All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.
The invention takes the filing and registration of mass documents in the engineering industry as a research target, and classifies and stores various engineering files by combining the requirements of the filing specification of construction engineering files, such as the filing specification GB/T50328-2014 (2019 edition), so as to solve the fussy links of manual integration, filing and registration. By taking the service as a core and combining the technical characteristics of iTextPdf, an automatic registration scheme is realized, and the engineering document management energy efficiency is effectively improved.
FIG. 1 is a flow diagram that schematically illustrates a method for automatic enrollment of project documents, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Depending on the context of the present invention, the project document may include various types of engineering documents, such as road engineering, railroad engineering, construction engineering, and the like. Based on this, the present invention describes the technical solution as an application of highway engineering filing for the purpose of example only.
As shown in fig. 1, at step S101, PDF content data to be archived is acquired from a target data source. In some embodiments, the documents based on the construction engineering industry have the uncertainty characteristics of continuous delivery, segmented delivery and centralized delivery, and the PDF content data to be archived can be acquired from the target data in real time during the engineering implementation process. Or extracting PDF data to be filed from engineering material data after the engineering implementation is finished.
At step S102, classification information of PDF content data is determined. In some embodiments, in the project file, each stage data includes a file that must be archived and a file that is selectively archived, and PDF content data can be classified according to project stage information and attributes of the file data, so that regularity and accuracy of data archiving are ensured.
At step S103, the iTextPdf component is invoked to parse the PDF content data to generate a PDF document. In some embodiments, where the construction industry documentation has the uncertainty characteristics of continuous delivery, segmented delivery, and consolidated delivery, the iTextPdf can process the user's input or database information in real time. The iTextPdf technology is used as a core, automatic generation and free splicing of classified documents are carried out, and under the condition of no participation of people, different album files are automatically and custom-created in a batch processing mode. Based on this, the invention mainly takes the iTextPdf technology as the core, and calls the iTextPdf component to analyze the PDF content data to generate a PDF document.
At step S104, the generated PDF document is stored in the corresponding PDF document library according to the classification information. In some embodiments, the generated PDF documents may be stored according to the classification information prior to being registered.
At step S105, file merging and content registration are performed according to the PDF files in the PDF document library. After all project files are filed, the project files can be registered according to the generated PDF files, and corresponding information such as cover pages, catalogues and the like is configured to generate registered project files.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart schematically illustrating a classification method of a project document according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Before acquiring PDF content data from a target data source, the method further includes step S201 and step S202. Specifically, at step S201, a project template file is acquired. The project template file is a formatted file.
At step S202, a corresponding relationship between the directory of the files to be archived and the target data source at each engineering stage is established to form a detailed list of project documents in the formatted file. Wherein the files to be archived include files that must be archived and selectively archived files. In some embodiments, according to the GB/T50328-2014 (2019 edition) specification, the data of the correspondence relationship between the selective archive file directory and the archive file to be synchronized must be archived at each stage of the engineering project, and a project document detail list is formed.
In step S203, in the project implementation process, PDF content data to be archived is acquired from the target data source in real time according to the corresponding relationship. In some embodiments, in the real-time process of the project, the files which need to be archived and the selectively archived files are summarized in real time according to the corresponding relation and automatically classified according to stages.
At step S204, the integrity, correctness and timeliness of the PDF content data are verified. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the file filing process and improve the file management quality, the data can be subjected to relevant verification after being acquired.
At step S205, it is determined whether the PDF content data matches the project document list for each engineering stage. In some embodiments, in order to archive PDF content data to a corresponding file location, the PDF content data may be matched according to a set item document list.
At step S206, in response to the PDF content data matching the project document list of each engineering stage, classification information corresponding to the PDF content data is determined. In some embodiments, when the PDF content data matches the project document detail list of each engineering stage, the position to be filled in by the PDF content data may be determined, so as to facilitate automatic generation of subsequent PDF files.

In one embodiment, creating an instance of an operation for a project document includes: establishing a Document instance and configuring Document attribute information in the Document instance. E.g., the system creates an instance Document = new Document (), of the com. The instance creation is completed. Next, a Writer (Writer) is created to associate with the document object, by which the document can be written to PDFWriter. GetInstance (document, new FileOutputStream (the "filename to be stored")) in the disk.
At step S302, the operation instance is opened, and the iTextPdf component is invoked to add PDF content data to the paragraph content of the operation instance. Open document, open (), in one application scenario, to implement the process of opening an operation instance. Then, paragraph content is added to the example. The Paragraph object is commonly used for adding a piece of text to a document. Chunk (text block) is the smallest unit of processing text, and is composed of a string of strings in band format (including font, color, size). Phrase consists of one or more chunks of text, which may also be font-set but invalid for chunks in which the font is set. A Chunk of text may be added to Phrase by the Phrase member function Add. In addition, the first line of the paragraph can be set to retract and align (left-align, right-align, center-align). The alignment of paragraphs can be set by the function SetAlignment ()
At step S303, the operation instance of the project document is closed to generate a PDF document. After the content filling operation is completed, the operation document instance must be closed for PDF document generation.

It should be noted that the method 400 for PDF file registration can be understood as one possible exemplary implementation of step S105 of the method 100 in fig. 1. Therefore, the same applies to the following description in connection with fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 4, at step S401, a front cover, various kinds of file indexes, a total directory, and an album directory are configured. In some embodiments, when booklet making is desired, covers, flyleaves, prophetics (e.g., filling in qualifications, design personnel, legends, etc.) may be provided. And indexes, general directories and branch directories of various files can be further included.
At step S402, PDF documents are selected for merging according to the engineering phase, classification information. In some embodiments, the generated PDF documents at each stage and under each directory may be imported from a PDF document library to perform the merging operation.
At step S403, the PDF documents are registered according to the registration configuration rule. In some embodiments, the classified PDF documents can be automatically generated and freely spliced in a batch processing manner, so that different album files can be automatically and custom-created without human intervention.
According to the method, in the engineering implementation process, system function definition can be obtained according to requirement analysis, the engineering industry general terms, specifications and rules are used for explaining the business form, and the file classification specifications and modes are used for determining the engineering template file. The file can be realized by preset classification or EXCEL template import, manual addition and the like. And then, storing a database based on the iTextPdf technology, wherein PDF file information is output according to the specification and the constraint facing to the unified design sub-platform. Under the technical support of a function method and a design method, through bearing general specifications such as cover, title page, introduction and the like of a designed book, classifying according to standards, introducing specific classified book files, finally realizing automatic classification and separate book filing of a project system, and completing the automatic book forming function of documents in the project industry. By the method, different album files are created in an automatic and user-defined manner in batch processing, and the engineering management energy efficiency is effectively improved.
