The specific working process is as follows:
during welding, a worker places the flange plate 5 on the guide rod 24 and contacts the surface of the rotary table 21, the guide head 23 penetrates through a hole in the middle of the flange plate 5, the hinged supporting plate 26 is located in the hole of the flange plate 5, then the worker places the straight pipe section 51 to be welded on a V-shaped frame consisting of the rollers 32 on the mounting plate 31, and meanwhile, the worker pushes the straight pipe section 51 towards the mounting frame 2 until the straight pipe section 51 abuts against the flange plate 5;
at this time, the operator controls an external air source to inflate the push bag 251 from the air pipe 221, the through hole 22 and the connecting hole 222 through the controller, so that the push bag 251 expands and pushes the guide head 23 to move towards the direction of the turntable 21, and when the guide head 23 moves, the hinge rod 261 drives the supporting plate 26 to move towards the direction far away from the guide rod 24 along the radial direction, so that the supporting plate 26 contacts and presses the inner side surface of the flange plate 5;
then, the worker adjusts the height of the lifting rod 4 through the controller to enable the welding gun 41 to be aligned to the joint of the straight pipe section 51 and the flange plate 5, and then the worker starts the motor 33 through the controller to enable the motor 33 to drive the roller 32 to rotate to start welding;
after welding, the worker raises the lifting rod 4 through the controller to drive the welding gun 41 to be far away from the welding position, and simultaneously, an external air source is used for pumping out and discharging the gas filled into the pushing bag 251 through the controller, so that the pushing bag 251 is shrunk, the pushing bag 251 does not push the guide head 23 any more, the supporting plate 26 does not extrude the inner side surface of the flange plate 5 any more, and the welded straight pipe section 51 is convenient to take down;
meanwhile, the support frame 3 and the lifting rod 4 are both electric telescopic rods; meanwhile, a rubber layer is covered on the surface of the roller 32;
because the baffle 241 has magnetism, the guide head 23 is subjected to the magnetic attraction of the baffle 241, and the guide head 23 is ensured to be positioned close to the baffle 241 on the guide rod 24;
because one end of the supporting plate 26 facing the rotating disc 21 slides in the sliding groove 211, the supporting plate 26 is always parallel to the guide rod 24 in the moving process of the supporting plate 26;
after the pushing bag 251 is expanded, because the positioning bag 25 and the pushing bag 251 are communicated with each other through the communicating pipe 252, the positioning bag 25 is also inflated with gas to start to expand, and meanwhile, after the positioning bag 25 is expanded, the outer side surface of the positioning bag 25 contacts the inner wall of the straight pipe section 51 to position and fix the straight pipe section 51;
when the positioning bag 25 and the pushing bag 251 are expanded, the positioning bag 25 and the pushing bag 251 can move relatively in the axial direction, and meanwhile, as the positioning bag 25 is expanded and contacts the inner wall of the straight pipe section 51, when the positioning bag 25 moves along with the guide head 23, the positioning bag 25 can also generate acting force which points to the rotary table 21 on the straight pipe section 51;
a pressure valve is arranged on the communicating pipe 252, so that after the push bag 251 is filled with gas and is expanded to a certain extent, the gas in the push bag 251 starts to enter the positioning bag 25, and the positioning bag 25 is expanded;
because the limiting net 253 is embedded in the side wall of the pushing bag 251, when the pushing bag 251 is expanded, the diameter of the pushing bag 251 is limited by the limiting net 253 and cannot be increased, so that the pushing bag 251 can only be expanded along the axial direction, and the guide head 23 is further pushed to move;
when using, through the buffer layer on fagging 26 surface, avoid fagging 26 direct contact and extrude the internal surface on the flange board 5, simultaneously, because the seam crossing of flange board 5 and straight tube section 51 uses the electric welding to weld, the temperature is higher during the welding, prepares the buffer layer through using aluminium silicate cotton or ceramic fiber cotton, improves the buffer layer to the endurance capacity of high temperature.

a through hole (22) is formed in the guide rod (24), the through hole (22) is communicated with the pushing bag (251) through a connecting hole (222), and the through hole (22) is connected to an air pipe (221) of an external air source.
