In the embodiment of the invention, based on the collection of multiple information sources in work, through statistical calculation and with data as support, a cooperative relationship network of employees is constructed; based on the wind direction rule, risks such as an independent cooperation relationship network, a single point in the cooperation relationship, a potential pressure-bearing cooperation relationship and the like are automatically identified, the problems that the cooperation condition of a team cannot be evaluated and the potential cooperation risk is early warned in the prior art are solved, and therefore the enterprise is more efficiently analyzed.
Please refer to fig. 6, which illustrates an apparatus for managing employee partnership according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:
an obtaining module 61, configured to obtain a plurality of employee information, where the employee information includes: the employee basic information and the association relation information with other employees;
the statistical module 62 is configured to calculate the number of employee-to-employee associations according to the employee information to obtain a statistical table of the cooperation relationship between each employee and the employee associated therewith;
a construction module 63, configured to construct a cooperative relationship network according to the cooperative relationship statistical table; the cooperative relationship network comprises a plurality of nodes, each node represents an employee, and the employees with the association relationship are connected by line segments;
and a risk identification module 64 for identifying risks in the employee's partnership based on the partnership network.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the obtaining module includes at least one of the following:
the first acquisition submodule is used for acquiring task information from an employee task system and acquiring the employee information according to the task information, wherein the task information comprises at least one of the following items: the task management system comprises task creator information, task manager information and task approver information, wherein employees in the same task information have an incidence relation;
the second obtaining sub-module is used for obtaining mail information from an employee mail system and obtaining the employee information according to the mail information, wherein the mail information comprises at least one of the following items: the method comprises the following steps that a sender of the mail, a receiver of the mail and a copy-sender of the mail have an association relationship with employees in the same mail information;
the third obtaining sub-module is configured to obtain organization architecture information from an organization architecture system of an employee, and obtain the employee information according to the organization architecture information, where the organization architecture information includes at least one of the following: the information of the members of the same group of the employees, the information of the lower-level employees of all levels of the employees and the information of the upper-level leaders of all levels of the employees, wherein the employees in the same organization structure information have an incidence relation.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the statistical module includes:
the first processing sub-module is used for sequencing the inter-employee association times of all the associated employees of the first target employee to obtain a median of the inter-employee association times of the first target employee;
and the second processing submodule is used for determining that the relationship between the employees, of which the association times are greater than or equal to the median of the association times between the employees, is a strong cooperation relationship, recording the employee information in the strong cooperation relationship and other employee information associated with the employee information, and obtaining a cooperation relationship statistical table.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the building module includes:
the third processing sub-module is used for selecting a second target employee in the cooperative relationship statistical table and establishing a cooperative relationship network by the second target employee;
the fourth processing sub-module is used for putting other employee information associated with the second target employee into a queue to be processed, traversing the queue to be processed and inquiring whether other employee information in the queue to be processed is recorded in the cooperative relationship network;
and the fifth processing submodule is used for recording the information of other employees in the queue to be processed in the cooperative relationship network if the information of other employees is not recorded in the cooperative relationship network.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the risk identification module includes:
the inquiry submodule is used for inquiring the number of the cooperative relationship networks;
a sixth processing submodule, configured to identify that there are multiple independent cooperative relationship networks and a risk exists if the number of the cooperative relationship networks is greater than or equal to 2;
and the seventh processing submodule is used for identifying that all the employees are in one cooperative relationship network without risks if the number of the cooperative relationship networks is 1.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the risk identification module further includes:
the eighth processing submodule is used for selecting a third target employee, setting a node of the third target employee as an inaccessible node, traversing the cooperative relationship network from any node connected with the node of the third target employee, and recording the number of the accessible nodes;
and the ninth processing sub-module is used for identifying the node of the third target employee as a single point of the cooperative relationship if the number of the accessible nodes is less than-1 of the total number of nodes in the cooperative relationship network after the traversal is completed.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the risk identification module further includes:
the tenth processing submodule is used for counting the total number of times of association between the employees and other employees in the cooperative relationship network and performing descending order arrangement on the total number of times of association between all the employees and other employees;
an eleventh processing sub-module, configured to identify an employee who is located before a first preset percentage of the total number of times of cooperation of the employee as a pressure-bearing employee; and/or identifying the staff with the cross-department cooperation times exceeding a third preset percentage in the total cooperation times of the staff as pressure-bearing staff.
The management device for the employee cooperation relationship provided by the embodiment of the present invention can implement each process implemented by the method embodiment of fig. 1, and achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of an electronic device 70 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and includes a processor 71, a memory 72, and a program or an instruction stored in the memory 72 and executable on the processor 71, where the program or the instruction, when executed by the processor, implements steps in a method for managing employee affiliations according to any one of the present invention.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements each process of the embodiment of the method for managing an employee partnership of any one of the above embodiments, and may achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not described here again.
Computer-readable media include permanent and non-permanent, removable and non-removable media and may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Claims (10)

1. A method for managing employee partnership, comprising:
obtaining a plurality of employee information, the employee information comprising: the employee basic information and the incidence relation information with other employees;
according to the employee information statistics of the number of association times between employees, obtaining a cooperation relation statistical table of each employee and the associated employee;
constructing a cooperative relationship network according to the cooperative relationship statistical table; the cooperative relationship network comprises a plurality of nodes, each node represents an employee, and the employees with the association relationship are connected by line segments;
and identifying risks in the staff cooperative relationship according to the cooperative relationship network.
2. The method for managing staff partnership according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining a plurality of staff information comprises at least one of:
task information is obtained from a staff task system, the staff information is obtained according to the task information, and the task information comprises at least one of the following items: the task management system comprises task creator information, task sponsor information and task approver information, wherein employees in the same task information have an incidence relation;
mail information is obtained from an employee mail system, the employee information is obtained according to the mail information, and the mail information comprises at least one of the following items: the method comprises the following steps that a sender of the mail, a receiver of the mail and a copy-sender of the mail have an association relationship with employees in the same mail information;
obtaining organization architecture information from an organization architecture system of an employee, and obtaining the employee information according to the organization architecture information, wherein the organization architecture information comprises at least one of the following items: the information of the members of the same group of the employees, the information of the lower-level employees of all levels of the employees and the information of the upper-level leaders of all levels of the employees, wherein the employees in the same organization structure information have an incidence relation.
3. The method for managing staff cooperative relationship according to claim 1, wherein obtaining a statistical table of the cooperative relationship between each staff and the staff related to each staff according to the staff information statistics staff interwork association times comprises:
sequencing the inter-employee association times of all the associated employees of the first target employee to obtain a median of the inter-employee association times of the first target employee;
determining that the relationship between the employees of which the association times between the employees is greater than or equal to the median of the association times between the employees is a strong cooperation relationship, recording the employee information in the strong cooperation relationship and other employee information associated with the employee information, and obtaining a cooperation relationship statistical table.
4. The method for managing the employee partnership according to claim 1, wherein the building a partnership network according to the partnership statistical table comprises:
selecting a second target employee in the cooperative relationship statistical table, and establishing a cooperative relationship network by the second target employee;
putting other employee information associated with the second target employee into a queue to be processed, traversing the queue to be processed, and inquiring whether the other employee information in the queue to be processed is recorded in the cooperative relationship network;
and if the information of other employees in the queue to be processed is not recorded in the cooperative relationship network, recording the information of other employees in the queue to be processed in the cooperative relationship network.
5. The method for managing employee partnerships according to claim 1, wherein said identifying risks in employee partnerships from said partnership network comprises:
inquiring the number of the cooperative relationship networks;
if the number of the cooperative relationship networks is more than or equal to 2, identifying that a plurality of mutually independent cooperative relationship networks exist, and having risks;
and if the number of the cooperative relationship networks is 1, identifying that all the employees are in one cooperative relationship network, and avoiding risks.
6. The method for managing employee partnerships according to claim 1, wherein said identifying risks in employee partnerships according to said partnership network further comprises:
selecting a third target employee, setting a node of the third target employee as an inaccessible node, traversing the cooperative relationship network from any node connected with the node of the third target employee, and recording the number of the accessible nodes;
and after traversing is finished, if the number of the accessible nodes is less than-1 of the total number of the nodes in the cooperative relationship network, identifying the node of the third target employee as a cooperative relationship single point.
7. The method for managing employee partnership according to claim 1, wherein the identifying risks in employee partnership according to the partnership network further comprises:
counting the total number of the association times between the employees and other employees in the cooperative relationship network, and performing descending order on the total number of the association times between all the employees and other employees;
identifying employees who are located before a first preset percentage in the total number of times of cooperation of the employees as pressure-bearing employees; and/or identifying the staff with the cross-department cooperation times exceeding a third preset percentage in the total cooperation times of the staff as pressure-bearing staff.
8. An apparatus for managing employee partnership, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of employee information, and the employee information comprises: the employee basic information and the association relation information with other employees;
the statistical module is used for counting the association times of the employees according to the employee information to obtain a cooperative relationship statistical table of each employee and the associated employee;
the construction module is used for constructing a cooperative relationship network according to the cooperative relationship statistical table; the cooperative relationship network comprises a plurality of nodes, each node represents an employee, and the employees with the association relationship are connected by line segments;
and the risk identification module is used for identifying risks in the employee cooperative relationship according to the cooperative relationship network.

An electronic device, characterized in that: comprising a processor, a memory and a program or instructions stored on and executable on said processor, said program or instructions when executed by said processor implementing the steps in the method for managing employee partnership according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A readable storage medium, characterized by: the readable storage medium stores thereon a program or instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps in the method of managing employee partnership as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
