the fluid control assembly is provided with a reservoir cavity, at least part of the reservoir cavity is located in the reservoir element, the reservoir cavity is communicated with the first channel and the inlet, the first throttle element can be communicated with and not communicated with the first channel and the second channel, an outlet of the condenser is communicated with an inlet of the compressor.
2. The thermal management system of claim 1, wherein the condenser comprises a first condenser and a second condenser, the inlet comprises a first inlet and a second inlet, the first inlet and the second inlet are located at the reservoir, the first inlet and the second inlet are respectively in communication with the reservoir, an outlet of the first condenser is in communication with the first inlet, and an outlet of the second condenser is in communication with the second inlet.

The thermal management system of claim 2, further comprising a second throttle element and an evaporator, the fluid control assembly having an interface comprising a first interface, a second interface, and a third interface, the first interface in communication with the first passage, the first interface in communication with one interface of the evaporator through the second throttle element;
the second interface is communicated with the third channel, and the other interface of the evaporator is communicated with the second interface, or the thermal management system further comprises a first one-way valve, and the other interface of the evaporator is communicated with the second interface through the first one-way valve;
the third port is in communication with the third passage, and the third port is in communication with an inlet of the compressor.

The fluid control assembly according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the heat exchange element includes a plurality of stacked plates, the heat exchange element being located on one side of the first valve block in a stacking direction of the plates, and a part of the first throttle valve element and the reservoir element being located on the same other side of the first valve block, the two sides being different sides of the first valve block;
the second passage and the third passage have ports facing the heat exchange element at the first valve block, respectively, and the first flow passage communicates with the second passage and the third passage through the ports, respectively;
the first valve block has a groove or hole forming the first channel, the first valve block has a groove or hole forming the second channel, and the first valve block has a groove or hole forming the third channel.

The thermal management system of claim 4, wherein the fluid control assembly further comprises a second valve block fixedly attached or captively attached to the first valve block and/or fixedly attached and/or captively attached to the reservoir component; the channel further includes a fourth channel, at least a portion of the fourth channel being located in the second valve block, the reservoir member further having an outlet, the outlet being in communication with the reservoir, the outlet being in communication with the first channel through the fourth channel.

The thermal management system of claim 5, wherein the fluid control assembly further comprises a first on-off valve element, a second on-off valve element, a portion of the first on-off valve element being positioned in the second mounting cavity of the second valve block, the first on-off valve element being fixedly or captively connected to the second valve block, a portion of the second on-off valve element being positioned in the third mounting cavity of the second valve block, the second on-off valve element being fixedly or captively connected to the second valve block, the passages further comprising a fifth passage, a sixth passage, a seventh passage, at least a portion of the fifth passage, at least a portion of the sixth passage, at least a portion of the seventh passage being positioned in the second valve block, the interface still includes fourth interface, fifth interface, sixth interface, the fourth interface with the fifth passageway intercommunication, the fifth interface with the sixth passageway intercommunication, the sixth interface with the seventh passageway intercommunication, first ooff valve component is even or not communicate the fourth interface with the fifth interface, the second ooff valve component is even or not communicate the fourth interface with the sixth interface, the fourth interface with the export intercommunication of compressor, the fifth interface with the entry intercommunication of first condenser, the sixth interface with the entry intercommunication of second condenser.
7. The thermal management system of claim 6, wherein the thermal management system includes, but is not limited to, two modes of operation:
a first operating mode: the first opening/closing valve element is opened, the second opening/closing valve element is closed, and the first throttle valve element and the second throttle valve element are both opened; the fourth port is communicated with the fifth port, the first channel is communicated with the second channel, the first inlet is communicated with the outlet, the first port, the third port and the fifth port are outlets, and the second port, the fourth inlet and the first inlet are inlets;
a second operating mode: the first switch valve element is closed, the second switch valve element is opened, the first throttle valve element is opened, the second throttle valve element is closed, the fourth port is communicated with the sixth port, the first channel is communicated with the second channel, the second inlet is communicated with the outlet, the fourth port and the second inlet are inlets, and the third port and the sixth port are outlets.
8. The thermal management system of claim 7, wherein the fluid control assembly further comprises a first sensor, a second sensor, and a third sensor, wherein a sensing portion of the first sensor is located at the third passageway or a first receiving cavity in communication with the third passageway, a sensing portion of the second sensor is located at the fourth passageway or a second receiving cavity in communication with the fourth passageway, and a sensing portion of the third sensor is located at the second inlet passageway or a third receiving cavity in communication with the second inlet passageway.
9. The thermal management system of claim 8, wherein the first throttle element is configured to vary a pressure and/or temperature of the working fluid before and after the first throttle element, the second throttle element is configured to vary a pressure and/or temperature of the working fluid before and after the second throttle element, the first sensor is configured to sense a temperature of the working fluid in the third passageway, the second sensor is configured to sense a temperature and a pressure of the working fluid in the fourth passageway, and the third sensor is configured to sense a temperature of the working fluid flowing from the second inlet to the reservoir.
10. The thermal management system of any of claims 2-9, further comprising a battery cooling assembly, wherein the heat exchange element has a second flow passage that is not in communication with the first flow passage and a connector interface that is in communication with the second flow passage, wherein the connector interface is in communication with two or more of the passages of the battery cooling assembly;
the fluid control assembly further comprises a mounting bracket, wherein the mounting bracket is fixedly connected or in limited connection with the first valve block and/or the mounting bracket is fixedly connected or in limited connection with the heat exchange element.
