5. The stand for holding an electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the electronic device (100) is provided with a second stopper (103), and the stand (200) further comprises:
the second limiting groove (205) is arranged on the plate body (201) and used for limiting the second limiting piece (103) to move in the third direction, and the second limiting piece (103) is matched and connected with the second limiting groove (205) in the state that the first limiting piece (102) is matched and connected with the first limiting groove (203).

a second connecting section (1031) having a first end connected to the body (101);
a second positioning portion (1032) connected to a second end of the second connection section (1031).
13. A mounting assembly comprising the cradle (200) of any of claims 1-9 and the electronic device (100) of any of claims 10-12, the cradle (200) being matingly connected to the electronic device (100).
