The invention provides a test method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a shot image from a camera, wherein the shot image is an image shot by the camera on a remote controller to be tested placed on a test table top, identifying the shot image to obtain position information of keys in the remote controller to be tested, acquiring the position information of the keys to be tested from the position information of the keys in the remote controller to be tested, controlling an operation device to move to a position corresponding to the position information of the keys to be tested according to the position information of the keys to be tested, controlling the operation device to operate the keys to be tested, receiving a test result signal of the keys to be tested, which is sent by an infrared receiving device, and determining a test result of the keys to be tested according to a relation between the test result signal of the keys to be tested and the obtained key function signal of the keys to be tested; that is to say, in the embodiment of the present invention, the position information of the key in the remote controller to be tested is obtained by identifying the image shot by the remote controller to be tested placed on the testing table through the camera, so that the position information of the key to be tested is obtained on the basis of knowing the position information of the key in the remote controller to be tested, the operating device is controlled to move to the position corresponding to the position information, then the operating device is controlled to operate the key to be tested, after the operating device operates the key to be tested, the test result signal of the key to be tested sent by the infrared receiving device is received, and the test result is determined according to the relationship between the test result signal and the obtained key function signal of the key to be tested.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a testing apparatus, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an optional testing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the testing apparatus may include:
a first acquisition module 31 for acquiring a captured image from a camera;
the shot image is an image shot by a camera on a remote controller to be tested and placed on the test table board;
the identification module 32 is used for identifying the shot image to obtain the position information of the keys in the remote controller to be detected;
the second obtaining module 33 is configured to obtain the position information of the key to be tested from the position information of the key in the remote controller to be tested;
the control module 34 is used for controlling the mobile operation device to move to a position corresponding to the position information of the key to be tested according to the position information of the key to be tested, and controlling the operation device to operate the key to be tested;
the receiving module 35 is configured to receive a test result signal of the key to be tested, which is sent by the infrared receiving device;
the determining module 36 is configured to determine a test result of the key to be tested according to a relationship between the test result signal of the key to be tested and the obtained key function signal of the key to be tested.
In an alternative embodiment, the identification module 32 is specifically configured to:
and identifying the key position of the remote controller to be detected in the shot image by adopting an image identification algorithm to obtain the position information of the key in the remote controller to be detected.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus is further configured to:
identifying the shot image to obtain function information of a key in the remote controller to be detected;
acquiring the function information of the key to be tested from the function information of the key in the remote control to be tested;
determining a key function signal corresponding to the function information of the key to be tested according to the corresponding relationship between the pre-stored function information of the key in the remote controller to be tested and the key function signal;
and determining the corresponding key function signal as the key function signal of the key to be tested.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus is further configured to:
and determining the key function signal of the key to be tested according to the position information of the key to be tested based on the pre-stored corresponding relation between the position information of the key in the remote controller to be tested and the key function signal.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus is further configured to:
identifying the shot image to obtain the function information of the keys in the remote controller to be tested;
determining a key function signal corresponding to the key function information according to a corresponding relation between the pre-stored key function information and the key function signal;
and corresponding the position information of the keys with the key function signals corresponding to the determined function information of the keys, forming a corresponding relation between the position information of the keys in the remote controller to be tested and the key function signals, and storing the corresponding relation.
In an optional embodiment, the recognizing the captured image by the device to obtain the function information of the key in the remote controller to be tested includes:
and identifying characters on the keys of the remote controller to be detected in the shot image by adopting an OCR technology to obtain the function information of the keys in the remote controller to be detected.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus is further configured to:
after a shot image is obtained from the camera, the outline of the remote controller to be detected in the shot image is identified by adopting an image identification algorithm, and the shape of the remote controller to be detected in the shot image is obtained;
determining the position of the remote controller to be tested on the table top to be tested according to the shape of the remote controller to be tested;
and controlling the operation device to move the remote controller to be tested to the position to be tested.
In an alternative embodiment, the determination module 36 is further configured to:
when the function indicated by the test result signal of the key to be tested is the same as the function indicated by the acquired key function signal of the key to be tested, determining that the test result of the key to be tested is successful;
and when the function indicated by the test result signal of the key to be tested is different from the function indicated by the acquired key function signal of the key to be tested, determining that the test result of the key to be tested is test failure.
In practical applications, the first obtaining module 31, the identifying module 32, the second obtaining module 33, the controlling module 34, the receiving module 35 and the determining module 36 may be implemented by a processor located on a testing apparatus, specifically, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Microprocessor Unit (MPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), or a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA).
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an optional server in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a server 400, including:
a processor 41 and a storage medium 42 storing instructions executable by the processor 41, wherein the storage medium 42 depends on the processor 41 via a communication bus 43 to perform operations, and when the instructions are executed by the processor 41, the testing method of the first embodiment is performed.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the various components in the terminal are coupled together by a communication bus 43. It will be appreciated that the communication bus 43 is used to enable communications among the components. The communication bus 43 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus, in addition to a data bus. But for clarity of illustration the various buses are labeled in figure 4 as communication bus 43.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an alternative test system in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a test system 500, including:
comprises a server 51, a camera 52, a table 53 to be measured, an operating device 54 and an infrared receiving device 55 according to one or more embodiments.
The server 51 is in communication connection with the camera 52, the table 53 to be tested, the operating device 54 and the infrared receiving device 55.
The operation device 54 may be a three-axis manipulator, and the number of the infrared receiving devices 55 may be one or more than one, which is consistent with the number of the remote controllers to be tested for multiple tests.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer storage medium storing executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, perform the testing method of embodiment one.
The computer-readable storage medium may be a magnetic random access Memory (FRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical Disc, or a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM).
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of a hardware embodiment, a software embodiment, or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (12)

1. A method of testing, comprising:
acquiring a shot image from a camera; the shot image is an image shot by the camera on a remote controller to be tested placed on a test table board;
identifying the shot image to obtain the position information of the keys in the remote controller to be detected;
acquiring the position information of the key to be tested from the position information of the key in the remote controller to be tested;
according to the position information of the key to be tested, controlling an operation device to move to a position corresponding to the position information of the key to be tested, and controlling the operation device to operate the key to be tested;
receiving a test result signal of the key to be tested, which is sent by an infrared receiving device;
and determining the test result of the key to be tested according to the relationship between the test result signal of the key to be tested and the obtained key function signal of the key to be tested.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identifying the captured image to obtain the position information of the key in the remote controller to be tested comprises:
and identifying the key position of the remote controller to be detected in the shot image by adopting an image identification algorithm to obtain the position information of the key in the remote controller to be detected.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
identifying the shot image to obtain function information of the keys in the remote controller to be tested;
acquiring the function information of the key to be tested from the function information of the key in the remote control to be tested;
determining a key function signal corresponding to the function information of the key to be tested according to a pre-stored corresponding relationship between the function information of the key in the remote controller to be tested and the key function signal;
and determining the corresponding key function signal as the key function signal of the key to be tested.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and determining the key function signal of the key to be tested according to the position information of the key to be tested based on the pre-stored corresponding relation between the position information of the key in the remote controller to be tested and the key function signal.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
identifying the shot image to obtain the function information of the keys in the remote controller to be tested;
determining a key function signal corresponding to the key function information according to a corresponding relation between the pre-stored key function information and the key function signal;
and corresponding the position information of the keys with the determined key function signals corresponding to the function information of the keys, forming the corresponding relation between the position information of the keys in the remote controller to be tested and the key function signals, and storing the corresponding relation.
6. The method according to claim 3 or 5, wherein the identifying the shot image to obtain the function information of the key in the remote controller to be tested comprises:
and identifying characters on the keys of the remote controller to be detected in the shot image by adopting an OCR technology to obtain the function information of the keys in the remote controller to be detected.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after acquiring the captured image from the camera, the method further comprises:
identifying the outline of the remote controller to be detected in the shot image by adopting an image identification algorithm to obtain the shape of the remote controller to be detected in the shot image;
determining the position of the remote controller to be tested on the table top to be tested according to the shape of the remote controller to be tested;
and controlling the operating device to move the remote controller to be tested to the position to be tested.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the determining the test result of the key to be tested according to the relationship between the test result signal of the key to be tested and the obtained key function signal of the key to be tested comprises:
when the function indicated by the test result signal of the key to be tested is the same as the function indicated by the acquired key function signal of the key to be tested, determining that the test result of the key to be tested is successful;
and when the function indicated by the test result signal of the key to be tested is different from the function indicated by the acquired key function signal of the key to be tested, determining that the test result of the key to be tested is test failure.
9. A test apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a shot image from the camera; the shot image is an image shot by the camera on a remote controller to be tested placed on a test table board;
the identification module is used for identifying the shot image to obtain the position information of the keys in the remote controller to be detected;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the position information of the key to be detected from the position information of the key in the remote controller to be detected;
the control module is used for controlling the mobile operation device to move to a position corresponding to the position information of the key to be tested according to the position information of the key to be tested and controlling the operation device to operate the key to be tested;
the receiving module is used for receiving a test result signal of the key to be tested, which is sent by the infrared receiving device;
and the determining module is used for determining the test result of the key to be tested according to the relationship between the test result signal of the key to be tested and the acquired key function signal of the key to be tested.
10. A server, comprising:
a processor and a storage medium storing instructions executable by the processor to perform operations dependent on the processor via a communications bus, the instructions when executed by the processor performing the testing method of any of claims 1 to 8 above.
11. A test system comprising the server of claim 10, a camera, a table to be tested, an operating device and an infrared receiving device;
the server is respectively in communication connection with the camera, the table board to be detected, the operating device and the infrared receiving device.
12. A computer storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, perform the testing method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
