Uniformly mixing the blocking agent A and 95-100% (v/v) ethanol aqueous solution according to the mass ratio of 1:1-20 to obtain the product, wherein the stirring speed is 100-500r/min, the stirring time is 0.5-2h, and the dissolving temperature is 35-55 ℃;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The sweet essence prepared by the invention is fat-soluble controlled-release sweet essence for cigarettes, can be added into glycerol triacetate to directly prepare a sweet filter stick, and widens the application range of the sweet essence;
(2) The emulsified wall material matrix is used as the fat-soluble matrix to wrap the water-soluble sweetener, so that the problem that the water-soluble sweetener cannot be directly dissolved in the glyceryl triacetate can be effectively solved, and the utilization effect of the sweetener is greatly improved;
(3) In the preparation process of the sweet glyceryl triacetate, an ultrasonic emulsification technology is adopted, and the liquid slow-release mint essence and the glyceryl triacetate are uniformly mixed together, so that the uniform distribution of the sweet feeling of the cigarette filter stick is ensured;
(4) The solvent adopted by the invention is water and ethanol which are edible solvents, so that the preparation method is safer, the glyceryl triacetate and the slow-release sweet essence can be combined, and the system is more uniform;
(5) The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, low cost and good sweetening effect, and the sweetening effect can be achieved only by a small amount of sweetener;
(6) The essence and the sweetening agent in the filter stick are mainly added into glyceryl triacetate, saliva gradually contacts the filter stick in the process of smoking cigarettes by consumers, and the essence is slowly and continuously dissolved and released, so that the comfort of smoking cigarettes is improved, and the harm of the cigarettes to human health is reduced;
(7) According to the invention, the filter tip with better sweet feeling effect is prepared by respectively adding the sweetening filter stick and the transfer paper, and the sweetening filter stick and the transfer paper act synergistically, so that the transfer paper can effectively sweeten and play a role in blocking a sweetening agent, the sweetening effect and the smoking taste are further improved, and the sweet feeling is more durable.

3. preparing sweet cigarette

Example 3
1. Preparation of filter stick containing sustained-release sweet essence
(1) Preparation of wall material matrix solution
(1) According to the sucrose ester: propylene glycol monostearate =1:1 (mass ratio) weighing 1kg of wall material;
(2) selecting a Span80: glucate-SS =2:1 (mass ratio), weighing 50g of Span80 and Glucate-SS in total according to the weight ratio of 20 (mass ratio) of wall material to 20 (mass ratio) of emulsifier;
(3) according to wall material matrix: weighing 15.75kg of 70% ethanol aqueous solution (mass ratio) = 1% of 70% ethanol aqueous solution, and mixing and stirring the mixture therein at the stirring speed of 500r/min, the temperature of 55 ℃ and the stirring time of 1h to obtain the wall material matrix solution.
(2) Preparing a sweetener solution;
(1) according to the mass ratio of 2.
(2) Then, according to the mass ratio of 5:1, 1kg of acesulfame and sucralose are weighed and used as a sweetening agent.
(3) Weighing 3kg of lactic acid, citric acid and malic acid according to the mass ratio of 1.
(4) According to the saccharide: a sweetening agent: acids =23:1:2 (mass ratio), weighing 5kg of total mass of the saccharides, the sweetening agent and the acids, and weighing 5kg of 20% ethanol water solution according to the mass ratio of the total mass of the saccharides, the sweetening agent and the acids to the ethanol water solution of 1. At 40 ℃, the stirring speed is 500rpm, and the sweetener solution of the embodiment is obtained after the components are mixed and stirred for 2 hours until the components are mixed evenly.
(3) Mixing the wall material matrix solution and the sweetener solution to obtain a solution I;

Respectively weighing 1kg and 20kg of the solution I and the glycerol triacetate according to the mass ratio =1 of the solution I to the glycerol triacetate; dispersing under 60Mpa at 25000r/min for 150min.
(5) Spraying and coating the essence with the sustained and controlled release sweet feeling on the tows of the cigarettes by 30% of the mass of the tows of the cigarettes, and then gluing;
(6) Feeding the tows into a forming cavity of a filter tip forming machine set to form tow strips containing sweet essence, and wrapping the tow strips with forming paper;
(7) And cutting to obtain the tobacco filter stick with the sustained and controlled release sweet essence.
2. Preparation of double-barrier agent transfer paper
(1) Preparation of Barrier agent A (polyvinyl acetate and hydroxyethyl cellulose) solution
Example 3 polyvinyl acetate was chosen: hydroxyethyl cellulose =1:2 (mass ratio) as the blocking agent a. Uniformly stirring a blocking agent A and 100% ethanol in a mass ratio of 1;
(2) Preparation of controlled-release sweet photosensitive oil
(2.1) preparing a solution of a blocking agent B (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose);

(4) According to the saccharide: a sweetening agent: acids =23:1:2 (mass ratio), weighing 5kg of total mass of saccharides (maltose, starch sugar and lactose), sweeteners (acesulfame and sucralose) and acids (lactic acid, citric acid and malic acid), and weighing 5kg of 20% ethanol water solution according to the mass ratio of the total mass of the saccharides, the sweeteners and the acids to the ethanol water solution of 1. And (3) mixing and stirring for 2 hours at 40 ℃ and the stirring speed of 500rpm until all the components are uniformly mixed to obtain the sweet flavor of the embodiment.
(2.3) mixing a solution of a blocking agent B (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose), a sweet flavor and gloss oil according to a mass ratio of 2:2:80, performing high-speed dispersion and high-pressure homogenization treatment for 150min under the conditions that the pressure is 60MPa and the stirring speed is 25,000r/min to obtain the controlled-release sweet photosensitive oil;
(3) Preparing transfer paper for cigarettes;
coating the raw paper on the surface of the raw paper by a gravure printing process, wherein the printing process flow comprises the following steps:
(3.1) printing a base color and a blocking agent A; the temperature of the oven is 160 ℃, the speed of the oven is 70m/min, and the pressure of the plate roller is 0.3mpa;
(3.2) pearl luster printing;
(3.3) printing the controlled-release sweet photosensitive oil; the temperature of the oven is 160 ℃, the speed of the oven is 70m/min, and the pressure of the plate roller is 0.3mpa;
(3.4) gold stamping;
(3.5) slitting;
(3.6) punching;
3. preparing sweet cigarette
And (4) rolling and connecting the filter stick prepared in the step one and the transfer paper prepared in the step two by adopting a conventional method to prepare the sweet cigarette.
Example 4
Evaluation of cigarette sensory quality
Cigarette sensory quality evaluations were performed on cigarette samples containing conventional filters and the cigarette samples prepared with the filter rods of examples 1 to 3 according to the national standard GB5606.4-2005, and the average score after smoking evaluation by 10 smokers is shown in table 1.

The results of the three examples compared to the comparative example show that:
1. there was a slight loss of aroma.
2. The natural and comfortable sweet feeling of promoting the secretion of saliva can improve the comfort of the oral cavity. Thereby improving the scores of miscellaneous gas, stimulation and aftertaste and improving the overall smoking comfort of the cigarette.
Example 5
Hazardous substance detection
The cigarette filter rods obtained in examples 1 to 3 were subjected to a comparative test with cigarettes to which no wall material base and no sweetener were added, and examined by methods according to ISO and GB, as shown in table 2.

The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of sweet cigarettes containing sustained and controlled release sweet essence filters and double-barrier agent transfer paper is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1. preparation of filter stick containing sustained-release sweet essence
(1) Emulsifying a wall material by an emulsifier to obtain a wall material matrix, and dissolving the wall material matrix in an ethanol water solution to obtain a wall material matrix solution;
(2) Preparing a sweetener solution;
(3) Mixing the wall material matrix solution and the sweetener solution to obtain a solution I;
(4) Mixing the solution I and glycerol triacetate according to a mass ratio of 1:1-20, dispersing in an atmosphere with a pressure of 30-60Mpa at a stirring speed of 13000-25000r/min for 90-150min to obtain the controlled-release sweet essence;
(5) Spraying and coating the sustained-release sweet essence prepared in the step one on the tows in an amount which is 10-30% of the mass of the tows for the cigarettes, and then gluing;
(6) Feeding the tows into a forming cavity of a filter tip forming machine set to form tow strips containing sweet essence, and wrapping forming paper;
(7) Cutting to obtain the tobacco filter stick with the sustained and controlled release sweet essence;
2. preparation of double-barrier agent transfer paper
(1) Preparation of solution of Barrier agent A
Uniformly mixing the blocking agent A and 95-100% (v/v) ethanol aqueous solution according to the mass ratio of 1:1-20 to obtain the product, wherein the stirring speed is 100-500r/min, the stirring time is 0.5-2h, and the dissolving temperature is 35-55 ℃;
the blocking agent A is one or a mixture of more of epoxidized soybean oil, cellulose diacetate, cellulose acetate propionate, polyvinyl butyral, polyvinyl acetate and hydroxyethyl cellulose;
(2) Preparation of controlled-release sweet photosensitive oil
(2.1) preparing a solution of a blocking agent B;
dissolving the blocking agent B in 0-20% (v/v) ethanol water solution, and mixing uniformly to obtain a blocking agent B solution;
the blocking agent B is one or a mixture of more of polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose;
(2.2) preparation of sweet essence
Mixing saccharide, sweetener and acid according to the mass ratio of 3-25:1 to 5:3-10 is dissolved in 0-20% (v/v) ethanol water solution to obtain;
(2.3) dispersing the solution of the blocking agent B, the sweet essence and the gloss oil at high speed under high pressure to obtain the controlled-release sweet gloss oil;
(3) Preparing transfer paper for cigarettes;
coating the raw paper on the surface of the raw paper by a gravure printing process, wherein the printing process flow comprises the following steps:
(3.1) printing a base color and a blocking agent A;
(3.2) pearl luster printing;
(3.3) printing the controlled-release sweet photosensitive oil;
(3.4) gold stamping;
(3.5) slitting;
(3.6) punching;
3. preparing sweet cigarette
And (4) rolling and connecting the filter stick prepared in the step one and the transfer paper prepared in the step two to prepare the sweet cigarette.
2. The preparation method of the essence with sustained and controlled release and sweet taste according to claim 1, is characterized in that: in the first step, the wall material is selected from one or a mixture of more of sucrose ester, polyglycerol polyricinoleate, vinyl acetate, monoglyceride and propylene glycol monostearate; the mass ratio of the wall material matrix to the ethanol water solution is 1:1-15, and the mass concentration of the ethanol water solution is 50% -70%; the mixing stirring speed is 100-500r/min, the temperature is 25-55 ℃, and the stirring time is 0.5-2h.
3. The preparation method of the essence with sustained and controlled release and sweet taste according to claim 1, is characterized in that: in the first step, the emulsifier is selected from one or a mixture of more of Span60, span65, span80 and Glucate-SS, and the HLB value of the emulsifier is between 3 and 6.
4. The preparation method of the essence with sustained and controlled release and sweet taste according to claim 1, wherein in the step one (2), the sweetener solution is prepared by dissolving sugar substances, sweeteners and acid substances in 0-20% ethanol water solution by mass concentration; wherein the mass ratio of the carbohydrate, the sweetener and the acid is 3-25, namely 1-5:3-10; the mass ratio of the total mass of the carbohydrate, the sweetening agent and the acid substance to the ethanol water solution is 1:1-20; the saccharide is selected from one or more of glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, starch sugar and lactose; the sweetener is selected from one or more of saccharin, saccharin sodium, sodium cyclamate, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, sucralose and neotame; the acid substance is one or a mixture of more of lactic acid, acetic acid, citric acid and malic acid; the stirring speed is 100-500r/min, the temperature is 25-55 ℃, and the stirring time is 0.5-2h in the dissolving process.
5. The preparation method of the essence with sustained and controlled release and sweet taste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the sweetener solution to the wall material matrix solution in the step one (3) is 1:1-20; stirring at a rotation speed of 100-500r/min and a temperature of 25-55 deg.C for 0.5-2h; the mixing method is to drop the sweetener solution into the wall material matrix solution drop by drop while stirring.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution in the second step (2.1) is 0-20%; the stirring speed for dissolving is 100-500r/min, the temperature is 25-55 ℃, and the stirring time is 0.5-2h.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution in the second step (2.2) is 0% -20%; the stirring speed in the dissolving process is 100-500r/min, the temperature is 25-55 ℃, and the stirring time is 0.5-2h;
the saccharide is selected from one or more of glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, starch sugar and lactose; the sweetener is selected from one or more of saccharin, saccharin sodium, sodium cyclamate, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, and neotame; the acid is selected from one or more of lactic acid, acetic acid, citric acid, and malic acid.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the second step (2.3), the mass ratio of the solution of the blocking agent B to the sweet flavor to the gloss oil is 1-10:1-10:20 to 80 percent, the dispersion pressure is 30 to 60MPa, and the stirring speed is 13,000 to 25,000r/min.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein, in the second step (3),
in the printing process of the primer and the blocking agent A, the temperature of an oven is 140-160 ℃, the vehicle speed is 60-80m/min, and the pressure of a plate roller is 0.2-0.4mpa;
in the controlled-release sweet photosensitive oil printing process, the temperature of an oven is 140-160 ℃, the vehicle speed is 60-80m/min, and the pressure of a plate roller is 0.2-0.4mpa.
10. A sweet cigarette with a sustained and controlled release sweet essence filter tip and double-barrier agent transfer paper is characterized in that: prepared by the process of any one of claims 1 to 9.
