Meanwhile, the dryer provided by the embodiment of the invention can introduce indoor air into the machine body 200 and discharge dehumidified air to the indoor space by adding the dehumidification box 100, and has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
In the dryer, the dehumidifying box 100 may be detachably installed on the machine body 200, or the dehumidifying box 100 may be non-detachably installed on the machine body 200. The former may be selected for ease of disassembly, repair and maintenance. In order to ensure stability, the dehumidifying cartridge 100 can be fixed in the body 200.
The fixing manner of the dehumidification box 100 may be selected according to actual needs, such as welding, fastening, clamping, and the like, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
In the above-mentioned laundry dryer, a filter cartridge is generally provided to filter air inside the laundry dryer, for example, to filter lint and the like in the air. In order to reduce the modification to the structure of the dryer, the dryer may be selected to include a filter cartridge detachably disposed at the machine body 200; the dehumidifying cartridge 100 and the filtering cartridge are used to be disposed at the same position of the machine body 200, and specifically, the dryer has: the filter box is disposed in the machine body 200 and the dehumidifying box 100 is not disposed in the machine body 200 in a first state, and the dehumidifying box 100 is disposed in the machine body 200 and the filter box is not disposed in the machine body 200 in a second state.
In the clothes dryer, when the indoor air needs to be dehumidified, the dehumidification box 100 is arranged at the box body installation position of the machine body 200, and the filter box cannot be arranged at the box body installation position of the machine body 200; when the clothes need to be dried, the filter box is disposed at the box mounting position of the machine body 200, and the dehumidifying box 100 cannot be disposed at the box mounting position of the machine body 200.
In practical applications, the dehumidifying cartridge 100 and the filtering cartridge may be disposed at different positions of the machine body 200, and both of the dehumidifying cartridge and the filtering cartridge may be disposed in the machine body 200 at the same time.
In order to facilitate the start of dehumidification, the body 200 is provided with a reed switch, and the dehumidification box 100 is provided with a magnet 170 used in cooperation with the reed switch. When the reed switch senses the magnet 170, the control panel of the dryer can control the dryer to dehumidify.
It should be noted that, when the magnetic reed switch does not sense the magnet 170, the control panel of the clothes dryer cannot control the clothes dryer to dehumidify; when the magnetic reed switch senses the magnet 170, the control panel of the clothes dryer is operated, and the clothes dryer can be controlled to dehumidify. It should be noted that, during the dehumidification process, the fan of the dryer is operated to accelerate the dehumidification.
In the dehumidifying cartridge 100, the arrangement of the magnet 170 is selected according to actual needs. In order to protect the magnet 170, the dehumidifying box 100 is provided with a placing cavity 124, the magnet 170 is positioned in the placing cavity 124, and the dehumidifying box 100 is further provided with a blocking member 180 which is positioned in the placing cavity 124 and blocks the magnet 170.
It is understood that one end of the placement cavity 124 has an opening through which the magnet 170 is placed into the placement cavity 124, and the blocking member 180 is used to block the opening and limit the position of the magnet 170. The number of the openings may be one, or two or more, and this embodiment does not limit this.
One or more magnets 170 may be provided. For the sake of simplicity, the magnet 170 is one, and the opening of the placing cavity 124 is also one, and in this case, the blocking member 180 is one.
The shapes of the magnet 170, the placing cavity 124, and the blocking member 180 are selected according to actual needs, for example, the placing cavity 124 and the magnet 170 are in a rectangular parallelepiped shape or a column shape, and the blocking member 180 is adapted to the shape of the placing cavity 124. This embodiment is not limited to this. For convenience of material selection, the placing cavity 124, the magnet 170 and the blocking member 180 are rectangular, as shown in fig. 12, 15 and 16.
The specific type of the blocking member 180 is selected according to actual needs. To achieve sealing, the blocking member 180 may be selected to be a rubber sealing block. Of course, the blocking member 180 may be a screw member, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the dehumidifying box 100, the specific positions of the air inlet and the air outlet are selected according to actual requirements. In order to simplify the structure, the air inlet and the air outlet can be arranged side by side. Specifically, the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, or the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged side by side in the vertical direction. Of course, the air inlet and the air outlet may be arranged side by side along other directions, and are not limited to the above limitation.
It is understood that the vertical direction is a height direction of the dryer, and the horizontal direction is parallel to a placing surface of the dryer. The horizontal direction is perpendicular to the vertical direction.
In order to reduce the influence on the height of the clothes dryer, the air inlet and the air outlet can be selected to be arranged side by side along the horizontal direction.
In the clothes dryer, the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged side by side, so that the entering air and the discharged air are easy to convect, and the dehumidifying effect is influenced. In order to solve the above problems, the air inlet may be provided with an air inlet guide member 121, and the air guiding direction of the air inlet guide member 121 is from the lower side of the air inlet far from the air outlet to the upper side of the air inlet close to the air outlet; the air outlet is provided with air outlet air guide 122, and the air guide direction of air outlet air guide 122 points to the top of one side of keeping away from the air intake from the below of one side of air outlet near the air intake.

In the above structure, because the cold air is heavy and the hot air is light, the air intake guide member 121 is selected to make the indoor air enter from the lower part of the side of the air inlet far from the air outlet and flow to the upper part of the side of the air inlet near the air outlet; the air outlet guide 122 discharges the dehumidified hot air from the upper side of the air outlet away from the air inlet. Specifically, for example, the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, as shown in fig. 12, the air outlet is located on the left side of the air inlet, the air inlet guide 121 is a grille and the air inlet guide 121 is inclined toward the upper left, the air outlet guide 122 is a grille and the air outlet guide is inclined toward the lower right, moist air is sucked from the lower right of the air inlet guide 121, hot air is led out from the upper left of the air outlet guide 122, and convection of air flows between the air inlet and the air outlet is prevented.
In the clothes dryer, the body 200 may be provided with a receiving groove, and the dehumidifying box 100 is located in the receiving groove. The dehumidifying box 100 can be sunk into the accommodating groove, can be flush with the accommodating groove, and can also protrude out of the accommodating groove. In order to improve the protection, the dehumidifying cartridge 100 is sunk into the receiving groove, i.e., a predetermined distance is formed between the dehumidifying cartridge 100 and the notch of the receiving groove. Further, above-mentioned dryer still includes the shrouding, and above-mentioned shrouding can detachably seal above-mentioned holding tank. When the dryer is not needed, the containing groove can be sealed by the sealing plate.
In order to facilitate the installation of the dehumidifying cartridge 100 into the body 200, the dehumidifying cartridge 100 is tapered from an inner end thereof to an outer end thereof, as shown in fig. 7 and 8. Wherein, the air inlet and the air outlet are both located at the outer end of the dehumidifying box 100, it can be understood that the end of the dehumidifying box 100 exposed out of the machine body 200 is the outer end of the dehumidifying box 100, and the end of the dehumidifying box 100 extending into the machine body 200 is the inner end of the dehumidifying box 100.
It should be noted that the dehumidifying case 100 may be tapered from the inner end to the outer end, and alternatively, the dehumidifying case 100 may be tapered, for example, the tapered portion does not extend to the outer end of the dehumidifying case 100.
The diverging structure of the dehumidifying cartridge 100 is selected according to actual needs, for example, the length of the dehumidifying cartridge 100 gradually increases from the inner end to the outer end thereof, as shown in fig. 7; and/or, the height of the dehumidifying cartridge 100 is gradually increased from its inner end to its outer end, as shown in fig. 8; and/or, the dehumidifying cartridge 100 may have a width gradually increasing from an inner end thereof to an outer end thereof, which is not limited in the embodiment.
The specific structure of the dehumidifying cartridge 100 is selected according to actual needs. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 to 12, the dehumidifying cartridge 100 includes: a case 110, a cover plate 120 fixedly and hermetically connected to the case 110; wherein, the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged on the cover plate 120; the cartridge body 110 is provided with: an air inlet 117 communicated with the inside of the machine body 200, an air inlet channel 111 communicated with the air inlet 117 and the air inlet, an air return channel 114 communicated with the inside of the machine body 200, and an air outlet channel 112 communicated with the air return channel 114 and the air outlet. It is understood that the air inlet duct 111 and the air outlet duct 112 are isolated from each other.
The cover 120 is detachably and fixedly coupled to the case 110 for maintenance. Specifically, the cover 120 is clamped to the cassette 110, for example, the cassette 110 is provided with a buckle 113, and the cover 120 is provided with a slot 123 clamped to the buckle 113. Of course, the cover 120 and the case 110 may be connected by other methods, and are not limited to the above embodiment.
For sealing, the cover plate 120 is connected to the case 110 by a sealing ring 190.
In the dehumidifying cartridge 100, the cover plate 120 may be optionally installed on the body 200 for installation, that is, the cover plate 120 may be directly connected to the body 200. Specifically, the cover plate 120 may be detachably disposed on the body 200, for example, the cover plate 120 may be detachably engaged with the body 200. To facilitate the clamping, the cover plate 120 can be selectively and detachably clamped with the machine body 200 by rotating the clamping lug 140. Of course, the connection between the cover plate 120 and the body 200 can be realized by other methods, and is not limited to the above embodiments.
In the dehumidifying box 100, the box body 110 may be optionally disposed on the machine body 200, that is, the box body 110 may be directly connected to the machine body 200, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
When the dehumidifying case 100 is gradually expanded from the inner end to the outer end thereof, only the case body 110 may be selectively gradually expanded from the inner end to the outer end thereof. Of course, the cover plate 120 may also be selected to be tapered from its inner end to its outer end.
In the clothes dryer, in order to facilitate the exhaust of the dehumidified air, the air return opening 114 is located at one side of the box body 110, and the air outlet is located at an end of the box body 110. At this time, the axes of the return air inlet 114 and the outlet are vertical. To facilitate air outlet, the air outlet channel 112 is provided with a flow guiding structure 116, as shown in fig. 9.
The specific structure of the flow guide structure 116 is selected according to actual needs. For the convenience of flow guiding, the flow guiding structure 116 is a flow guiding plate, the flow guiding plate separates the air inlet channel 111 and the air outlet channel 112, and the flow guiding plate is arc-shaped and protrudes toward the air inlet channel 111, as shown in fig. 9 and 10.
The baffle 116 is arc-shaped and has a relatively weak strength. For increased strength, the above-mentioned deflector is provided with a reinforcement plate 115, and the reinforcement plate 115 guides the flow in the direction of the deflector, as shown in fig. 9 and 10. It is understood that the reinforcing plate 115 is an arc-shaped plate.
Because the indoor air is easy to have dust and the inside of the clothes dryer is easy to have lint. In order to purify the air, the dehumidifying cartridge 100 further includes: a first filter element 150 disposed on the air inlet channel 111, and a second filter element 160 disposed on the air outlet channel 112, as shown in fig. 5, 13 and 14.
It can be understood that the first filter unit 150 filters the air flowing through the air inlet passage 111, that is, the first filter unit 150 filters the indoor air; the second filter member 160 filters the air flowing through the outlet air passage 112, that is, the second filter member 160 filters the dehumidified air.
For convenience of installation, the first filter element 150 may be located at an end of the case body 110 away from the cover plate 120; the second filter member 160 is disposed at an end of the cartridge body 110 adjacent to the cover 120. In this case, the filtering area of the first filter member 150 may be selected to be larger than that of the second filter member 160.
