Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, it will be recognized by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes and modifications may be made to the embodiments described herein without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In the present disclosure, unless otherwise specified, the use of the terms "first", "second", and the like to describe various elements is not intended to limit the positional relationship, the temporal relationship, or the importance relationship of the elements, and such terms are used only to distinguish one element from another. In some examples, a first element and a second element may refer to the same instance of the element, and in some cases, based on the context, they may also refer to different instances.
The terminology used in the description of the various described examples in this disclosure is for the purpose of describing the particular examples only and is not intended to be limiting. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, if the number of elements is not specifically limited, the elements may be one or more. Furthermore, the term "and/or" as used in this disclosure is intended to encompass any and all possible combinations of the listed items.
In the technical scheme of the disclosure, the collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure and other processing of the personal information of the related user are all in accordance with the regulations of related laws and regulations and do not violate the good customs of the public order.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems may provide the ability to help improve sales, marketing, or provide customer service. In the related art, the use demand of the user for the customer relationship management can be satisfied by developing an application dedicated to the customer relationship management. The user may communicate with the target customer in a customer relationship management application. For example, a user (e.g., a business marketer) may retrieve information about products for sale in a customer relationship management system and send the retrieved information to the customer via the system.
However, in the current age of social media growing, there is an increasing amount of communication between individuals through social applications. Generally, a social application (such as an instant conversation application) is a separate application product from the customer relationship management application, and a marketer needs to frequently switch two applications to complete the relevant operations of customer relationship management in the process of communicating with a customer by using the social application. For example, the marketer may need to interrupt a session with the client to switch from the social application to the client relationship management application, obtain the required information (e.g., the relevant information of the product to be sold) from the client relationship management application, and then the marketer needs to switch from the client relationship management application again to send the relevant information of the product to be sold back to the social application to the client.
In addition, in the customer relationship management task, for different customers, a contact profile of the customer is usually required to be established (for example, contact information of different customers needs to be saved, etc.). The marketer may need to perform a process similar to the frequent switching application described above to establish a contact profile for the customer.
Therefore, in the above scenario, the conventional customer relationship management system brings inconvenience to the users, which reduces the communication efficiency between the marketer and the customers and the efficiency of the marketer in performing customer relationship management, thereby adversely affecting the ability of the enterprise to sell or service.
In view of this, the present disclosure proposes an information processing method, apparatus, electronic device, computer-readable storage medium, and computer program product.
In a scenario where the social application is widely used, since text, voice, etc. generally need to be input by using an input method application in a conversation process using the social application (or the conversation application), the present solution facilitates a user (e.g., a marketer) to select and enter an information base entry by displaying an information base entry identifier in an interaction area of the input method application so as to conveniently select candidate information (e.g., relevant information of a product to be sold) from an information base in a current user interface to provide to a client. In addition, by detecting the selection operation of the user for the message from the opposite party (client) of the conversation in the user interface and displaying the communication information for the client in the current interface, the user can conveniently further edit or save the communication information of the client. Therefore, the customer relationship management task can be completed quickly in the session process without frequently switching the current application, and the communication efficiency between the marketer and the customer and the efficiency of the marketer for managing the customer relationship are improved.

and step S453, displaying the address book template and each data field in the user interface according to the corresponding relation.
In step S452, the extracted at least one data field may be a name or a contact phone extracted according to a preset rule. The server may extract data fields from the message before and after keywords such as "name", "call me", "my is", "telephone", "cell phone" or "contact" using natural language processing techniques, and determine a correspondence between each extracted data field and a corresponding placeholder in the address book template. For example, a correspondence between the name "A" and the placeholder corresponding to the name "A" in the address book template may be determined. Based on the corresponding relation, the first electronic equipment can display the communication information in the user interface for the user to check, edit or save.
Therefore, the data fields required by the communication information can be efficiently and accurately extracted from the messages sent by the client, and the produced communication information is displayed to the user, so that the efficiency of the user in managing the client relationship is further improved.
In some examples, the selected message may be natural language processed by the first electronic device and the at least one data field extracted from a result of the natural language processing; and determining a corresponding relationship between each data field in the at least one data field and the corresponding placeholder in the address book template.
