As described in the foregoing embodiments, the battery top cover assembly 10 is combined with the battery top cover assembly 10, and the battery top cover assembly is sealed and detachable, so that the battery 100 can be conveniently replenished with electrolyte, and the secondary use of the battery 100 can be conveniently realized.
The present application also provides a battery pack comprising a battery pack, wherein the battery pack comprises the battery shown in fig. 10.
The application also provides electric equipment, and the battery pack is adopted. It should be noted herein that the battery top cap assembly shown in the drawings and described in the present specification is only a few examples of the wide variety of battery top cap assemblies that can employ the principles of the present application. It should be clearly understood that the principles of the present application are in no way limited to any of the details or any of the components of the battery top cap assembly shown in the drawings or described in the present specification.
The foregoing is a detailed description of several exemplary embodiments of the battery top cap assembly according to the present application, and the use of the battery top cap assembly according to the present application will be described below as an exemplary embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 10, the use process of the battery top cap assembly proposed in the present application is: the sealing plug is arranged in the liquid injection hole, the plug of the sealing plug and the liquid injection hole are in a small interference fit mode, the interference is 0.15-0.25mm, at the moment, the plug cap of the sealing plug is positioned in the sinking table hole, then the pin is arranged in the pin hole on the first side wall of the sinking table hole, the elastic piece is sleeved on the pin, the mounting cover is covered on the sealing plug after the elastic piece is compressed, then the elastic piece is released, the elastic piece is abutted with the plane on the second side wall of the mounting cover, and at the moment, the elastic force of the elastic piece can stably extrude the mounting cover in the sinking table hole.
When the secondary fluid infusion is needed, the mounting cover can be taken down through the groove compression elastic piece, then the sealing plug is taken down, and the secondary fluid infusion can be carried out on the battery.
Referring to fig. 5 to 10, the use process of the battery top cap assembly proposed in the present application is: the sealing plug is arranged in the liquid injection hole, the plug of the sealing plug and the liquid injection hole are in a small interference fit mode, the interference is 0.15-0.25mm, at the moment, the plug cap of the sealing plug is positioned in the sinking table hole, then the pin is respectively arranged in the pin hole on the first side wall of the sinking table hole, the elastic piece is respectively sleeved in the pin, the first half cover and the second half cover are butted to form the mounting cover, the mounting cover is covered on the sealing plug after the elastic piece is compressed, then the elastic piece is released, the elastic piece is respectively butted with the plane on the second side wall of the mounting cover, and at the moment, the elastic force of the elastic piece can stably extrude the mounting cover in the sinking table hole.
When the secondary fluid infusion is needed, the mounting cover can be taken down through the groove compression elastic piece, then the sealing plug is taken down, and the secondary fluid infusion can be carried out on the battery.
Through the use of the battery top cover assembly of this application, can obtain the battery top cover assembly of this application, through setting up elastic component and installation lid, can avoid adopting the welding to seal, realized sealed detachable, sealed effectual and can realize the secondary fluid infusion of battery.
To sum up, the battery top cap subassembly that this application provided includes apron, installation lid, connecting piece and sealing plug. The cover plate is provided with a liquid injection hole and a sinking platform hole, and the liquid injection hole is used for injecting electrolyte into the battery. The sinking platform hole is communicated with one side of the liquid injection hole, which is close to the outside of the battery, and is provided with a first side wall. The mounting cover is arranged in the sinking table hole, the connecting piece is arranged on the first side wall in an elastically telescopic manner, the second side wall is provided with a mounting hole, and one end of the connecting piece far away from the first side wall is inserted into the mounting hole so that the mounting cover and the cover plate are detachably connected; or the connecting piece is elastically telescopic and arranged on the second side wall, the first side wall is provided with a mounting hole, and one end of the connecting piece far away from the second side wall is inserted into the mounting hole so that the mounting cover and the cover plate are detachably connected. The mounting cover can protect the sealing plug and is convenient to detach. The battery top cover assembly of the application realizes that welding is not needed for sealing, and the sealing is detachable, so that secondary liquid injection of the battery is convenient.
The battery that this application provided, including foretell battery top cap subassembly, sealed effect is good, can supply electrolyte, realizes the secondary use of battery to easy and simple to handle, need not destroy battery top cap subassembly.

the plug is in sealing fit with the liquid injection hole, the mounting cover is arranged in the sinking table hole, the connecting piece is elastically and telescopically arranged on the first side wall, the second side wall is provided with a mounting hole, and one end of the connecting piece, which is far away from the first side wall, is inserted into the mounting hole so that the mounting cover and the cover plate are detachably connected; or,
the connecting piece is elastically and telescopically arranged on the second side wall, the first side wall is provided with a mounting hole, and one end of the connecting piece far away from the second side wall is inserted into the mounting hole so as to detachably connect the mounting cover and the cover plate;
the mounting cover comprises a first half cover and a second half cover, a first notch is formed in the first half cover, a second notch is formed in the second half cover, the first half cover and the second half cover are in butt joint, and the first notch and the second notch are in butt joint and are mutually communicated;
the connecting piece comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, the first connecting piece is arranged between the first half cover and the first side wall of the sinking platform hole, the second connecting piece is arranged between the second half cover and the first side wall of the sinking platform hole, and the axes of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are collinear;
the first connecting piece comprises a first elastic piece and a first plug-in piece, the second connecting piece comprises a second elastic piece and a second plug-in piece, the mounting hole comprises a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole, one end of the first plug-in piece is inserted into the first mounting hole, the first elastic piece is connected with the other end of the first plug-in piece, one end of the second plug-in piece is inserted into the second mounting hole, and the second elastic piece is connected with the other end of the second plug-in piece;
the first plug connector is a first pin, the second plug connector is a second pin, the first mounting hole is a first pin hole, the second mounting hole is a second pin hole, the first pin comprises a first pin body and a first pin column with the cross section area smaller than that of the first pin body, the first pin column is arranged at one end of the first pin body, and the first pin body is inserted into the first pin hole; the second pin comprises a second pin body and a second pin column with the cross section area smaller than that of the second pin body, the second pin column is arranged at one end of the second pin body, and the second pin body is inserted into the second pin hole.
2. The battery top cap assembly of claim 1, wherein: the length of the connecting piece in the state of not receiving external force is larger than the depth of the mounting hole.
3. The battery top cap assembly of claim 1, wherein: the mounting cover has a top surface provided with a groove.
4. The battery top cap assembly of claim 1, wherein: the first elastic piece is sleeved on the first nail column, and the second elastic piece is sleeved on the second nail column.
5. The battery top cap assembly of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the plug is in interference fit with the fill port, the plug having an interference of 0.15-0.25mm with the fill port.
6. The battery top cap assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the second side wall of the mounting cap has a flat surface thereon, and the connection member abuts against the flat surface.
7. The battery top cap assembly of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the sealing plug is resilient.
8. A battery comprising a housing, a cell assembly disposed within the housing, and a battery top cap assembly connected to the housing, wherein the battery top cap assembly comprises the battery top cap assembly of any one of claims 1-4.
9. A battery pack comprising a battery pack, wherein the battery pack comprises the battery of claim 8.
10. A powered device comprising the battery pack of claim 9.
