The humidity sensor may be one or more. The humidity sensor is arranged at a position convenient for measuring the humidity inside the box body. For example, the humidity sensor can be arranged on the inner containers on two sides of the door body, and the humidity sensor can also be arranged on the inner container on the side wall in the box body.
Optionally, the humidity control device comprises a fan and an atomizer. Like this, when atomizer blowout water smoke, start the fan, can make the water smoke distribution in the oven more even.
Optionally, an auxiliary heating device is further disposed in the oven, and is used for adjusting the temperature inside the oven body in cooperation with the heating device.
Optionally, an odor sensor is further disposed in the oven. The odor sensor comprises a semiconductor module and a collecting device, the collecting device is used for collecting gas inside the oven, and the semiconductor module is used for detecting the gas collected by the collecting device and outputting the current odor value of the oven. Like this, peculiar smell sensor detects current peculiar smell value, and current peculiar smell value exceeds the peculiar smell threshold value, starts sterilizing equipment, can dispel the peculiar smell in the oven, promotes the cleanliness of oven.
Based on the oven described above, in conjunction with fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for oven heat storage, including:
and S01, the oven responds to the storage instruction to acquire the temperature of the food.
And S02, adjusting the power of the heating device by the oven according to the temperature of the food to enable the temperature of the food to be in a set temperature range.
And S03, periodically starting the sterilizing device by the oven.
Wherein the set temperature interval can be 60-70 ℃. Because the microorganisms are in a potential breeding period at 4-60 ℃, the breeding of the microorganisms can be well controlled by controlling the temperature to be 60-70 ℃ so as to maintain the taste and nutrition of the food.
By adopting the method for oven heat storage provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, a user puts cooked food into the oven, and the oven responds to the heat storage instruction and starts the heat storage mode. The temperature of the food is obtained in real time, and the temperature of the food is controlled by the heating device, so that the food is kept at a certain heat in the oven. And inhibiting the propagation of microorganisms by periodically activating the sterilization device. The oven not only inhibits the propagation of microorganisms but also maintains the heat of food by controlling the combination of the heating device and the sterilizing device. By adopting the embodiment of the disclosure, the nutrition and the taste of food are preserved to the greatest extent, and the food can be directly taken out for eating when a user eats the food stored thermally for the second time without heating, so that the energy consumption is reduced, and the food is convenient and fast.
Optionally, the oven acquiring the temperature of the food comprises: the oven scans the food through the infrared temperature measuring device to obtain the temperature of the food. Therefore, the temperature of the object is acquired in an infrared scanning mode, and the acquired temperature of the food is more accurate.
Optionally, the step of adjusting the power of the heating device by the oven according to the temperature of the food to make the temperature of the food in the set temperature range includes: and under the condition that the temperature of the food is outside the set temperature interval, the oven adjusts the power of the heating device to the set power so that the temperature of the food is adjusted to a target value in the set temperature interval.
Wherein the target value may be a median value within the set temperature interval. When the power of the heating device is low and the temperature in the oven is continuously reduced, the target value can also be a temperature value with the slowest temperature reduction rate in the temperature interval set in the previous oven heat storage. Therefore, the temperature in the box body is adjusted to the target value, the phenomenon that the temperature is reduced too fast to cause the oven to frequently increase the power of the heating device for heating operation can be avoided, system resources are saved, and energy consumption is reduced. Under the condition that the power of the heating device is high and the temperature in the oven continuously rises, the target value can also be the temperature value with the slowest temperature rise rate in the temperature interval in the previous oven heat storage, so that the phenomenon that the temperature rises too fast to cause the oven to need to frequently adjust or close the heating device to cool down can be avoided, system resources are saved, and energy consumption is saved.
Like this, the oven detects under the condition that the temperature of food is outside the setting temperature interval, and the temperature of food probably is higher than the maximum value in setting temperature interval, and heating device power is too big this moment, extravagant electric energy, and the inside too high temperature of box easily leads to food water to run off, influences the taste of the food of heat storage, makes food become the firewood. The temperature of the food may also be lower than the minimum value of the set temperature interval, at this time, the power of the heating device is small, the temperature inside the box body is low, and the propagation of microorganisms is easily caused, so that the food is deteriorated. Therefore, the oven adjusts the power of the heating device to the set power, so that the temperature of the food is adjusted to the target value in the set temperature interval. Therefore, the temperature in the oven box body inhibits the propagation of microorganisms, the water of food is kept from losing, the taste and the nutrition of the heat-stored food are kept, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the periodically activating the sterilizing device by the oven includes: the oven determines the operation time of the sterilization device corresponding to the temperature of the food in each operation period and the starting interval time of the sterilization device according to the preset corresponding relation; the oven periodically starts the sterilizing device according to the operation time length of each operation period and the starting interval time length.
The temperature inside the box body is in negative correlation with the operation time of the sterilizing device in each operation period, and is in positive correlation with the starting interval time of the sterilizing device.
Like this, sterilizing equipment can be opened to the oven, disinfects and removes the peculiar smell to the box inside. The oven determines the operation time length of the sterilization device corresponding to the temperature of the food in each operation period and the starting interval time length of the sterilization device according to the preset corresponding relation, and periodically starts the sterilization device according to the operation time length of each operation period and the starting interval time length. Therefore, the influence of the temperature of the food on the food is considered, the sterilizing device is started periodically, the energy consumption is reduced, the utilization rate of the sterilizing device is improved, and the taste and nutrition of the food are kept. The temperature inside the box body is in negative correlation with the operation time of the sterilizing device in each operation period, and is in positive correlation with the starting interval time of the sterilizing device. Thus, under the condition that the temperature in the box body is low, microorganisms are easy to breed, so that the operation time of the sterilizing device is prolonged, and the time interval for starting the sterilizing device is shortened, so that the breeding of the microorganisms is inhibited. On the contrary, under the condition that the temperature in the box body is higher, the microorganism propagation rate is lower, so the operation time of the sterilizing device is shortened, the starting interval time is prolonged, and the energy consumption of the sterilizing device in operation is reduced. By adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the operation energy consumption of the oven is reduced, the sterilization efficiency is improved, and the intelligence of the oven is improved.
As shown in connection with fig. 2, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for oven heat storage, including:
and S01, the oven responds to the storage instruction to acquire the temperature of the food.
S21, when the temperature of the food is outside the set temperature interval, the oven adjusts the power of the heating device to the set power, so that the temperature of the food is adjusted to a target value within the set temperature interval.
And S22, controlling the auxiliary heating device and the heating device to perform operation corresponding to the temperature of the food by the oven under the condition that the temperature of the food is out of the set temperature range and meets the preset condition.
And S03, periodically starting the sterilizing device by the oven.
Wherein the set temperature interval can be 60-70 ℃. Because the microorganisms are in the potential breeding period at 4-60 ℃, the breeding of the microorganisms can be well controlled by controlling the temperature at 60-70 ℃ so as to maintain the taste and the nutrition of the food.
The corresponding operation comprises starting an auxiliary heating device for heating; or the heating device is closed, and the auxiliary heating device is started to heat.
By adopting the method for oven heat storage provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the temperature of food is outside the set temperature interval and meets the preset condition, the oven controls the auxiliary heating device and the heating device to perform the operation corresponding to the temperature of the food. The temperature change rate when the oven is adjusted to heat through setting up the auxiliary heating device satisfies the in-process at heat storage, and the oven is to temperature variation's demand under the different situation. Under the condition that the temperature of the food is outside the set temperature range and meets the preset condition, the oven controls the auxiliary heating device and the heating device to perform operation corresponding to the temperature of the food, wherein the corresponding operation comprises starting the auxiliary heating device to heat; or the heating device is closed, and the auxiliary heating device is started to heat. Like this, under the temperature variation of food and satisfy the condition of predetermineeing the condition, start auxiliary heating device to the selective closing starts heating device, can the inside temperature of quick adjustment box, has satisfied the demand of oven heat storage to the temperature, has promoted the intelligence of oven.
Optionally, the preset conditions include: the absolute value of the difference between the temperature of the food and the minimum value of the set temperature interval is greater than a first difference threshold value; or the absolute value of the difference between the temperature of the food and the maximum value of the set temperature interval is larger than the second difference threshold.
In this way, when the difference between the temperature of the food and the minimum value or the maximum value of the set temperature interval is larger than the preset threshold value, the temperature of the food at the moment is indicated to be too large from the set temperature interval. At this time, the temperature needs to be rapidly adjusted to a set temperature range to maintain the taste and nutrition of the food. Here, the rapid adjustment of the temperature is achieved by controlling the auxiliary heating means and the heating means to perform an operation corresponding to the temperature of the food. For example: under the condition that the temperature of food is lower than the minimum value of the set temperature interval and the absolute value of the difference value between the temperature of the food and the minimum value of the set temperature interval is larger than the first difference threshold value, at the moment, the temperature in the box body is too low, the temperature needs to be quickly adjusted to the set temperature interval, and the auxiliary heating device is started to heat. And under the condition that the temperature of the food is higher than the maximum value of the set temperature interval, acquiring the absolute value of the difference value between the temperature of the food and the maximum value of the set temperature interval, and under the condition that the absolute value is greater than a second difference threshold value, closing the heating device and starting the auxiliary heating device for heating. Like this, only auxiliary heating device heats, has improved the temperature drop rate, makes the temperature get back to the setting temperature interval fast in, avoids food water loss, leads to the taste to worsen.
As shown in connection with fig. 3, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for oven heat storage, comprising:
and S01, the oven responds to the storage instruction to acquire the temperature of the food.
And S02, adjusting the power of the heating device by the oven according to the temperature of the food to enable the temperature of the food to be in a set temperature range.
And S03, periodically starting the sterilizing device by the oven.
S31, the oven acquires the humidity inside the box body.
And S32, adjusting the power of the humidity control device by the oven according to the humidity inside the box body to enable the humidity inside the box body to be in a set humidity range.
The set humidity range may be 40% to 60%. The humidity in the box body is controlled to be 40% -60%, so that the growth of microorganisms can be inhibited, and the taste of food is guaranteed.
By adopting the method for oven heat storage provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, a user puts cooked food into the oven, and the oven responds to a heat storage instruction to start a heat storage mode. The temperature of food and the humidity inside the oven body are obtained in real time, and the temperature of the food is controlled through the heating device, so that the food is kept at a certain heat in the oven. And the humidity in the box body is controlled by the humidity control device, the flavor of food is kept, the sterilizing device is periodically started, the peculiar smell in the box body is removed, and the growth of microorganisms is inhibited. By adopting the embodiment of the disclosure, the sterilization device is combined by controlling the temperature and the humidity and periodically starting the sterilization device, the microbial propagation is inhibited, the nutrition and the taste of food are preserved to the maximum extent, and the food can be directly taken out for eating without heating when a user eats the food stored thermally for the second time, so that the energy consumption is reduced, and the sterilization device is convenient and fast.
Optionally, the step of acquiring the humidity inside the oven body comprises: the oven detects the humidity value inside the box body to obtain a humidity detection value; and the oven compensates the humidity detection value to obtain the actual humidity value inside the box body.
Thus, the oven detects the humidity value inside the box body to obtain a humidity detection value. However, since the detection point for detecting humidity is usually a certain distance from the center of the cabinet, the humidity detection value is usually deviated from the actual humidity value inside the cabinet. The humidity detection value obtained at this time is not equal to the actual humidity value inside the cabinet. For this, the oven compensates the humidity detection value to obtain an actual humidity value inside the cabinet. By the method, the influence of the distance between the humidity detection point and the center of the box body on humidity acquisition is avoided, and the humidity acquisition precision in the box body is improved.
Optionally, the oven compensates the humidity detection value, and obtaining the actual humidity value inside the box body includes: the oven acquires the distance between the detection point of the humidity and the center of the box body; the oven determines a humidity measurement compensation value corresponding to the distance between the humidity detection point and the center of the oven body according to a preset corresponding relation; the oven calculates the sum of the humidity detection value and the humidity measurement compensation value, and determines the sum as an actual humidity value.
Wherein, the center of the box body refers to the position of the geometric center of the inner space of the box body.
In this way, since the detection point of the humidity detection is usually a certain distance from the center of the cabinet, the humidity detection value usually deviates from the actual humidity value inside the cabinet. The humidity detection value obtained at this time is not equal to the actual humidity value inside the cabinet. For this, the oven compensates the humidity detection value to obtain an actual humidity value inside the cabinet. The oven acquires the distance between the detection point of the humidity and the center of the box body, and determines a humidity measurement compensation value corresponding to the distance according to a preset corresponding relation, wherein the humidity measurement compensation value represents the humidity deviation generated by the distance between the detection point and the center of the box body. The oven calculates a sum of the humidity detection value and the humidity measurement compensation value, and determines the sum as an actual humidity value. By the method, the influence of the distance between the humidity detection point and the center of the box body on humidity acquisition is avoided, and the humidity acquisition precision in the box body is improved.
Optionally, the oven adjusts the power of the humidity control device according to the humidity inside the oven body, and the oven includes: under the condition that the humidity inside the box body is lower than a first humidity threshold value, the oven determines the fan rotating speed and the atomizer power corresponding to the humidity inside the box body according to a preset corresponding relation; the oven adjusts the rotating speed of the fan to a set fan rotating speed and adjusts the power of the atomizer to a set atomizer power according to the fan rotating speed and the atomizer power; the oven turns off the fan and the atomizer in case the humidity inside the enclosure is above a second humidity threshold.
Thus, when the humidity inside the cabinet is lower than the first humidity threshold, the humidity at this time is low, which inhibits the propagation of microorganisms, but does not maintain the taste of the food during the heat storage. Therefore, the oven confirms the fan rotating speed and the atomizer power corresponding to the humidity inside the box body according to the preset corresponding relation, adjusts the rotating speed of the fan to the set fan rotating speed, adjusts the atomizer power to the set atomizer power, enables the humidity inside the box body to be rapidly increased to the set humidity interval, and avoids the influence of the humidity inside the box body on the food taste. Under the condition that the humidity in the box body is higher than the second humidity threshold value, at the moment, the humidity in the box body is higher, microorganisms are easy to breed, and the food is deteriorated and the taste is poor in the heat storage process. Therefore, the oven closes the fan and the atomizer, so that the humidity inside the box body is quickly reduced to a set humidity range. Avoiding food deterioration caused by microorganism propagation.
As shown in connection with fig. 4, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for oven heat storage, including:
and S01, the oven responds to the storage instruction to acquire the temperature of the food.
And S02, adjusting the power of the heating device by the oven according to the temperature of the food to enable the temperature of the food to be in a set temperature range.
And S41, the oven determines the operation time length of the sterilizing device corresponding to the temperature of the food in each operation period and the interval time length of starting of the sterilizing device according to the preset corresponding relation.
And S42, the oven periodically starts the sterilizing device according to the running time length and the starting interval time length of each running period.
S31, the oven acquires the humidity inside the box body.
And S32, adjusting the power of the humidity control device by the oven according to the humidity inside the box body to enable the humidity inside the box body to be in a set humidity range.
S43, the oven determines an operation time length compensation value of the sterilization device corresponding to the humidity in the box body in each operation period and an interval time length compensation value for starting the sterilization device according to the preset corresponding relation.
And S44, the oven corrects the operation time length and the interval time length according to the operation time length compensation value and the interval time length compensation value.
And S45, the oven periodically starts the sterilizing device according to the corrected operation time length of each operation period and the corrected starting interval time length.
The set humidity range may be 40% to 60%. The humidity in the box body is controlled to be 40% -60%, the growth of microorganisms can be inhibited, and the taste of food is guaranteed.
Wherein, the preset corresponding relation comprises: the humidity inside the box body is positively correlated with the operation time of the sterilizing device in each operation period, and is negatively correlated with the interval time of starting the sterilizing device; the temperature inside the box body is in negative correlation with the operation time of the sterilizing device in each operation period, and is in positive correlation with the interval time of starting the sterilizing device.
By adopting the method for oven heat storage provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the oven can start the sterilizing device to sterilize and remove peculiar smell in the oven body. In addition, the humidity in the box body is obtained, the running time compensation value of each running period and the interval time compensation value of the starting of the sterilizing device are determined according to the humidity in the box body, and the running time and the starting interval time of each running period are corrected through the two compensation values respectively. Not only the influence of the temperature of the food on the quality of the food is considered, but also the influence of the humidity of the food on the quality of the food is considered. The humidity inside the box body is positively correlated with the operation time of the sterilizing device in each operation period, and negatively correlated with the interval time of starting the sterilizing device. Thus, in the case that the humidity inside the cabinet is excessive, microorganisms are easily propagated, and thus, the operation time period of the sterilizing apparatus is increased, and the interval time period for starting the sterilizing apparatus is reduced to inhibit the propagation of microorganisms. On the contrary, under the condition that the humidity in the box body is low, the microorganism propagation rate is low, so that the operation time of the sterilizing device is shortened, and the time interval of starting is prolonged, so that the energy consumption of the operation of the sterilizing device is reduced. By adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the operation energy consumption of the oven is reduced, the sterilization efficiency is improved, the taste and nutrition of food are better kept, and the intelligence of the oven is improved.
Optionally, the step of correcting the operation duration and the interval duration by the oven according to the operation duration compensation value and the interval duration compensation value includes: the oven calculates a first sum of the running time compensation value and the running time, and calculates a second sum of the interval time compensation value and the interval time; and determining the first sum value and the second sum value as the modified running time length of each running period and the modified interval time length of the startup respectively. Therefore, the compensation value is determined according to the humidity, so that the operation time length and the starting interval time length of the sterilization device are more accurate, the energy consumption of the sterilization device is reduced, and the sterilization efficiency is improved.
As shown in connection with fig. 5, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for oven heat storage, comprising:
and S01, the oven responds to the storage instruction to acquire the temperature of the food.
And S02, adjusting the power of the heating device by the oven according to the temperature of the food to enable the temperature of the food to be in a set temperature range.
And S03, periodically starting the sterilizing device by the oven.
And S51, finishing the operation of the oven, and collecting the mixed gas in the box body.
S52, the oven detects the mixed gas and obtains the current peculiar smell value.
And S53, starting the sterilizing device by the oven under the condition that the difference value between the current peculiar smell value and the standard peculiar smell value is larger than the peculiar smell threshold value.
Wherein, the set temperature interval can be 60-70 ℃. Because the microorganisms are in the potential breeding period at 4-60 ℃, the breeding of the microorganisms can be well controlled by controlling the temperature at 60-70 ℃ so as to maintain the taste and the nutrition of the food.
The end of the oven operation comprises the end of the oven execution storage mode, the end of the oven execution heating mode or the end of other operation modes.
By adopting the method for oven heat storage provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, after the operation of the oven is finished, the mixed gas in the oven body is collected and detected to obtain the current peculiar smell value, so that the peculiar smell condition in the oven body can be judged. And under the condition that the difference value between the current peculiar smell value and the standard peculiar smell value is larger than the peculiar smell threshold value, the oven starts the sterilizing device. Therefore, the phenomenon that the inner container is peculiar smell caused by long-time use of the oven is avoided, and the cleanliness of the oven is improved.
