Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation process of an anti-fouling modified PP material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-45 parts of PP (polypropylene), 5-10 parts of low-density polyethylene, 10-15 parts of POE (polyolefin elastomer), 10-15 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate), 10-20 parts of mica, 3-6 parts of titanate coupling agent, 5-10 parts of acrylic acid surface treating agent, 5-10 parts of compatilizer, 10 parts of surfactant and 10 parts of antifouling agent; the content of VA in EVA is 14-18 parts, and the material of the surfactant is amino. The PP material takes PP as a main raw material, the compatilizer is added to promote PP and P0E to achieve the compatibility on the molecular level, the coupling agent is added to effectively improve the comprehensive mechanical property of the PP material, so that the PP material has good bending property and high impact strength, the surfactant and the antifouling agent are added to improve the surface antifouling property of the PP material, prevent stains from being tightly adhered to the surface of the PP material, improve the convenience of cleaning the surface of the PP material, and can be widely applied to injection molding of various plastic parts such as electrical appliances, toys, automobile parts and the like.

(6) Cooling and granulating: and (3) placing the stretched and drawn particle strips into a cooling water tank for cooling, then air-drying, and finally sending into a granulator for granulation to obtain the PP material.
Preferably, in the step (4), the screw rotating speed of the parallel double-screw extruder is 200r/min to 300r/min, and the conveying speed of the material at the fiber inlet is 20r/min to 30r/min.
Preferably, in the step (4), the heating temperature of the heating device is 200 ℃.
