Under the environment of generating space high-concentration negative oxygen ions under the action of the invention, the electrostatic aggregation test on the surface of the electronic element is as follows:
(ii) importance of Electrostatic Focus test
The electrostatic hazard is numerous, the first of which comes from the interaction of charged bodies. When the airplane body rubs with air, water vapor, dust and other particles, the airplane is electrified, if no measures are taken, the normal work of the airplane radio equipment can be seriously disturbed, and the airplane becomes a deaf and a blind; in a printing factory, static electricity between paper sheets can cause the paper sheets to be bonded together and difficult to separate, which brings troubles to printing; in a pharmaceutical factory, the medicines cannot reach the standard purity due to electrostatic attraction of dust; during discharge vision, the static electricity on the surface of the screen is easy to adsorb dust and oil stains to form a dust film, so that the definition and brightness of an image are reduced; dust which is common on blended clothes and is not easy to beat is also a hazard caused by static electricity.
The second major hazard of static electricity is the possibility of explosion due to the ignition of certain flammable objects by an electrostatic spark. At dark night, when people take off the nylon or wool clothes, sparks and the sound of a horn are generated, which is basically harmless to human bodies. However, on an operating table, electric sparks can cause explosion of anesthetic, and can injure doctors and patients; in coal mines, gas explosion can be caused, workers can be injured by death, and mines can be scrapped. In summary, electrostatic hazards arise from electrical power and electrostatic sparks, with the most severe electrostatic discharge of electrostatic hazards causing the ignition and explosion of combustibles. The accumulation of static electricity is unavoidable. The skin of a person can be burnt when the static electricity is serious, and the endocrine system of the person can be interfered when electromagnetic waves and harmful rays of various electrical appliances are excessive.
Method for testing surface accumulated voltage of electronic element
1. Designing a test sampling point:
at the air outlet 0.2m, taking points at the parallel lines at intervals of 2m, and taking at least 3 points;
at the position of the air outlet 2m, taking points by parallel lines at intervals of 2m, and taking at least 3 points;
at the air outlet 4m, taking points by parallel lines at intervals of 2m, and taking at least 3 points;
at the air outlet 6m, taking points by parallel lines at intervals of 2m, and taking at least 3 points;
2. testing an instrument: FM-003 portable digital display electrostatic field tester and antistatic wrist belt.
3. The operation method of the tester comprises the following steps:
(1) And (3) turning on a red round POWER switch of the FM-003 portable digital display electrostatic field tester, and connecting the grounding wire with the anti-static wrist strap after digital display is stable.
(2) A circuit board with an integrated IC is placed at a testing sampling point, two LED red light columns of an electrostatic field tester are vertically irradiated on the outer plane of an electronic component on the circuit board, and when the centers of the LED red light columns are overlapped to form concentric circles, the number on a digital display screen is the electrostatic voltage accumulated by the electronic component.
(3) Standard control: the accumulated voltage on the surface of the element is less than or equal to-0.5 Kv.

The invention has the characteristics of saving the manufacturing cost, having reliable key technical equipment and process, continuously generating a large amount of field energy particles formed by energy particles in a short time and reaching the emission standard of ozone.

Claims (10)
1. An air capacitor, comprising a capacitor body; the capacitor main body is externally connected with a high-voltage power supply; the capacitor main body is in a hollow cylinder shape; the capacitor body serves as a single electrode, and the air charge emitted from the capacitor body is grounded to the ground and serves as a ground circuit of the air capacitor.
2. The air capacitor according to claim 1, wherein the output voltage of the high voltage power supply is DC500V-100000V.
3. The air capacitor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hollow part of the capacitor body has a diameter of 5cm to 150cm and a length of 5cm to 10000cm.
4. The air capacitor of claim 3, wherein the capacitor body is a deformed cylindrical cylinder or a deformed square cylindrical cylinder or a deformed cylindrical cylinder with rotating channels.
5. The air capacitor of claim 1, wherein the capacitor body is made of a metal silicon composite material.
6. The fresh air generator is characterized by comprising the air capacitor, the centrifugal fan, the electric control distribution box, the atomizing water tank and the air duct according to any one of claims 1 to 5; a high-voltage power supply in the air capacitor is electrically connected with an electric control distribution box; the electric control distribution box is electrically connected with the capacitor main body; the atomization water tank is electrically connected with the electric control distribution box; the atomization water tank is communicated with the centrifugal fan through a centrifugal fan route; the centrifugal fan, the air duct and the capacitor main body are communicated in sequence.
7. The fresh air generator of claim 6, further comprising a fresh air generator housing; and the air capacitor, the centrifugal fan, the electric control distribution box, the atomizing water tank and the air channel are all positioned in the fresh air generator shell.
8. The fresh air generator as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fresh air generator housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet.
9. The fresh air generator as claimed in claim 6, wherein the capacitor body is provided in plurality; an insulating isolation layer is arranged outside each capacitor main body; and the outside of the insulating isolation layer is provided with an insulating shell.
10. The fresh air generator as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a liquid crystal display panel with control buttons; the liquid crystal display panel with the control button is electrically connected with the electric control distribution box.
