Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a data processing method based on human-machine conversation according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The data processing method based on the man-machine conversation is applied to a server in an integrated service system, the integrated service system comprises the server and electronic equipment, and the server is in communication connection with the electronic equipment.
S201, acquiring target voice information from the electronic equipment.
The target voice information is used for indicating recommendation requirements of the user, and the recommendation requirements comprise tourist attraction recommendation requirements. The electronic equipment comprises a voice assistant, a user can put forward a demand to the voice assistant in a voice mode, then the electronic equipment sends voice information of the user to a server for semantic analysis, or the electronic equipment carries out semantic analysis, and then an analysis result is sent to the server. The result of this parsing is the user's requirements.
S202, determining whether an interaction record associated with the user exists.
And the interaction record is generated when the user interacts in the interaction novel. In particular, the interactive novel is a voice-based interactive novel, which is implemented in such a way that a user can interact with the novel in a voice manner, and the plot trend of the novel can be influenced by the selection of the user. When the user interacts, the user can select the output sentence of the novel or can freely answer the open question, and the subsequent novel plot can refer to the user for answering. For example, the leading actor a in the interactive novel inquires about where the user wants to go to travel, so that the user can autonomously answer the place the user wants to go at the moment, and the answer of the user at the moment generally does not influence the scenario. The interaction mode in the interactive novel can also be that the chief role A asks questions to the user: we go to travel at point B or go to woolen at point C. At this time, the user can only select from the points B and C, and the selection of the user affects the trend of the scenario. The points B and C may be scenic spots in real life, or virtual scenic spots in the novel.
And S203, if yes, determining a target interaction record associated with the scenic spot recommendation requirement from the interaction records.
When the target interaction record is determined, the interaction scenario can be screened according to the keyword, the keyword can be a word related to travel and the like, for example, the keyword is "travel" or "travel", the interaction record including specific tourist attractions in the screened interaction scenario is determined as a reference interaction record, and then the target interaction record is determined according to the context, namely other interaction records in the interaction scenario. The interactive record in the interactive plot comprises the selection of the user and at least one machine statement corresponding to the selection of the user. Therefore, the specific choice of the user needs to be determined in combination with the context, for example, although the user selects the location B in the interaction record, the interaction record is not the target interaction record because the content of the machine sentence is the favorite tourist attraction selected by the user.
And S204, determining the type of the target scenic spot according to the target interaction record.
The target scenery types comprise human scenery or scenery. Because the scenic spots in the target interaction record may be actually existing in real life or fictitious in fiction, when determining the type of the target scenic spot, firstly, whether the scenic spot in the target interaction record is a real scenic spot or a fictitious scenic spot is determined, and if the type of the scenic spot is a real scenic spot, the type of the scenic spot is directly determined. And if the virtual scenic spot exists, acquiring an interactive novel corresponding to the target interactive record, and then determining the scenic spot type of the virtual scenic spot according to the description of the virtual scenic spot in the interactive novel. For example, sight C is an imaginary sight, and the description about sight C in the interactive novel is: the scenery C is indeed an ancestor of xx. The type of sight C can be known as a human type sight. After the sight spot types of the sight spots included in all the target interaction records are determined, the sight spot type with the largest number of sight spot types is determined as the target sight spot type, or the sight spot type with the largest number in the sight spots selected by the user in the latest period of time is determined as the target sight spot type, namely the target interaction record can be the interaction record in the latest period of time. For example, if the number of the selected human scenic spots in the interaction record of the user is the largest, the target scenic spot type is the human scenic spot. Or the number of the selected scenic spot types in the target interaction records of the user in the last half year is the largest, and the target scenic spot types are the scenic spot types.
S205, acquiring the identity information and the historical travel record of the user.
S206, determining at least one reference sight spot according to the type of the target sight spot, the identity information and the historical travel record.
Wherein the user's travel time may also be queried, i.e., to know the user's travel schedule, before determining the reference sights. The user identity comprises the current address of the user, whether the user has the same tourist, the relationship between the user and the same tourist and the like. When the reference scenic spot is determined, a plurality of alternative scenic spots can be determined comprehensively according to the identity information of the user, the type of the target scenic spot and the travel time of the user, and then the scenic spots which have been visited by the user in the alternative reference scenic spots are deleted to obtain the reference travel record.
S207, the scenic spot introduction information corresponding to the at least one reference scenic spot is sent to the electronic equipment.
S208, first feedback information from the electronic equipment for the target scenic spot is obtained.
The target scenic spot is a scenic spot in the at least one reference scenic spot, and the first feedback information is used for indicating whether the user is interested in the target scenic spot. The server can sequentially send the reference scenic spots to the user, namely the server sends one reference scenic spot to the user, receives first feedback information of the user for the scenic spot once, and sends the next scenic spot to the electronic equipment if the first feedback information is that the user is not interested in the scenic spot until the feedback information of the user is that the user is interested in the scenic spot. When there are a plurality of reference scenery spots, the front of the reference scenery spots are sequentially sent to the electronic equipment, and the plurality of reference scenery spots are also required to be sorted first and then sent to the electronic equipment according to the sorting. The sorting mode may include: determining the distance between each reference sight spot and the current address of the user, determining the popularity of each reference sight spot, and determining the sight ordering together according to the distance and the popularity. And in the sorting process, the popularity of the reference scenic spots is taken as a main sorting reference value, and if the popularity difference is not large, the closer the ranking to the user is, the closer the ranking is to the front. The popularity may be determined based on the annual average guest size of the attraction and the rating of other guests.
S209, under the condition that the first feedback information indicates that the user is interested in the target scenic spot, determining whether at least one of the plurality of travel service providers associated with the server includes the target scenic spot.
The travel service provider may specifically refer to a travel agency or other company providing travel services. The travel service provider can make the server provide telemarketing service for the travel service provider in a way of associating with the server, that is, the server can obtain travel products provided by the travel service provider and then carry out telemarketing to users according to the travel products and the like.
And S210, if yes, determining a target travel service provider according to the target scenic spots.
Wherein, the target travel service provider is used for providing the travel service containing the target scenic spot to the user. Of course, the target travel service provider is the travel service provider associated with the server.
S211, sending inquiry information to the electronic equipment, wherein the inquiry information is used for inquiring whether the user agrees to telephone communication.
And S212, if the target scenic spot is agreed, acquiring the marketing script of the target tourist service provider aiming at the target scenic spot, and carrying out voice communication with the electronic equipment according to the marketing script.
When the user is determined to be interested in the target scenic spot and receives telephone communication, the possibility that the user receives the travel service provided by the service provider is high, and at the moment, the user is directly recommended to the user according to the marketing script aiming at the target scenic spot, so that the user can more easily receive the recommended content, and the user does not need to collect travel information by himself, and time is wasted.
In this example, after the server obtains the scenic spot recommendation requirement of the user, the target scenic spot type to be recommended is determined according to the interaction record of the user in the interaction novel, then at least one reference scenic spot is determined according to the target scenic spot type, the identity information of the user and the historical tourism record, then at least one reference scenic spot is recommended to the user, then first feedback information of the user is obtained, when the target scenic spot is determined to be interested by the user according to the feedback information, whether the target scenic spot comprises a tourism service provider is determined, if the target scenic spot exists, the target tourism service provider is determined according to the target scenic spot, then the user is actively asked whether to receive telephone communication, and if the user accepts, telephone communication is performed on the user through a marketing script of the target tourism service provider, and tourism service is provided for the user. Therefore, the method and the device can quickly respond to the user demands, recommend the scenic spots for the user, and improve the comprehensiveness and accuracy of acquiring the data of the scenic spots to be recommended determined by the user, so that the accuracy of determining the scenic spots to be recommended can be improved, and the recommended scenic spots are more suitable for the user demands. And this scheme can also initiatively discern whether current user has marketing prospect to after having recommended tourist attraction to the user, directly according to the telemarketing of the tourist service provider of this tourist attraction, can make tourist service provider need not go to collect user information again, can directly carry out telemarketing according to user's initiative selection, not only can reduce tourist service provider's marketing cost, can improve marketing efficiency and success rate moreover. In addition, the scheme combines the response of user requirements and the telemarketing of a service provider, so that the calculation amount of the server can be reduced, the burden of the server is reduced, and the quantity of the server for processing other user requirements in parallel is increased.
In one possible example, the sending, to the electronic device, the attraction introduction information corresponding to the at least one reference attraction includes: sending a scenery spot link to the electronic equipment, wherein a page corresponding to the scenery spot link comprises detailed introduction information of a reference scenery spot; the obtaining of the first feedback information from the electronic device for the target sight spot includes: determining whether the user clicks a sight link of the target sight; if so, determining the stay time of the user in the page corresponding to the scenic spot link, and if the stay time is longer than a preset time, determining that the user is interested in the target scenic spot; if not, acquiring first feedback information of the user for the target scenic spot, wherein the first feedback information is voice information, performing semantic analysis on the first feedback information to obtain feedback semantics contained in the first feedback information, and the feedback semantics are used for indicating whether the user is interested in the target scenic spot.
The scenic spot introduction information can comprise a brief introduction of the scenic spot and a link comprising a specific introduction of the scenic spot, and the user can click the link to jump to a corresponding scenic spot introduction page to know the information of the target scenic spot in detail. When determining whether the user is interested in the target scenery spot, if the user does not click the link, determining whether the voice information of the user is received within a preset time period after the scenery spot introduction information is sent to the user, if so, analyzing the voice information to determine whether the user is interested in the target scenery spot, if not, determining that the user is not interested in the target scenery spot, and then recommending the next target scenery spot to the user.
In the specific implementation, after a plurality of scenic spots are recommended to a user, if the user sends first feedback information, the feedback information is analyzed, it may be determined whether the semantics of the user includes a scenic spot name, if so, it is determined that the feedback information is feedback information for a scenic spot corresponding to the scenic spot name, the scenic spot is a target scenic spot, if the semantics of the user does not have a scenic spot name, it is determined that the first feedback information is feedback for a last scenic spot that has been sent currently, and the last scenic spot is the target scenic spot. For example, the server has sent the scenic spot introduction information of the scenic spot a, the scenic spot B, and the scenic spot C to the electronic device, and at this time, the first feedback information is received, if the voice information of the user is: if the scenic spot B is good, the scenic spot B is known as the target scenic spot, and if the voice information of the user is: this can indicate that the target sight at this time is sight C.
Therefore, in the example, the user can obtain more scenic spot information by means of the link sending, and whether the user is interested or not is determined according to the stay time of the user in the page corresponding to the scenic spot link, so that the user operation can be simplified, and the efficiency of recommending the tourism service provider to the user is improved. And because the user stays on the page for a long enough time, the probability of successful marketing is higher when the travel service provider carries out telemarketing to the user even if the user does not decide to go to the scenic spot.
In one possible example, the determining a targeted travel service provider based on the targeted attraction comprises: determining a source of a target sight spot link corresponding to the target sight spot, wherein the source comprises the official website or the travel service provider of the target sight spot; under the condition that the source is the tourism service provider, determining the tourism service provider providing the target scenic spot link as the target tourism service provider; under the condition that the source is the official network of the target scenic spot, determining that the travel services provided by the plurality of travel service providers comprise the travel service provider of the target scenic spot as an alternative travel service provider; obtaining travel products provided by each alternative travel service provider, wherein the travel service provided by each alternative travel service provider corresponds to at least one travel product, the travel products are used for travel routes, and the travel routes comprise tourist attractions; a target travel service provider is determined from at least one alternative travel service provider based on the travel product.
If the travel service provider associated with the server provides a link of specific information of a certain scenic spot to the server, the link provided by the travel service provider is preferentially selected to be sent to the electronic equipment when the scenic spot link is sent. When there are multiple travel service providers that provide links to the target attraction, the order of the links can be determined based on the reputation of the travel service provider and multiple links can be sent to the electronic device simultaneously based on the order. The user ultimately clicks on which link to enter and determines the supplier of the bag link as the target travel service provider. The reputation can be the server's rating score for the travel service provider and/or the other users' rating scores for the travel service provider. For example, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a tourist attraction recommendation interface provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as can be seen from the figure, the electronic device includes a voice assistant, the name of the voice assistant is "understanding" described in the figure, when a user asks the voice assistant for a tourist attraction recommendation, the server may determine an attraction through an interaction record, identity information, a historical tourist record, and the like of the user, and then recommend the attraction to the user, and is accompanied by a link of the attraction, for example, in fig. 4, the server includes two links, which are respectively from different tourist service providers, and if the user only clicks on link 1 and the stay time exceeds a preset time, or analyzes the voice information of the user to obtain a semantic meaning interested in the attraction, the provider of link 1 is determined to be a target tourist service provider. If the user clicks all the links and finally outputs the semantics interested in the scenic spots, all the travel service providers providing the links are determined to be alternative travel service providers, and finally a target travel service provider is selected from the alternative travel service providers.
In a specific implementation, when the number of the travel service providers providing the attraction links is greater than the preset number, the number of the attraction links can be determined according to the number of times the attraction links are accepted by the user. For example, at most five attraction links are sent to the electronic device, and currently 10 travel service providers provide attraction links for a target attraction, so that it can be determined that after each of the travel service providers provides attraction links and is clicked, other users express the number of times of interest in the target attraction, and the links of the travel service providers with the number of times of selection being the top 5 are sent to the electronic device. If there are multiple travel service providers with the same number of times, random drawing can be performed. For example, sight link A for the target sight of the travel service provider is sent 5 times, wherein three times the user clicks on the sight link, and wherein one time the user is interested in the target sight because the sight link indicates that the travel service provider is 1.
Therefore, when the user carries out telemarketing to the user, the marketing success rate of the tourist service provider is higher, and meanwhile, according to the active selection of the user, the tourist service provider is screened out, which is equivalent to providing a user with marketing prospect to the tourist service provider, so that the efficiency of determining the marketing user by the tourist service provider can be improved, the server is prevented from repeatedly analyzing the user, the server can simultaneously meet the requirements of the user and the tourist service provider only by analyzing the user information once, and the calculation burden of the server is reduced.
In one possible example, the determining a target travel service provider from at least one alternative travel service provider based on the travel product comprises: under the condition that the alternative travel service providers comprise a plurality of alternative travel service providers, determining the travel products including the target scenic spot in the travel products provided by each alternative travel service provider as alternative travel products; determining a target tourism style corresponding to each alternative tourism product, wherein the target tourism style comprises a human style or a landscape style; determining alternative tourist products with the target tourist style consistent with the target scenic spot type in the alternative tourist products as target tourist products; determining the alternative travel service provider of the alternative travel service providers that contains the most amount of the target travel products as the target travel service provider.
Because one tourism service provider generally does not provide tourism service for only one scenic spot, in order to improve the fitting degree between the tourism service provider recommended to the user and the user demand, the time waste of the user is avoided, and the tourism service provider of the scenic spot type with the tourism style closer to the user's liking in the whole tourism product can be preferentially recommended to the user. For example, one travel service provider provides travel products that include 2, i.e., two travel itineraries that overlap in tourist attraction segments, each of which includes at least a target tourist attraction. Then, when determining the travel style corresponding to each travel product, the determination may be performed according to the style of the tourist attractions included in each travel route, for example, most of the tourist attractions in the first travel route are human scenic spots, and the travel style corresponding to the travel product is a human style. If two travel products provided by the two travel service providers comprise the target scenic spot, 2 travel products provided by the first travel service provider comprise the target scenic spot, the travel style is consistent with the style of the target scenic spot, and 3 travel products provided by the second travel service provider comprise the target scenic spot, and the travel style is consistent with the style of the target scenic spot, the second travel service provider is determined as the target travel service provider.
Therefore, in the example, the alternative travel service provider containing the largest number of target travel products is determined as the target travel service provider, and then telephone marketing is performed on the user by using the marketing script of the target travel service provider, so that more choices of the user can be made, the marketing success rate of the travel service provider is improved, the time of the user can be saved, and the user does not need to search the scenic spot information by himself or answer a plurality of marketing calls.
In one possible example, the determining the one of the alternative travel service providers having the greatest number of targeted travel products as the targeted travel service provider comprises: determining the alternative travel service provider with the maximum number of the target travel products in the alternative travel service providers as a reference travel service provider; in the event that the reference travel service providers include a plurality, determining an initial association time for each reference travel service provider with the server for providing voice marketing services to the travel service providers upon association therewith; determining whether a reference travel service provider exists whose time interval between the current time and the initial associated time is less than a preset time period; if the target travel service provider exists, determining that the reference travel service provider with the time interval between the current time and the initial association time smaller than the preset time interval is the target travel service provider; if not, determining that the initial association time is arranged at the top N, and the highest reference travel service provider with the marketing conversion rate of the top N reference travel service providers is the target travel service provider, wherein the earlier the initial association time is, the earlier the arrangement sequence is, and N is a positive integer.
Wherein, the marketing conversion rate is the probability that the server receives the services of the travel service provider after passing through the telemarketing. The earlier the travel service provider associates with the server, the earlier telemarketing through the server is meant. The value of N may be determined by the server or may be determined based on the number of all reference travel service providers, e.g., N is one-half of all reference travel service providers, etc.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the travel service providers which are associated with the server recently are preferentially recommended, and then the travel service providers which are associated with the server earlier and have high influence on the conversion rate are preferentially recommended, so that more travel service providers can be attracted to be associated with the server, the data of the travel service providers acquired when the travel service providers are subsequently recommended to the user is more comprehensive, the variety of the travel service providers selected by the server can be improved, and the recommended content of the server can better meet the requirements of the user.
In one possible example, the obtaining of the marketing scenario of the target travel service provider for the target attraction comprises: acquiring a target travel product provided by the target travel service provider; determining the popularity and the promotion success rate of each target travel product provided by the target travel service provider under the condition that a plurality of target travel products provided by the target travel service provider are included; and determining the marketing sequence of the target travel products provided by the target travel service provider in the marketing script according to the popularity and the sales success rate.
When the target travel service provider provides a plurality of travel products which can be selected by the user, the marketing script is generated and recommended to the user, and the travel products with higher popularity and marketing success rate are preferentially recommended to the user. The popularity can be determined according to the number of times that the travel products are consulted in all travel products provided by the travel service provider, the consultation comprises online consultation and offline consultation, and the promotion success rate is the success rate of the travel products for telephone marketing through the server. When the marketing sequence is determined, products with high popularity are preferentially recommended to the user on the basis of the popularity, and then the tourist products with high marketing success rate are preferentially considered when the popularity is in the same range.
Therefore, in the example, the sequence of the travel products in the marketing script is determined according to the popularity and the success rate, so that the marketing success which is most possible is recommended to the user firstly, the time waste of the user can be avoided, the time and the calculation amount consumed when the server carries out marketing can be reduced, the calculation burden of the server is reduced, and the quantity of other user requirements which are processed by the server in parallel is increased.
In one possible example, after the voice call is made with the electronic device according to the marketing scenario, the method further includes: acquiring voice call content in the voice call process; determining second feedback information according to the voice call content, wherein the second feedback information is used for indicating whether the user accepts the service of the target travel service provider; under the condition that the second feedback information indicates that the user accepts the service of the target travel service provider, determining a final travel product according to the voice call content, and sending reservation information aiming at the final travel product to the electronic equipment so as to help the user to complete reservation of the final travel product, wherein the final travel product is a travel product provided by the target travel service provider and determined by the user in the voice call process; and in the case that the second feedback information indicates that the user does not accept the service of the target travel service provider, analyzing a non-acceptance reason of the user according to the voice call content, reselecting the target travel service provider from the alternative travel service providers according to the non-acceptance reason, and performing voice call with the electronic device again according to the marketing script of the reselected target travel service provider, wherein the non-acceptance reason comprises a material product aspect or a service aspect included in the travel product provided by the target travel service provider.
When the user accepts the travel product promoted in the telemarketing, the final travel product is determined according to the content of the telephone communication, then the reservation information is determined, and reservation is carried out for the user, if the user does not accept the reservation information, the reason why the user does not accept the reservation information can be inquired, and then the travel service provider is selected from the alternative travel service providers to continue the telemarketing. Of course, if the reason for the user's non-acceptance is that the target attraction is not liked, the other reference attractions are sent to the electronic device again, and the target travel service providers corresponding to the other reference attractions are determined. For example, if the user's reason for non-acceptance is too expensive, then the determined price for the next targeted travel service provider is not higher than the travel service provider that was rejected by the user. Specifically, before determining a new target travel service provider, the user needs to be asked again whether to continue to accept the telephone communication, if the user refuses, other reference points are continuously sent to the user, and if the user agrees, the new target travel service provider is continuously determined.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the subsequent steps are determined according to the second feedback information of the user, so that the operation steps of the user can be simplified, the complete service from consultation to reservation of the tourist product is provided, the time for the user to inquire the tourist information can be saved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
